• Colleen (8/5): Very pleasant stay in Zadar - Comfortable cozy beds with a usable kitchenette. Excellent location for visiting the attractions. Right in the heart of Old Town. The host provided excellent communication and was very helpful. Bathroom is very tight for space. Stairs up and down to the unit are tricky. Safe but narrow staircase.

• MIŠÁK (8/5): - Personál byl velice přátelský a ochotný, ubytování čisté, postel pohodlná. Trochu stísněné prostory, avšak dostačující. Pro hosty, kteří si rádi pospí, jsou kostelní zvony dost možná nevítaným budíčkem. To však nebyl náš případ.

• ESTHER (10/5): Apartamento con ubicación perfecta - Genial apartamento, equipado con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Zadar a un paso de todos los sitios turísticos. El anfitrión súper amable, nos proporcionó de antemano toda la información necesaria para acceder al apartamento, ya que llegamos tarde. Y tuvo la amabilidad de guardarnos el equipaje después del check-out hasta que salió nuestro autobús.
• Kalpana (8/5): great stay for overnight, building is a historic structure that has been well renovated. - excellent location, easy check in, and check out, excellent communication by Karlo, very personable and attentive, gave us excellent parking directions and helped with luggage and gave good restaurant suggestions suggestion- room could offer a few more amenities especially some shelving in the bathroom like a 3 tier cart or some hooks. Parking lot is very tight but that's the way Zadar is

They left 2 nespresso capsules for breakfast and there are supermarkets nearby so you can have breakfast at the studio. Karlo was very helpful and responsive. Gave us tips about how to move around the city. The access to the parking is definitely tight, but doable, nothing to fear.

He went above and beyond to help keeping my chocolate from melting while I visited Zadar after checking out. Nothing really. The mattress might need an update soon but I still had a good night's sleep.

Amazing view of Zadar, one of the cities that fascinated me the most during my trip in the Balkans. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room is tiny and because it's at the top of a building with slanted rooftops, you can easily hit your head when you get close to the angled walls. Very small circular staircase up 3 flights...forget about taking large bags. Free parking is through a very tight entrance.

• William (9/5): Comfortable apartment right in the heart of the old town - The location is excellent - you are a two minute walk from the roman ruins, the main street and the sea organ. The apartment is compact and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The shower was good and there was a small kitchen area with a coffee maker and capsules. The host was very helpful, pointing out key attractions, supermarket locations and suggested several restaurants. We recommend this for the location and for the comfortable apartment.

• Rhonda (10/5): - Good location to all sites, cafes and easy walking distance to a local bus. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.. Carlo kindly pointed out items of interest. The only minor issue was carrying suitcases up the spiral staircase although Carlo did assist us.
• Erik (7/5): Although location is good, the experience is generally sub-standard. - location, location, location. The free carpark is full of rocks and stones and very uneven. Very tight and difficult to manouvere. "Frightening" to park there. Wifi was horrible. Couldn't connect the whole night until late around 11pm !! And again, can't connect to wifi the next day. Finally, mentioned that reception open from 2pm to 8pm, but it was not open when we were there at 2.30pm. Luckily I have data plan and was able to receive check-in instructions via booking.com.
