• Lauren (10/5): - Very enjoyable and welcoming stay. I got transport from the airport as my flight got in later and one of the hosts ended up being my driver. This was very convenient and he was incredibly helpful and offered lots of great advice and recommendations for my first time in Dubrovnik. He also helped me book a tour of the Elafiti Islands on very short notice which I appreciated (and recommend). The apartment itself was gorgeous and comfortable inside. Plenty spacious for one person and could easily accommodate 2-3. Well furnished and a nice place to come back to at the end of a long day. Its location was about a 20 minute walk from the Old City but there was also a nearby bus stop that you could use to get there. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe in the area and Dubrovnik as a whole. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!
• Hazelin (8/5): - while the property was in a safe neighborhood and we received assistance when we got there with our suitcases, there was no help to be found when we left and taking suitcases up the steep stairs could be a challenge even when you’re able bodied. Overall, the property was clean and the owners responsive, however the Jacuzzi was not appropriate for daily showers and there was no shower stall in the bathroom. In addition, it appears as though when you have a bath in the Jacuzzi it seem to have an ongoing slow leak. I would return to this property if I had a room with a shower and a assistance to take my suitcases up at the end of my stay.
• Jean-Marc (10/5): The Perfect Start to a Croatian Holoday! - The apartment was absolutely perfect! Dragan was an amazing host, and arranged an airport transfer for a very reasonable price. When I arrived, the apartment was modern, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning in the bedroom and living room were a welcome respite from the summer heat. The balcony has a great view and is a perfect breakfast spot to start the day. The apartment is well-located near a grocery store, some dining options and a two-minute walk from the bus stop where it’s a ten-minute ride or 30-minute walk to the old city. If I’m ever back in Dubrovnik, Green Park Apartments will be my first choice.

The owner was extremely helpful providing us with a map and directions to local shops, transport links, walking routes and local trails plus beaches. He also booked us on the three island boat trip which was very enjoyable and great day out. We also visited Lokrum island which is beautiful and worth visiting. The lake there is a must for a swim and be sure to take a picnic with you. Our apartment was located on the ground floor with a separate bedroom and kitchen / dining area plus two bathrooms and perfectly adequate for our week long stay. We had private outdoor seating and dining area including access to a well looked after garden. Dubrovnik is well worth a visit and its history is very well presented and explained in the museums and on the walking tour we did ( free tour with free spirit). A walk into Lapad, where there are many restaurants and beaches, took approximately 15 mins and to the city walls 20 mins. The area is quite hilly however, the apartment is on the bus route to Lapad and beyond plus the other direction to the city walls. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

It was well located, walking distance to Old Dubrovnik and also to harbor. Lots of cafes, restaurants and a couple of bakeries nearby, also a small grocery. It had a nice balcony, with a view over well kept garden and large green space. Dragan was very accommodating and his mother did some laundry for us; much appreciated. Finally Dragan drove us to the airport. We have only positive things to say about our four night stay at Green Park apartments.

• Sital (10/5): A perfect Stay - we arrived to Dubronik on the 19th September. Dragan was very welcoming and gave us very good tips on how to get about the town. the apartment was cleaning and perfect for the 7 nights we stayed there for. its a perfect apartments with friends,couples or families. our apartment has the Balcony so was perfect to have some down time on the balcony sitting outside. Dragan keeps the apartments and the communal area maintained. there were a few nights were it was quiet hot in the evenings, and each room had a air-Con and worked perfectly for us to cool down after a long day. there a few restaurants & shops just a few mins walk from the apartment which is convenient. the old town is about 30 mins walk. the Port is around 20 min walk. There are buses, however i saw it always crowded and preferred to walk since the weather for us was perfect. you get to walk to the old town with some great coastal views. The location of the apartment is perfect and have no down points on this. if i visit again i will for sure stay here.
• ANA (10/5): Clean comfortable great place to stay - Great stay at greenpark appartments Thank you Dragan, a great host. Appartments are clean and comfortable and fantastic value for money. Only small criticism is stairs leading to appartments could have better lighting.
• Tracy (8/5): Green Park - The apartments are just a short bus journey from Old Town. Although for your first trip get the taxi to drop you at the bank on Josipa Kosora, cross the Main Street and you will see the sign for the apartments opposit the bank. The owner Dragan is welcoming and spends some time with you explaining how to get around and where things are. The apartment we had was at the top with a balcony and was small but perfect for 2 people. It was clean and had all the basics that we needed, we only spent four nights there but the towels were changed during this time. If you want to do a trip to Montenegro or Bosnia let Dragan organise that, the company that he used was fantastic. There is a supermarket just across the road. Don't be lured into eating in one of the bigger overpriced restaurants in the area, instead walk down to Konoba Pizzeria Belvedere. The food was lovely, the service was good and the view was gorgeous.
• Sheila (10/5): Great apartment! - Perfect small apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days. Cute private balcony with s view. Uber to/from Old Town only around £3.50. Walk to Lapad approx 30 mins - highly recommended - beautiful sunset and lots of bars/restaurants. The owners Dragan & his mother are very helpful. They organised a trip for us to Montenegro and also let us leave our suitcases with them on our last day until we picked them up for airport later. Would stay here again if I returned to Dubrovnik.
• Brian (10/5): Excellent apartment, great value money, super host - Spotlessly clean apartment (ours was the single bedroom apartment on the bottom floor), with 2 superb, quiet air conditioners, vital in the Croatian summer. Excellent sized bedroom, 2 shower rooms (with toilets), good lounge with TV and free wifi, and well equipped kitchen that was fine for the 2 of us. Dragan, our host, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, welcomed us to the apartment with cold beer, and was super helpful with advice about what to do, where to go, and how to get there. He also organised 2 trips for us, to Korcul and Montenegro - nothing was too much trouble. Apartment is located about a 20 minute walk from the old town, or less than 10 minutes by local bus number 4, costing 12 Kuna, tickets available from local tobacconist store. Bank and supermarket located just across the road from the apartment. The old town is so crowded, that is is our preference to be located away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was quite, and the garden patio was beautiful and relaxing after a day sightseeing. The apartments are located below the road, down about 30 steps, so we would not recommend this location for anyone that cannot manage steps. Thanks to Dragan and his mother for making us so welcome and for making our holiday complete in this beautiful Country.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Non-chivalrous hotel owner's son and steep stairs - This property is very difficult to locate. The GPS said it was at one location but it was not. There was very poor signage. I arrived after 7. Night had fallen. There was a dimly lit long staircase to descend with luggage and another dimly lit long staircase up to ascend with luggage. I have two young children that I was traveling with. I asked if the hotel owner's son would be helping me at 8 am to bring the suitcase down and then up and he said it was too early and he would be sleeping. His older mother tried to help me in the morning b/c she did not want me damaging the stairs not because she had any pity on me and the kids.
• RAJNI (10/5): Home away from Home - After a tiresome bus journey, the best ever host dragan and the awesome apartment for our family of 3 was the perfect antidote. After offering us drinks he kindly explained the local area. Close by conveniently is a bank, supermarket and a bus stop taking you either to lapad beaches or directly to Dubrovnik old town terminus in 5 mins( very frequent). Walk was 20 mins but weren’t up to it with the heat. Overall great location. The apartment was well equipped with a kitchen lounge, balcony with green view, master bedroom and spacious bathroom with a wonderful jacuzzi bath. Aside from the wonderful apartment, Dragan and his mother made it feel like a second home. The complimentary laundry service was a bonus. But Dragan’s mother folding the clothes and placing them in our room is a symbol to the kind of heartwarming service and hospitality provided at this accommodation. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to make their trip to Dubrovnik that little bit special.

The location is excellent. It is close to everything. The air conditioning was working very good. The owner (Dragan and Melissa) are excellent hosts. • Corinne (10/5): Green Oasis & Great Host in Dubrovnik Suburbs. - We arrived in a deluge of rain and thunder - our host, Dragan, ensured we had early check in, carried our suitcase up the stairs to the apartment, gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, & also tea & coffee, an orientation and map of the area, and an umbrella in case we needed it later! ie The Perfect Host from the start. The apartment had a very comfortable large bed and overlooked a verdant green park with long distance views towards the hills - it is also very quiet compared to busy busy Old Town which ensures you have a good night's sleep. If you are strong walkers you could easily walk down to the beaches & numerous restaurants in Lapad or in the other direction to the Old Historic part of Dubrovnik. However, if too hot to walk, the nearby buses are frequent and inexpensive, and there are also taxis near if needed. Transfer to and from the airport can easily be arranged with Dragan together with sightseeing tours. You can also eat locally, or buy supplies to eat on your balcony from the local supermarket and bakery. We loved this homely and friendly place.and would choose to stay here again if visiting Dubrovnik.

The balcony was fabulous and the location was very handy (20 minute walk to old town, 2 minutes on the bus) - it is the friendliness and kindness of the host that really makes this a 5 star place to stay. As Dragan was out when we arrived, his mother kindly greeted us and even started helping us with our cases up the stairs - how sweet! She then brought us a cold beer to welcome us which was a lovely gesture. When Dragan returned, he came to see us to give us lots of very useful directions and local information. Dragan's English is excellent and he really has thought of everything in the room. pens, playing cards - we even had a small candle lantern that we could light and use on the balcony for a sitting out at night - all added to the experience. When we were checking out Dragan even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to the road - incredibly kind! The next time we are in Dubrovnik we will definitely stay here again.

• Fraser (8/5): A Wonderful Stay at Green Park Apartments - Having just returned from a 10 day stay at Green Park Apartments I have to say that it was a fantastic choice for us as a family of 5 and the property gave us everything that we needed We were greeted warmly on arrival & offered a cold beer for adults and orange juice for the kids. Everything about the surrounding area was explained clearly & any questions we had were answered helping us settle in quickly so we could start enjoying our holiday immediately The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious with air conditioning and a great shower. We in particular loved the outdoor area which was amazing as it meant we could sit outside to drink or dine with a beautiful view. The birdsong in the morning was also a lovely thing to wake up to. Bins were emptied daily & fresh towels were also provided daily The apartment is run by 2 lovely people, Dragan & his mother Melissa, who were always on hand to answer any questions we had and they offered excellent advice about the area whether it be buying groceries, accessing a cash point, catching a bus or travelling to local tourist attractions. We really could not have asked for more in terms of how they looked after us and they even supplied some home made Cherry Brandy which was VERY nice! Location is a little way from The Old Town but its a comfortable walk if you're up to it and if not buses run from just around the corner every 20 minutes We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here and Dubrovnik is amazing!!!
• Peter (6/5): - Excellent apartment. Our main issue was the AC which was barely functional so both the bedroom and the living room were extremely hot. We only stayed one night but would not have wanted to be there any longer. AC needs servicing.

The apartment is in a good location with nearby, free parking and is a 25 minute walk into Dubrovnik old town or a short bus ride (no. 4 every 20 minutes-ish). It was a clean and comfortable apartment with a reasonably well equipped small kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a days sightseeing. There was a lot of steps down to the main area outside and then more steps up the apartment so it may not be suitable for everyone.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely courtyard and a great host! - Dragan has a great spot here. It is well placed between old town harbour and the main harbour so if you like walking (there are some hills!) this is a great location. Apartment is small, but comfortable. The biggest attraction was the lovely covered patio and welltended yard. We had 2 couples, so one bathroom was busy, but manageable. Kitchen is small but functional. Limited seating but it did have a couch in the kitchen. Good local restaurants within walking distance. Downside no parking if you needed a car and stairs to the apartment may be tricky for some.
• Debbie (10/5): Idyllic - Fantastic location for old town of Dubrovnik and contrasting beach area of Lapad. Very friendly owner who picked us up from Airport. Dragon, who lives with his mother, speaks perfect English. Very relaxing and ideal if you prefer not to be in the bustling centre but still with quick and easy access either walking or by bus. Supermarket, coffee shops/bars close by and a handful of restaurants too including the very reasonable Belvedere. Abundance of restaurants in old town and Lapad too. Dragon arranged trips for us when we arrived with pick up from property. We stayed in studio apartment which was perfectly furnished for a couple - small kitchenette, shower room and fab views from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

• Craig (10/5): Good location, nice apartment - Good location about 25 min walk from Dubrovnik old town, which is a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of the many tourists. Old town can also be accessed by a very convenient bus service which runs every 15 minutes with the closest bus stop less than a 5 min walk away from apartment. Dragan is a great host & organised a couple of tours for us during our stay. Overall would highly recommend Green Park apartments for a very comfortable stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great spot just outside of old town - The hosts are incredibly down to earth and approachable. Dragan's mother waited for us patiently until we arrived, showed us where to park and took us through the spacious and very clean apartment. She provided us all the information we needed for which bus to take (no. 4), where the supermarket is and where the great beaches are. Fully equipped kitchen to cook up a feast but we just didn't have the time to. The bathroom had a jacuzzi and it was large enough to operate as a shower too. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
• Marie (10/5): Home from home - Great place to stay host Dragan and his mom Melissa were very helpful . We were picked up from airport at a cost which was probably cheaper and les hassle than looking for taxi . Apartment in great location 25 minutes walk either way to Dubrovnik old town or Lapad.

Dragan and his mother were friendly and easy to deal with. For a price they did a load of laundry for us, compete with hanging them our to dry while we were in the old city. When we returned after a long day in the sun they had left 2 pieces of cake for us in the kitchen. Very clean space and comfortable bed! We hope to be back and will recommend to friends when they visit Dubrovnik
• Nigel (10/5): Great Location For Exploring All Of Dubrovnik - Owner Dragan is very passionate about his guests stay which was reassuring from first meeting him. A warm friendly guy happy to talk to you and give information. The apartment itself was clean, functional and in great location. Centre to everything Dubrovnik, no more than 20-25 minutes walk from anywhere. We found the location perfect and felt looked after and safe knowing Dragan stayed just within the complex. On arrival to apartment we were given a tour of facilities and were offered an introductory drink with Dragan where he showed us on a map what to do, things to avoid, places to eat etc. If visiting Dubrovnik again I would not hesitate in returning to Green Park and have already recommended to family and friends.

The apartment is situated in a perfect location - within walking distance to everything you need - the bed and sofa were comfortable with air conditioning units in both spaces. The washrooms were up to date and modern. There is a small kitchen space with a stove burner and refrigerator and an eating area. Also a nice patio out front to enjoy the beautiful garden! Everything was so clean! Our hosts were very friendly :) True Croatian hospitality!

The hotel is located between Lapad and Pile and we walked to Dubrovnik Old Town each day. The owner Dragan and his mother made us feel very welcome and also arranged a day trip to Montenegro for us, which is highly recommended.

The owners were very nice, bringing me a beer when I arrived and keeping my luggage for the day when I was leaving. My studio with balcony had everything you could need - even mosquito coils for the balcony.
• cynthia (8/5): Good Value Apartment - We had an apartment on the upper level with a view from our balcony. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen (dishwasher, medium refrigerator, microwave, two electric burners). We would have liked a mattress in our bedroom that was less firm. There was no TV. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub with a shower hose instead of a stand-alone shower. This was more difficult to use because water would get sprayed on the floor without a shower enclosure. There was excellent WIFI reception compared to other hotels with inadequate WiFi throughput. We were able to walk 5-minutes to a bus stop that was a 5-10 minute ride to Old Town Dubrovnik. There was a 5-minute walk to a small market for groceries. There was a small cafe near the bus stop. If you wanted restaurants, Old Town had many choices, but there weren't any restaurants near our apartment to walk to. In order to access our apartment, we had to walk down 39 steep steps to get to the apartment complex. During the evening, these steps are not well lit. To access our unit, you need to walk up a flight of stairs since we were the top floor unit.

Buses are also easy to catch. Melissa is a very friendly & helpful host. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the patio. This hotel can be a bit tricky to find since you can't actually see the hotel from the road. Look for the sign!

• Nuno (10/5): Very nice apartment - Hosts were very nice and friendly and arranged a cot bed for our son really quick. The apartment is very new, bathroom is amazing with hot tub and the neighbourhood is quiet. There are nice restaurants around, ATM's and grocer shops. Dubrovnik old town is only a 10 min bus travel from the location of this property. Host also give excellent tips on traditional Dalmatian restaurants in Dubrovnik that proved to be very good value for money.
