• Janusz (8/5): - We spent 3 nights at the hotel. Location was therefore key for us. It was excellent. Very supportive reception staff helped with a parking place on arrival. Good breakfast included in the price. The room had a coffee express but coffee capsules were not replenished every day. No kettle to boil water.

• Meinl (10/5): - Lage sehr gut, Hotel sehr schön,zum wohlfühlen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte noch verbessert werden. Mehr Obst und Abwechslungsreicher.Ansonsten alles super. Spa Bereich zu kalt und zu wenig Sitz oder Liegemöglichkeiten. Man hat sich nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Da ist noch Bedarf nach oben.

• Klaus-Dieter (9/5): - Durch die zentrale Lage des Hotel gab es keine Parkmöglichkeit nahe dem Hotel, hatten im Parkhaus des Hotel Thermal genutzt mit 25.-€ pro Tag. Das Hotel was super, haben uns durch die Inneneinrichtung in die damalige Zeit zurück versetzt gefühlt, kommen sehr gerne wieder

A szállás nagyon szuper volt,de az hogy 60 eurót kellett fizetni a három éjszakai parkolásért, baromi sok és felháborító!!

• Barbaraa (9/5): Schönes kleines Wellnesshotel. - Die Lage des Hotels ist mitten im Zentrum. Man kann alles bequem per Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und sauber eingerichtet. Frühstück und Abendessen ist vollkommen ausreichend und sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist für ein so kleines Hotel hervorragend. Pool, Sauna, Behandlungen, alles prima. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter. Das fällt mir nichts ein.

Danach Küchenschluss. Die Bar schließt um 19 Uhr. Massagen am Wochenende nicht verfügbar. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna schließen um 20 Uhr. Zu wenig Personal, trostlose Stimmung im ganzen Hotel. Unangenehme Gerüche nach Kanalisation in den Badezimmern.
• Viktorija (7/5): - Мы отдыхали с 8 по 10 сентября в отеле с друзьями ,персонал хороший ,еда в ресторане у нас был завтрак и ужин тоже всё было хорошо 👍 Не понравилось то что в комнате у наших друзей на пятом этаже очень воняло конолизацией, и во всех трёх номерах шторы были пыльные и столики и торшеры внизу были все в пыли а так всё было хорошо 👍
• Michael (6/5): Ich bin niemand, der schnell und gerne meckert, jedoch ist dieses Hotel NICHT empfehlenswert, zumindest nicht für diesen - Qualität des Frühstücks und des Abendessens ist einem angeblichen Vier-Sterne-Haus unwürdig. Das Abendessen wurde nur bis 19 Uhr als Buffet bereitgestellt. Tische waren nicht eingedeckt, Teller und Besteck muß man selbst zusammenglauben. Auswahl und Konsistenz der Speisen hatten eher Jugendherbergs-Charakter. Besonders ärgerlich der quasi nicht-existente Service: Erst nach mehreren Bitten wurde gnädigerweise ein Glas Wein gebracht (als wir schon fast aufgegessen hatten). Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr klein und kann allenfalls von 6-8 Personen gleichzeitig genutzt werden (insofern völlig ungeeignet für Schlecht-Wetter-Tage).

• Mario (8/5): Insgesamt war es eine schöne Zeit. Im Hotel findet man einen kleinen Spa Bereich welcher alles notwendige anbietet. Wer - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es ist ein kleines Haus, somit auch sehr übersichtlich. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, der damalige Einrichtungsstil wird ein wenig beibehalten. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht viele Sprachen Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas dürftig. Die Wurst und Käse war sehr einseitig.

• Sarah (5/5): Disappointing service with great location - The location. - rooms were not cleaned unless asked specifically asked for, and when asked only towels were changed and waste bins emptied. - no spa treatments were available on the weekend (this should be clearly stated for guests to be informed before selecting the hotel). - some staff spoke neither English, German or French.

• Adrian (4/5): Would avoid next time. - The place is located in the city center and easy to reach with many places to go directly from the hotel. The room was in terrible condition. The curtains wouldn’t close properly, and when we asked the staff for assistance, they couldn’t fix them because they didn't have a ladder. The window also wouldn’t shut completely, and since the room faced a busy street, the noise was unbearable. On top of that, the shower wasn’t functioning properly. Traveling with our young daughter, we decided to leave and return home. Although we were promised a full refund, we never received it.

• Alexander (4/5): Would not stay again, not good value for money and issues with lacking maintenance and facilities - Swimming pool is good, works 8am-8pm but could have been 7am-10pm Reasonably decorated for the type of property, good looking and practical bathroom. Polite and pleasant staff at reception. Convenient location. Sound proofing leaves much to be desired, when someone talks or walks by the stairs guests hear it in rooms when asleep. No signs (do not disturb, clean the room, etc.) in the room. No kettle in the whole of the hotel, bar closed at 8pm, expensive breakfast, very small saunas, saunas only open at 4-8pm, rest area limited to 3 lounge beds. Scales with flat battery not working, not repaired and not returned when I asked reception to change battery, flickering light bulbs had to be replaced (it was attended promptly), shower bracket had to be fixed (it was attended promptly), soap not provided (it was attended promptly). In a summary, poor general maintenance prior to guests arrivals (despite emails saying they are waiting for your arrival they do not mean it, as no regular checks in place that all is in order, which I'd be expecting). All regular hotel confirmations sent by email are in Czech. Check out time at 11:00 too early, could have been 12:00 as in most hotels I stayed at. Looks on expensive side for what it is, even when discounted
• Nevena (8/5): Nice location and staff, quite pricey compared to similar options - Great and very helpful staff in the hotel - reception and spa center. The ladies were very nice and caring. The location is also very central. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The drain in both our bathrooms was completely blocked. The spa center offers no quiet area. Best is to book a massage appointment in advance before your stay.

• Edward (7/5): Good - Location The behavior of the staff at breakfast. The waitress claimed that we didn't have breakfast. Andto proove this; I had to bring an invoice from the room. She didn't call the reception to confirm this. Overall, she was very nice to Russian speakers. We speak English. She didn't even say goodbye to us when we left the restaurant. My general feeling from visit - "if you don't speeak Russian , you are NOT very welcome".
• Bahadir (6/5): They try to nickel and dime you. Stay away. - Location is nice The pool in the picture doesn’t match the actual size of the pool. We couldn’t get in it because the water was cold. Despite of this, they charged us €7/bathrobes because we needed them for the pool. There is no parking available in the close proximity to the hotel. They wanted €25/day for parking as well. We made an arrangement with a different hotel parking lot.

• Cristina (6/5): Wouldn’t book it as a Spa facility. - Decent room size, clean and the hotel overall had a really nice interior. Good location. The property is Branded as a Spa hotel, which is very misleading considering it has a small cold water swimming pool and tiny sauna (running from 4pm to 8pm). We were very disappointed by the facility and we went to a proper Spa to a different hotel. The facility is not good value for the money. No kettle in the room, we booked the room for two people and received one bathrobe. When we asked for a second one we’ve been told that an additional cost of 8 euros will apply. In the end was given to us for free. Also, as we booked the hotel from 24th to 26th of December, we have not been told that the pool & sauna are closed on the 24th afternoon.
