Its always a pleasure to have breakfast whilst gazing on the Acropolis. Also the beds are very comfortable and the room is very well equipped. for the first time, we ate in the restaurant and were very disappointed . When we booked we werent told it was a tasting menu which we hate - they agreed we could eat a la carte but, in our opinion the food was really very nasty. Thats a strong statement but i cant think what else to say. The bill was huge as well. I will stay in hotel again but never eat in the restaurant.

- Roam45437247967 (10/5): Great Boutique Hotel - What a great little boutique hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Athens with friends after a cruise. The staff was exceptional. They carted our luggage to the hotel from the adjacent street from the cab, both upon arrival and departure. The restaurants they recommended were outstanding. The hotel is right in the center of plaka within walking distance to the Acropolis/Parthenon, Zeus' Gate and other landmarks, while also being a block from all of the shops and eateries. The view from the top floor restaurant shouldn't be missed. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und ideal, um Athen zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und verfügen über große Fernseher. Zwar gibt es keine deutschen Sender, aber wer reist schon nach Athen, um fernzusehen? Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen und können es weiterempfehlen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt auf hohem Niveau war die Dusche: Im Bereich der Glasführung war sie nicht ganz sauber. Das hat den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck jedoch nur minimal beeinträchtigt.

- T2658EDcr (10/5): i left patting myself on the back for selecting such a wonderful hotel. - location= perfect. if u are there for the Parthenon as i was, athenswas cannot be beat, the site is 2 minute walk away down a pedestrian only lane. atmosphere- sleek, minimal, understated, sharp. rooms- comfortable- if a tad small, showers def a lil too small. value- expensive but worth it especially if u sign up for the breakfast- its a la carte, high quality and served in a wonderful top floor location, where the parthenon and athens skyline takes your breath away. cleanliness- excellent noise level- zero. slept very very well. service- impeccable. they are helpful in a serious way. in every way. amenities- again, get the breakfast. fantastic

Das Frühstück ist A la Carte und man bekommt nie das was man möchte, sondern immer noch zusätzlich etwas und wurde von uns nicht gegessen weil es zu viel war. Beispiel: Man bestellt eine Scheibe Brot, bekommt 2 und muss dann im Müll landen. Sehr schade! Die Duschen, Fugen und Ränder sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sind schwarz. Nicht 5 Sterne würdig.

- GKTravellers (10/5): Perfect Location for all the Sites - AthensWas is located in the old streets of the city centre just 400 yards from the entrance to the Acropolis and close to all the important tourist sites and many restaurants. The hotel arranged a reasonably priced taxi to pick us up from the airport. On arrival we were warmly greeted and very pleased with our 4th floor spacious room with balcony. Our room and the whole hotel is attractively decorated in a modern contempory style. All necessary features including fridge, hair dryer and water were inluded in the room. The king sized bed was super comfortable and the large walk-in shower enlivening. The a la carte breakfast was all prepared to order and served by friendly staff with stunning views of the Acropolis from the sixth floor restaurant. We also enjoyed the evening tasting menu while viewing the uninterupted views of the Acropolis light up beautifully against the night sky.
- Amnonnes (10/5): Near the acropolis and a walk from the old city with an amazing breakfast - a truly great hotel! - Great hotel at a very good location! The hotel is located close to the acropolis with a great unobstructed view from the restaurant at the top floor. The street near the hotel is filled with great restaurants and cafes, and with a short walk to the streets of the old city and 15 minutes walk to the city center. The room was very clean and offered blinds that block light completely, and was quiet - no outside noise. The bathroom is modern with a very good rain shower head. The breakfast was truly exceptional - it is a la carte without a buffet. The food was exceptional and the staff super friendly.

O restaurante que fica no Hotel se apresenta como restaurante de alta gastronomia com custo muito elevado e não entrega o que vende. Decepcionante a comida.

Всё необходимое в номере есть-чай,кофе,вода. Спасибо руководству за приветственный подарок ввиду бутылки замечательного вина и маленького тортика( правда немного перепутали - мы отмечали не годовщину свадьбы,а мой 60-летний юбилей, но это не важно). Всё просто супер! Персонал временами слишком навязчивый

- TheCups (10/5): BEST HOTEL IN ATHENS! - This is absolutely the BEST hotel in Athens. Do not look any further, book now! It is definitely a 5 star and I would give a million stars if I could. Themis was just the best ever. Upgraded our room and helped us with all of our questions. Our room was wonderful and huge. The biggest I have ever stayed in Europe, and I have been to quite a lot. Balcony was great! I was sad when we had to leave Themis. He also recommended the best restaurants! Shout out to Irini, Jon and Marisanti. They are wonderful. Breakfast is soooo good. Not a buffet like typical Europe hotels but you get to order from the menu. Omelets and the greek yogourt!!! OMG! Hotel in the best location. The Acropolis is right outside the hotel, tons of restaurants around the corner, short walk to Plaka and everywhere you wanted to go. Best greek yogurt 2 stores down. Seriously, this is just the best. I would not stay anywhere else!

- Myriam (10/5): Magnifique séjour! - A deux pas de l'Acropole et de son musée, l'hotel est extremement comfortable. Notre chambre était spacieuse, très belle déco et belle terrasse! Le personnel est charmant et très attentionné (j'ai été contacté la veille pour m'avertir d'une grève des taxis et me proposer une solution alternative). Le petit dej est délicieux avec la vue sur l'Acropole, magnifique /

- deletParis (8/5): Very nice boutique hotel - Very nice location, quiet, super kind staff, nice comfortable clean rooms. The breakfast has a wonderful view, it tends to be on the long side when you order but it is very peaceful. It is my second stay in this hotel and I would go again !
- Geraldine (8/5): Un bel hôtel - Hôtel très confortable, bien équipé, et très bien situé pour visiter la ville. La vue sur l'Acropole est très belle Très bon accueil et personnel dévoué. Il est dommage que l'hôtel n'ait pas un accord avec un parking à proximité. Les chambres sur rue bénéficient d'une très belle vue mais un peu bruyantes. Un petit-déjeuner en buffet serait plus apprécié plutôt qu'à la carte (service long et moins flexible). Le restaurant "Le moderne" ouvert toute la journée est pratique mais la carte proposée est trop restreinte (salade, sandwich, pizza). On apprécierait une cuisine simple mais plus locale et goûteuse. Une enceinte Bluetooth dans la chambre serait appréciée.
- Mirjana (10/5): Happy to be here - Located in beautiful pedestrian street near Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Got a complimentary upgrade room, very much appreciated. We could make a coffee or tea in the room and enjoy sitting on a terrace. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast with a stunning view. Very nice staff.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the beds are very comfortable, and the hotel is modern and well equipped. Highly recommended. There was noise from external units in the first room, but the staff quickly moved us to another one.

- reena (10/5): Amazing - I travel a lot. This hotel was amazing. Very quiet for its location, the location is perfect. The service was exceptional. The restaurants food and view were phenomenal. This was my second stay and will always be my go to place in Athens.
