- Laura (10/5): - A beautiful hotel with an incredible view over Cappadocia - arguably one of the best, with stunning fairy chimneys in sight. The breakfast selection was great, and the staff were very friendly, helping organise our airport shuttle and a sunset horse riding experience. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. We found the water provided by the hotel (800ml for two people) wasn’t quite enough, so we needed to purchase additional bottles from nearby shops.

The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the city - sunrise with balloons festival. The staff are truly exceptional – they were so responsive and even upgraded our room, which made our experience even better. Breakfast was another high point: a very diverse and delicious spread with something for everyone. Thank you for a great experience!

- Arianna (8/5): Romantico e suggestivo - Molto suggestivo il contesto, la stanza con arco stile cava con letto grande e comodo, la terrazza sul tetto per ammirare il panorama delle mongolfiere all’alba, la colazione varia e tradizionale turca ma con possibilità (con un piccolo extra) di avere un ottimo cappuccino con caffè espresso. Possibilità di prenotare le escursioni con pick up in reception. In reception l’addetto parlava poco in inglese e non era molto Smart nell’uso del pos per i pagamenti e in generale per l’organizzazione del check in e del check out. Sarebbe davvero top se fosse possibile avere il bar aperto all’alba per potersi scaldare con un tè o un caffè mentre si ammirano le mongolfiere. E sarebbe stato carino se avessero avuto premura di farci trovare i cuscini sul divano e sulle poltrone in terrazza per poter stare seduti mentre volano le mongolfiere invece che restare più di un’ora in piedi.

Vi var de siste gjestene søndag morgen og ble servert et hav av tyrkisk frokost :-) Veldig hyggelige og service innstilt personale. Hotellet har en fantastisk utsikt over byen både fra frokostsalen og takterrassen. Her får du med deg hele luftballong oppslippet med 360 graders view. Det er kun 5 min å gå ned til byen. Ingen ting!

He helped with everything from booking the Green tour to recommending other activities and restaurants. The hotel had a great viewpoint to watch the balloons too and the breakfast was delicious!

Higly recommend. - Excellent location that provides a sweeping view of the whole town, and also very convenient for a walk around and out of town. The rooms feel authentic, cozy, and the staff is very helpful as well. The lovely rooftop area is the cherry on top for those who travel as couple. Nothing really.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo questa disponibilità. La nostra stanza era piccola ma sufficiente Nella struttura manca un vero spazio comune dove poter stare a leggere o scrivere. C'è la zona colazione che è una terrazza vetrata ma tutti gli altri spazi sono all'aperto ed il tempo non era bello. La colazione i primi 2 giorni era servita al tavolo ,molto ricca e varia, l'ultimo giorno è stata a buffet ed è andato molto meglio. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate especially Mert who looked after us the entire stay, gave us everything we needed and great recommendations for our balloon tour and horse riding, he made our trip amazing! Thank you Mert:) Highly recommend staying here when in Capadocia. Rooms were incredibly clean and bath was huge, breakfast was also delicious! Nothing everything was great!

L'aver dovuto attendere, dopo l'esperienza molto mattuitina dell'Hot Ballon Tour, l'orario della colazione per poter bere un semplice caffé. Sentirsi rispondere che, per poter avere un caffé, dovevamo attendere che arrivasse l'orario della colazione non è stato simpatico.

- Susan (9/5): Very relaxing, quiet and lovely stay, with breathtaking views of the hot air balloon flights. - The room was lovely, spacious and beautiful decoration. The terrace had an amazing view of the balloons in the morning and was far enough out of town that it was very quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and attentive - booking airport transfers for us both for arrival and departure. Bonus that there was a family of kittens living on the property and were very cute! There were just some small things that i would have expected to be a bit better for the price. The rain shower didn't have any way to turn it on, only the telephone shower head worked. The bed was an XL/King size bed but i think the duvet was only a queen so it didn't fully cover the bed. The breakfast had a lot available but mainly just cheese and bread so not a large array like meats, eggs, fruit. Wifi only worked in the rooms, not in the breakfast area or the rooftop terrace.

Fácil de llegar a todos lados de la ciudad. El personal a pesar de no hablar español hacen todo para entenderte y complacerte un 10 para ellos. Lo pasamos muy bien. Para nuestro gusto la luz es escasa en la habitación, especialmente en el baño. El desayuno poca variedad, pero entendemos que en nuestro país los desayunos son diferentes. Pero todo muy rico y muy lindo ambiente.
- Inés (8/5): Sitio bonito y muy limpio, limitado en restaurante pero con buen servicio. - El alojamiento es muy bonito, tiene una terraza bonita, las prestaciones son buenas en el hotel, te dejan shampoo, gel, reponen agua en las habitación a diario. Muy muy limpio, cambian las toallas a diario, habitaciones muy bonita y con aire acondicionado/calefaccion. Mis 10 al servicio de limpieza, muy muy bueno. El baño muy original, estilo turco. La terraza superior no tiene personal a partir de las 17:30, es decir no puedes pedir nada de merendar o cenar en la terraza, teniendo una terraza tan bonita es una pena. El personal era amable, pero tampoco era una cosa bárbara, eran algo distantes para ser turcos.

Petit bémol : la pression de l’eau chaude était assez faible, et la fenêtre de notre chambre ne se fermait pas complètement. Cela n’a toutefois pas trop impacté notre confort.

Breakfast didn’t open until 8:30am which is ridiculous considering everyone wakes up super early for the hot air balloons. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that opens that late. It should be 7am or 7:30am.

Molto bella la terrazza dell'hotel, che con un minimo più di cura del dettaglio sarebbe davvero splendida. Bello il locale per la colazione, con vista panoramica. Colazione migliorabile, inserendo qualche prodotti internazionale in più e soprattutto modificando l'orario (fascia oraria limitata 8:30-10:00). Bella la Cave Room standard, sicuramente caratteristica e diversa dal solito, tutta scavata nella roccia. Orario della colazione troppo risicato (mai visto un hotel che serve la colazione a partire dalle 8:30) e migliorabile la varietà dei prodotti offerti. Personale gentile, ma poco empatico.

Bölgede merkezi gezmek isteyenler için otel merkezi konumda. Ayrıca müthiş manzaralı birrerasi var. Küçük bir tavsiye olsun terasa biraz şemsiye ve tabure atarak daha canlandirabilirler.
