- Clifeen (10/5): - Parking was easy and secure, property is far out from shops but the hotel has everything you need. A shop and nice restaurant, a pool and beach access, so if you wanted to stay on property you can. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be returning.

A full-time bellmen is required to assist guests with taking luggage to upstairs units. In addition, house keeping needs to check in daily to replenish coffee, condiments, etc. Food at the restaurant was average.

I especially like that every balcony had an unobstructed view of the sea. The Staff were friendly and helpful the food was delicious. The garden was well maintained. - Tamika (8/5): - We surprised my dad with a trip home for his birthday recently. I travelled with him and decided we would stay at Harbour Breeze. The property is beautiful and gave me the feeling of R&R I needed. It gave serene and peaceful. I kind of wished we had a better view of the ocean but I was also grateful that my dad didn’t have to climb too many steps to get to the room or walk very far to get to the car. My dad was just happy to be home on Long Island, but was impressed with the property as well. The staff was helpful and even alerted us one evening that we left the light on in the car. That was much appreciated! Because this was the first time in a few years that either of us had been back to the island, we spent most of our time out visiting and eating with family, but I will be back for my next trip to Long Island and I intend to try the restaurant there and other amenities. I hope the property stays as clean and as peaceful as it is now!

It’s clean, the staff is responsive and the villas are clean I give it 5 stars but the would be travel you have to understand and appreciate Long Island for what it is, to me it’s heaven but if you expect to be pampered, drive a brand new rental and smooth roads you may want to look elsewhere The island is safe, the locals are hard working caring people If you chose to come , stop in a local bar and buy a round or just sit at the bar and strike up a conversation. You will leave richer than when you arrived

Booked partial ocean view had no view. Hotel type room they never cleaned it. Internet and Tv didn’t work for a few days no communication from management.

- Rayharna (10/5): - This property exceeded my expectation! I booked the studio apt and it was exceptionally clean, spacious with an amazing ocean view (just as in photos). The staff support service was amazing, from I made reservation straight to me checking out; the communication was clear and timely. I would recommend getting a vehicle to move around as even though property is close to restaurants and a lot of the attractions, it is not walkable. You can rent vehicle through property. Also most restaurants are closed on a Sunday or open pretty late so make sure you have at least food for breakfast. Overall I give my experience at Harbour Breeze and Long Island on a whole 10/10
- Sam (10/5): - The property is in an excellent location steps away from a the beautiful Lochabar Beach. Minutes to Clarence Town for a quick bite to eat or walk down the beach to the right to a very pretty Blue Hole. Staff wonderful and helpful, ample parking. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Villa had everything we needed, and staff was very prompt in fixing a TV issue we were having. Property landscape and villa decor are wonderful. - Fennelle (10/5): - This hotel is newish and clean and super comfortable. It has an outdoor veranda in the back of each room (with two chairs and a tiny table) that has a really nice view of Clarencetown Harbor and the Atlantic beyond. The landscaping throughout this property is to die for - much of the vegetation is native, but they’ve thinned it so you can see through most of it. At night the walkways are lit by cute little lights that look like flowers. All this, and a really reasonable price! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Now that said, I would like to mention two cons: 1. The hotel room block is not numbered from the road/parking lot AT ALL. All of the associated villas have lots

It is all well kept up and the beach is gorgeous. Our accommodations were nicer than we even expected. The AC in the bedroom worked great and all the furnishings were nice and inviting. We loved the island and this wound up being a great location to explore from.

The property is off the beaten path in a good way and the finish of the property and the views are worth the price.
