Zwei eigene abgetrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer. Schöne große Terrasse in Ostausrichtung. Toller Service, die Eigentümer antworten auf jede Fragestellung umgehend und bei Problemen wird sofort geholfen. Zugang und Benutzung von einer Waschmaschine und einem Wäschetrockner. Appartement in der Nähe einer Bahnstation, mit Zugverbindungen nach Pisa und Florenz. Ausstattung in der Küche (Besteck, Töpfe & Geschirr) etwas dürftig für 4 Personen. Es gibt zwar eine Spülmaschine, diese muss aber nach jedem Essen laufen, damit man ausreichend Besteck & Geschirr hat. Bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen im Wohnzimmer nicht vorhanden, das Sofa reicht für 2-3 Personen. Esstisch für 4 Personen ebenfalls etwas klein, aber machbar.

• Nelly (10/5): Stilvolles Wohnen für Genießer - Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, neues Appartment "Clarise", mit zwei Bädern und zwei Balkonen. Es ist eine kleine gepflegte Appartmenteinheit, jedes Appartment hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Es ist malerisch gelegen mit schönen Aussichten. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt los wandern, zum Beispiel zum Museum von Enrico Cruso, der Bahnhof ist ganz nah, somit Florenz bequem zu erreichen. Man hört etwas Strassenlärm, bei offenen Fenstern, von einer weit entfernten Straße. Die Zufahrt zum Appartment ist zwar malerisch aber sehr schmal.

• Stephanie (10/5): Beautiful apartments, well kept in a tranquil setting. - Lovely apartment. Perfect for 2 couples. Rooms were the same, both with en-suite. We loved the huge balcony. We loved the views. It was nice having being outside of the bustle of Florence. We used the train which was very easy from Pisa airport to the property, then used train for travelling to and from Florence. The roof top hot tub was fun. The nearest shop was a long walk away. Nothing really close by.

Firenze accessibile in due fermate di treno dalla stazione locale (treni ogni 30 min)

It was a luxurious experience to stay at Dame di Toscana. The apartment was very comfortable and every detail was well thought. The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany. We took a day trip to Pisa and Cinque Terre, and another day trip to Siena. Reaching Florence by train is easy, though the train services around 10AM were less frequent than we had originall thought. It was a great stay, strongly recommend!

Many generous surprises welcomed us :) We left our car and took the train to Florence. A 5 minute walk to the station and a 20 min. ride to Florence, it was very convenient. Check in instructions were very clear and Laura was able to accommodate early check in for us too. The apartments are great with each bedroom having an en-suite bathroom which was very handy. We were also left with some local pasta for us to use as well as copious amounts of alcohol and treats free for guests to enjoy on the ground floor. The apartments are a short drive from Florence and there is ample parking too. Everything was looked after and any questions we had were taken care of swiftly. We could not recommend a stay here enough There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay

Dame di Toscana was presented lovely, it was comfortable, clean, had plenty of space and everything you could have needed was available including a laundry. Some local Tuscany products were gifted and they were absolutely delicious. I would love to stay here again.

The property was huge and lots of opportunities to relax either in the gardens or the roof. The jacuzzi was such a blessing after the hours of walking around Florence.

• Sandra (9/5): Couple's holiday - Very stylish accommodation. Lovely views and great location for visiting several areas of Tuscany and Chianti. Close to train station ( but up a steep hill to the accommodation, therefore not ideal for anyone travelling without a car and has luggage to carry) The master bedroom was perfect, however the second bedroom more suited to older children rather than another mature couple. No storage and very low beams.

• Claudio (9/5): Everything you read or hear about Tuscany is made real here. - The views were spectacular. The design of the property takes full advantage of the Tuscan beauty. Very easy to access from train station. Short walk to the stores and restaurants. A little tough to climb up the road from the main road but certainly doable if you’re fitness level provides.

The appartment itself was modern, clean, top-equipped - we also got some very nice welcome presents. Restaurant recommendations from the host were excellent!! Nothing to add here!! ;-)

Before arrival, received well detailed instructions how to enter the car parking and appartement. House-cleaning was included. Deffintely another visit possible! Nothing.
