- Vili Santeri (10/5): - Majoituspaikan henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Huoneet ja yleiset tilat olivat siistejä ja moderneja. Uimaan pääsi käytännössä omalta viihtyisältä terassilta, ja rannalle sai omat aurinkotuolit sekä -varjon. Aamupalalla oli sopiva valikoima leipää, juustoja, tapauksen tapaisia, jogurtteja, mysliä, tuoreita hedelmiä ja croisantteja. Bussipysäkki on lähellä majoitusta ja bussi Splitiin menee noin 30min välein. Majoituksen lähellä on useita ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja. Voin suositella lämpimästi, majoitus on ihanteellinen jos haluaa viettää rauhallista rantaelämää.

Oliventrær i potter som en hekk skjermer akkurat passe mot promenaden. Badestranden er kun 15m fra eget uteareal. Verten m familie og de ansatte er superhyggelige. Flott frokost i eget inne og uteareal.

- Helen (10/5): - The property is right on the beach. You can walk straight out and have a lounge chair on the water. There is also a nice walking path along the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. The hosts were incredibly helpful with everything.
- babak (10/5): - What a pleasant stay! I had an absolute blast, the location is amazing, it's right by the ocean there are bars and restaurants nearby. My suit was very clean and spacious. I would give another 5 Stars to the hosts. They're the kindest and most hospitable people ever. If you have a car there's parking available it's very convenient to get around.
- Camilla (10/5): Fantastisk - Oppholdet var helt perfekt! Vi ble møtt av ei særs serviceinnstilt dame som ikke visste hva godt hun kunne gjøre for oss. Rommet med terrasse og sol plass passet også så bra. 10 skritt ned til sjøen og 30 skritt til frokosten. Det gikk en strandpromenade rett utenfor som passet bra som joggerute. Alt var rent og pent. Det var vann og cola i kjøleskapet da vi kom, og vi fikk tilbud om vann og frukt til hjemreisen. Dette stedet anbefales på det varmeste!
- PHILIPPE (6/5): Un peu déçu - La vue est incroyable. Toutefois, le balcon ne dispose pas de store, pourle soleil. Il manque plusieurs ustensiles en cuisine, une poele, des verres à vin, un grille pain, une cafetière. Certes le propriétaire est réactif et met à disposition ce qu'il faut, mais ce n'est pas très agréable d'avoir à réclamer. Les têtes de lit sont usagées et vraiment trop tachées. A remplacer en urgence. Dommage la vue est extraordinaire, mais cela n'excuse pas tout.

- Anna (10/5): Syntymäpäiväreissu - Majottauduttiin kumppanin kanssa sunnuntaista-sunnuntaihin. Olin varannut kahden hengen huoneen merinäköalalla mutta saatiinkin neljän hengen perhehuone aivan uskomattomalla näköalalla suoraan merelle.😍 Huone oli siisti, kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja molemmista pääsi parvekkeelle. Siisteydestä huolehdettiin loistavasti. Henkilökunta ja varsinkin omistaja oli super ystävällinen ja avulias. Ainut miinus oli että hiustenkuivain puuttui huoneesta kokonaan.

The highlight was the huge balcony which had both a dining area under some cover and an open space for sunbathing. The rooms are situated right on top of the beach which was also another highlight. Staff all very pleasant and attentive to any needs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

- Brandon (4/5): - The sign is small and unclear making the place a little difficult to find and the owners were hard to get a hold of when we arrived. The place was very clean and its right on the beach. The place has a very low angled ceiling so it's not very comfortable for tall people. The fridge does not get very cold, the stove does not get very hot. There are 2 showers but they were cramped and there is not a good place to put your shampoo and toiletries. There was not daily housekeeping. There are shutters outside the doors that lead to the balconies. If you keep them closed then it is dark, claustrophobic and depressing. If you open them its a beautiful view but we got yelled out without warning by the owner and he threatened us that he would charge us 300 euros if the wind would have caused them to break.

The daily breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh and local fare all topped off with eggs to order and Ante's homemade crepes. Yum yum The property beach location right on the sea walk make it easy to take in all the wonderful things to do in the area.
- Pim (10/5): - Vlak voor ons vertrek uit Nederland (4:30uur!) ontvingen wij al een appje van de eigenaar Ante dat onze kamer al klaar was voor onze komst en dat wij, als wij dat zouden willen, al direct konden inchecken bij onze aankomst. Toen we rond 11 uur arriveerden werden wij ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen door Ante die ons begeleidde naar ons appartement. Omdat wij de volgende dag al voor 7 uur zouden vertrekken en ontbijt bij ons verblijf hadden geboekt, stelde Ante voor dat wij ons ontbijt die dag al zouden nuttigen en eventueel wat dingen in de koelkast zouden zetten voor de volgende dag. Ontzettend goede service!! Helaas was het weer niet heel erg goed die dag maar aan het appartement, service en de locatie heeft het absoluut niet gelegen!

Ranta oli kivikkoinen. Omistaja oli erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Kätevä sijainti, josta oli sopiva ajomatka lentokentälle.

- Artur Philipp (10/5): - This hotel looked great in the pictures, but it is even better in real life! Beautiful place with a private beach. Rooms were big, clean and had great air conditioning. The breakfast is served by the owner and his family and they were very helpful and provided excellent service. They really made you feel welcome. Close proximity to a nice bakery, an ATM and a store for all of our daily needs. Bars and restaurants nearby as well. Taxi to the centre of Split and the old town was always available at a reasonable price and took about 15 minutes. Would love to stay here again.

- Tor Sigurd (10/5): Beautiful hotel - The stay was great, good service, kind staff, beautiful beach and large rooms. Overall there is nothing wrong with the hotel. However, Podstrana is a quiet place with not to much nightlife. So if you are visiting for a calm and relaxing vacation, this hotel is a good choice. If you want more life and music in the evening, you should consider split or actually another city. (Split in general is not to good at partying, at least not in late September). But again, the hotel was great and absolutely a recommendation!

- Leif (10/5): Perfect for a family getaway! - We spend 4 nights here as a base for visits to Split, Trogir and Klis. The room had an amazing view to the Split peninsula and Brac. The massive balcony of our room had both a section with sun and a section with shade. The hotel is in walking distance of a bakery and a small but well-stocked supermarket. By far the best thing is the fact that the beach is right outside the door. You are literally on the beach in 30 seconds. This particular stretch of beach is busy, but not overly crowded. Within a five minute walk on the beach, there are at least two nice restaurants, and ice cream stand, an on beach massage stand, a stand with beach essentials and a jetski rental. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the service level is very high. You feel in good hands. The room is well-appointed and offers an efficient Aircon and a smart-TV. Not that we had time to use it.

Free parking just outside the apartments, and the host greeted us immidiately with sodas and a free room upgrade. We got the room with sea view, it is beautiful there. We took the bus to Split, cheap and quick. All in all a lovely stay in a quiet area, and a service minded host.

- Michael (10/5): Fantastic stay. Will go back - This was the best stay in Croatia. The owner Antek was fantastic, with our late 2am flight there was no problems checking in. Free parking on front of the villa very secured for the rented car. Room and toilet where very clean, bed very comfortable, little kichenet with all you need tea, coffee, fridge, kettel. Balcony with sea view bad very nice and sunny. On one day the neighbors had workers fixing windows with a bit of noise, the owner offer to upgrade us to a quiet room. That tourn out to be a supreme room with a seaview patio :D we where very surprised and very happy as you can imagine :D. There is a bus stop 50m away that will take you to Split city center one way for 13ku (2euro) or Uber around 10 euro single trip. We use the bus instead of the rented car as it was super convenient and way cheaper than the parking in split (2-5 euro per hour), last bus is at midnight from split. The villa has it's private beach with free sun beds and parasols. Overall we had amazing time in Villa Meditarian and would definitely recommend it to everyone. We will definitely comback :D
- Achim (10/5): - Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist Top. Das Basic-Zimmer ist etwas beengt und ist auch nicht voll ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage haben wir aber alles bekommen was wir bräuchten. (die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals läßt sich kaum überbietet - Familienbetrieb !!) Nach ein paar Tagen konnten wir sogar kostenlos in ein höherwertiges Zimmer wechseln. Ich fand unser altes Zimmer auch schön - besonders wegen dem Ausblick vom Balkon Richtung Berge - Ansichtsache ... Die Küche haben wir gar nicht benötigt. Für 6.- € gab es auf der Terasse ein Frühstück an dem wirklich nichts fehlte. Der Strand besteht aus feinen Kies. Liegen und Schirme werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe und haben bis spät abends geöffnet. Rechts und links neben dem Holel sind Strandbar's und Restaurant's für Getränke oder Abendessen zu humanitären Preisen. We paid for the breakfast as and when we had it but well worth the extra €5 p.p The hotel doesn't have a bar as such but not a problem as there is 2 restaurants and 2 beach bars open all day which are within 100m of the property .. They're are lots of loungers that are part of the apartments infantry so we're free to use .. most other places charge but they didn't.. would definitely recommend this place .. we had a very relaxing time and isn t at all overcrowded..

Our room was not the room we had booked but it was still good and as it was just foe one night it was fine for us. Half and hour from airport, 20 mins into Split.

Our room opened to the beach and was steps to the water. The family and staff were always there to help or make suggestions for restaurants. There were many Croatian families vacationing in the area and we loved watching all the activity along this long strip of beach. We recommend staying here for a relaxing visit. The old town of Split was about 20 minutes by uber.

It was such a beautiful 15 days the owner actually upgraded us to a room right in front of the water due to the length of our stay! They are helpful the room is cleaned every 2 days by a wonderful women. The owners son and wife are wonderful as well and very helpful! We were greeted with a smile every morning! They want to please you and make your stay wonderful! As long as your open and loving you will receive the same! There is a bus right in to split! Split is crazy busy and expensive there are beautiful reasturant all along the beach in Podstrana and a great beach bar right next door! If your looking for a super luxurious place maybe not for you but to me this was the most luxurious place I have ever stayed. The rooms are huge as well we had two bedrooms and a kitchen with a huge deck for two people!

- Emmanuel (10/5): Clean hotel, great owner - Ante, owner of the unit, was very friendly and eager to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The unit we stayed in was a newly renovated one bedroom apartment. We spent just a night and wished we were staying 3 nights or more. Initially, we had slight difficulty locating the property because of the numbering system and address change. Once we got to the building with the address we had on Expedia. someone heartily took us to meet Ante.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. A/C worked well. It is a little difficult to find on your own, but if you pay attention to the email sent out after reserving it will tell you exactly how. I for some reason didn't (though I did receive it...), so I parked at a nearby bakery and the manager came out and showed us.

Great view of the beach but even better that the apartment is practically on the beach with lovely restaurants on the strip.
- Kent (8/5): Size of room was a surprise - Our host, Anta, gave us a choice of rooms because the hotel was almost empty. We chose the seaview with balcony and were greeted with a large suite with two king beds and two doorways to a patio overlooking the ocean. The only misgiving was the bathroom was small but clean and functional. The suite was very refreshing and we felt like we had found a small piece of paradise. It was relaxing sitting on the patio, listening to the sounds of the surf. There were very few people on the beach, presumably because the high season for tourists was essentially over. The hotel was difficult to locate as it is at the back of a long narrow driveway and signage was poor. Parking was tight but adequate. It seems all passenger vehicles in Europe are small so they are easy to maneuver. We would have no hesitation in using this hotel again now that we know where it is. Anta was a great friendly host.
