• mark (1/5): - Horrible customer service. I booked a room a day ahead and when I arrived after travelling to the hotel the hotel told me they overbooked their property and have no room for me so I had to leave and make other plans.

• Kenneth (1/5): - Hot Water, heated room. Run down, Room walls unfinished, patches of unfinished walls. Slow sink drain, prone to back up.Felt unclean.

• Philip (2/5): I would not stay there again. - We were dry and warm. The door did not latch properly. The dead bolt did not exist. The room was still from the 1950's. My wife did not feel the shower was clean enough to shower in. The box spring was ripped. The sink was about 220cm high.(3'6"). The toilet was on a ledge about 12" above the floor and awkward to use.
• Shelly-Ann (2/5): Ghetto!!!! - Well my door wouldn’t lock so I slept with a chair behind and tv on. Didn’t feel safe. The bed was stained and the sheets so I asked for fresh ones and as you can imagine I watched as he put pillow cases on some disgusting pillows. Bathroom sink had blood in it and the baseboard has never been cleaned. Let’s say I asked for clean sheet and used my bags for pillows. I survived the night, but I won’t go back or recommend. Door couldn’t close. Dirty bed and sheets. Blood in bathroom sink. Now very warm.

• Patludiha (8/5): - It was affordable for 1 night stay. The bed was comfortable and A/C worked. The bathroom/shower although it looked old but the water pressure was okay and the hot water worked fine. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Looking from the outside the building kind of look old but then again if you are simply staying for a night or two and your on a budget, I will then recommend solely because of how it is descent inside.
• Anita (6/5): Strong cigarette smoke smell in room. Friendly staff. - Friendly and accommodating staff. Quiet and convenient location. Cheapest in the area. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke my whole stay. Couldn't get rid of the smell even with the fan or AC on and the front door open. My hair and travel bag/clothes stank the next day. Wouldn't stay here again because of this.

• Mough (1/5): Very poor. Will avoid at all costs. - Nothing They refused my confirmation. Said that Booking.com is the fault for allowing rooms to be booked that aren’t available. Then told me to get out of their facilities as they had somewhere to be. Told the couple that were in the office as well to wait outside for a cab. This was at 1130pm.

• Bryan (1/5): Bad - I've never had a worse experience in a motel than this place. The lies and the disgusting experiences with the staff is enough that I will never step foot in that place again. Lying about confirmation emails . . Prices.. backpedalling. Just disgusting.

• Chris (1/5): Bed bug bites, cold, dirty, overpriced, gross. - There are bed bugs. The sheets were dirty with visable stains, long black hair and bed bug droppings. The owner walked in my room unannounced at one point, I was just checked in and hadn't locked the door yet and he just walked in. Some, not all of the towels were dirty. If it wasn't for proximity and the temporary situation I was in I would have left. The place was way over priced for what it was and disgusting is what it was. This place should be condemned as building and the health department should bulldoze the building. Literally everything could be better.

The location of the microwave should have been lit - it was dark, even though the microwave itself was minimally illuminated by way of a small controll light...

• Roger (1/5): I will not recommend this motel to all my friends and to our community. - . location is okay a bit far from city. quite staff were in a hurry for us to leave the area. At 10:50am the cleaner, a lady knock the door very loudly. 11am is the check out time but the cleaner was already there by 10:55am. We were still on the room but the cleaner entered the room and started to remove the linens and she was talking and talking without stopping. so we left the area right away. She did not give us privacy before 11am.

• Crystal (10/5): Great place for a good night sleep. - My check-in was quick, and Ashok was so friendly. The room was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. As a single female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in the area.

• Amy (1/5): Bad - This place is the worst place I've ever stayed in my life. The worst spot. Horrendous rooms and rude staff. Absolutely nothing was good about this place. The bed was loud creaking every move we made. The toilet was leaking on to the floor. The owner was extremely rude and even attempted to take the deposit out of my bank account without asking when I had already prepaid the room and brought cash for the deposit. He didn't even ask for it he just went ahead and tried taking it from my account and then told me I never payed anything until I showed him the receipt and he said he needed the deposit and I pulled the cash out that I already had ready. Never stay here

• Stacey (7/5): Always works well for us! - No breakfast, but the TV and wifi worked great! The location works perfectly for us. There were visible cobwebs in almost every corner this time around. But when your only there for 1 night it wasn't a deal breaker. Especially for the price.

• Lori (5/5): This is not a hotel for vacation but it suited our needs as we needed an economical place to sleep and shower and that’s - great price and convenient location. the bed was comfortable and no bugs. TV had Roku that worked. owner was very friendly and did not mind I paid cash on arrival instead of credit card. the room appeared to be under construction, plaster dust and unpainted portions of the room. there was no dresser or nightstand. the 1 lamp was on the floor. no clock. no closet to speak of, there was a microwave and mini fridge in it, leaving a lot 6 inches for clothes. the bathroom was definitely dated making it seem dirty but it wasn’t, just worn. the pillows are flat, I suggest bringing your own as I always do. No amenities, just a small bar of soap.

• Kathryn (1/5): horrible I left and got a refund - on booking it says they are pet friendly but when I arrived there they hassled me for having a dog I was harassed about having a dog and I prepaid and it said dogs were allowed . I then had to speak to the manager via the front desk agent on the phone and he made me FaceTime him to see the dog I felt harassed and I was forced to be on camera without my permission

• Valeri (8/5): Very good - Good price for clean room on the road, convenient for those who come to have a rest after working day or just for sleep. Bed is lage and comfortable, shower and toilet are clean. Microwave, TV, small fridge. They are renovating some of the other rooms and the construction workers are kind of noise for the rest of the day. Neighbors from ather rooms are late smokers and talkers, but that's acceptable and expected for this price range.
• Chia (1/5): It really sucks! - This is the first time that I make a reservation at a hotel and the hotel told me that they don't have a room for me when I arrived. It really sucks! It really sucks!
• Jiatang (10/5): Better than I expected. I will be happy to visit again if I need to stay around the area in future. - Private room with a bathroom, microwave, TV, WIFI, and refrigerator. Nice staff. Simple and affordable. No cooking facility, but fortunately I got my own. Some parts of the room are old or nearly broken, but all the essentials work fine.
