Frühstück halb a' la carte lässt den einen oder anderen Wunsch leider offen, aber das war für uns gut zu verkraften.... Und ja, die Betten sind recht fest.

FREDERIC (10/5): Hébergement ideal pour un sejour tout confort au calme dans un endroit somptueux. - Le cadre est juste sublime. Au coeur de la nature et au bord de la riviere Kwai. La piscine est splendide. La possibilité de se balader en velos prétés par le Resort. La gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel au petits soins. Le site est assez isolé. Ideal pour profiter d’un sejour reposant (piscine à débordement, massages, soins). Plus compliqué si l’on souhaite se balader autour du Resort, notamment Kanchanabury (30 km) si l’on ne dispose pas de son propre véhicule.

Pensez a bien réserver un taxi car les grab et bolt, pour ma part, on eu du mal a honorer leur courses. Le restaurant n'est ouvert tard, et le petit déjeuner il faut y aller tôt sinon il ne reste plus grand choix.

Our daughter had an accident when we arrived and the staff were exceptional in their response. Pool was great Kids park needs renovation. We never used it. Suardi (10/5): TRANQUILIDAD - La verdad es que el lugar me sorprendió. Lo mas increíble fue el centro wellness incorporado con masajistas que me resucitaron el cuerpo. Sumado a ello, la piscina es hermosa y todas las instalaciones estan en excelentes condiciones. Lo mas impresionante es que estas en la mitad de una reserva natural extremadamente bella, alejado de todo. Es el lugar perfecto para estar tranquilo y reconectar con uno mismo. La comida estuvo deliciosa y el personal es muy agradable. Quiero darle una mención especial a MIMI, la gerenta del lugar quien hizo que mi estadía sea una maravilla absoluta.

Adrian (7/5): Quiet countryside venue with river views - Large garden grounds perfect for wandering. Pool is very good size and layout but it is a walk from your room for info. The resort is undulating with many slopes and steps so if not steady on your feet bear that in mind. Service is very good and welcoming, rooms are good with garden and river views. Area is very quiet. There are bikes you can use around the grounds and a spa. The restaurant has a varied menu catering to western and asian tastes. The breakfast is ok with a reasonable variety but not many options in each category for example there are pastries but only 2 types, there is cereal but only 2 types, there is a very good egg station though.

Ingrid (8/5): Hôtel au milieu de la nature avec une très belle piscine - L'environnement de l'hôtel est très calme, verdoyant et très très bien entretenu. Le parc, la rivière, les ponts, les vélos à disposition tout est fait pour profiter de la nature. Le grand plus est la piscine au milieu des arbres, splendide. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très serviable. L'hôtel est isolé, il est préférable d'être véhiculé pour faire des excursions. Si ce n'est pas le cas, à la réception, il est possible de demander des taxis. Il n'y a rien à faire autour de l'hôtel, donc un mode de déplacement est nécessaire. L'état des chambres est très correct mais vieillissant, notamment au niveau de la salle de bain.

Il ristorante dovrebbe adottare il metodo del menu fotografico, dato che le traduzioni in inglese sono un po' generiche, e spesso i piatti vengono riportati indietro.

Chin (10/5): We will be back in our next vacation. - The river view is awesome. Peaceful, quiet and relax. Highly recommend ppl who like to find a restful and peaceful place to calm. It’s convenient for car driver. You can biking around the property area. The room size is good. Although the resort has aged, the facilities are well cared. Bedding are clean and comfortable. The on-site view is exactly as the same as photos. The only problem is the water flooding in restroom. After showing, the water flowed to the ground and we need to use towels to dry it. Nevertheless, everything is good.

Peter (8/5): A very pleasant stay, shame the weather was very English, rainy. - The staff were wonderful , they were very respectful and smiley.The place was good for our little dog and the room well provided for him. The room is spacious and spotless too. Because only 1 key we could not leave him in the room for breakfast as everything turns off when you lock the door. It’s ok if your dog is ok with dark, and silent, plus getting hot as no air conditioning , but not if he’s spoilt and used to being treated well. The venue is a little far out from anywhere, again that’s only personal. No Bacon, real sausage, again I need to diet so personal choice.

Ryan (8/5): Very good - The resort is beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities. The pool and bike riding through the property were the highlights. The breakfast buffet did not impress. It lacked options. Also- We had 4 people booked and we were given a room with a double and a single bed. The mattresses were quite hard.

Supaporn (8/5): Natural and Greenery - Room is clean and well renovated for deluxe villa room type, but water tap in baht tub didn't work. Bed and pillows is comfy. Anyway, we satisfied to stay here. Breakfast was acceptable, but not much choices.

Luisa (5/5): Passable - It has great potential The place, unfortunately, is a bit run down. Most of the staff are very friendly, but the willingness to help is not as much as you would find in other places we have stayed at. The most disappointing was to request to stay for an extra 3 nights & the person at the reception said it wasn't possible because the hotel was fully booked, we proceeded to check on Booking.com for those nights & they were available. We took the hint & looked for another hotel for the remainder of our holiday in Kanchanaburi.

Olga (9/5): Quiet. - Specious territory, river, pond. Park near the room. Room have balcony and terrace. Very good. Good breakfast in nice restaurant. Swimming pool is not cleaned, the territory around sounds abandoned.
Nev (10/5): Exceptional - A really plush resort right on the river. Breakfast was amazing, whatever your taste preferred. Hammocks down by the river were very relaxing It's located a long way out of town, about 20mins from the bridge and museums. Good if you like peace n quiet.

Kait (5/5): Passable - Friendly staff, clean room. Location, miles from anywhere, my mistake . The resort has 3 restaurants, and all 3 are closed in the daytime. You can't get any lunch if you stay on the resort , you are also not allowed to bring food in. The lobby area and the rooms close to there were nice, but the resort has a very thin veneer of what it once was. If you wander around, you will soon see the benches were rotten, rope swings were broken. The swimming pool was full of leaf litter with mould on the bottom. There were very few guests, and maybe the resort would have been better closing than giving the very poor experience we had. If you don't have your own transport it is very difficult to get a taxi to take you anywhere, we had a member of staff take us, which cost 200 baht more than the taxi back.
Nick (5/5): Hotel was just basically a base for us to visit kanchanaburi. Hotel was aging and needs brightening up in the rooms. - Staff were lovely Aircon was good 25 minutes from kanchanaburi . Rooms need a freshen up , a little dark inside. Shower head and taps need de scaling as water went in all directions. Restaurant ran out of croissants by 8:30 . Food was average.

Carol (10/5): Perfect few days at the start of our Thailand holiday. Good base for exploring Erawan and elephant sanctuary - Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. Very relaxing and staff very helpful and friendly. Quite remote and bit far to walk to nearest shops but worth it for beautiful location by the river

Fiona (9/5): Awesomly beautiful - excellent value for money would 100% go back. - An outstandingly beautiful place. Facilities were amazing. So much to see and do A little way out of Kanchanaburi so a bit quieter. Staff very friendly. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was great - not very big portions and very often the food in the menu wasn’t available. Breakfasts weren’t too good. Little choice in the buffet. No real advertised options for people who don’t eat meat - had to work quite hard to get chicken swapped first Tofu.
Roland (9/5): Perfect - Peaceful, secure m, clean and beautiful. The push bikes were in Perfect condition for beautiful morning ride after breakfast. The pool was awesome and relaxing. Breakfast was poor but that was understandable due to low season and very few people staying.

Kulkarni (7/5): Not good for foreigners, language, food and old property is huge issue. - The property is very huge, with lots of things but unfortunately no maintenance and understaffed and old Understaffed, food quality and option bad, staff not great with English. Old property with less maintained. Spa not functional as only one staff member for all guest. Beds and pillow were hard like hell, i could not sleep. Bathroom in river view rooms has uncomfortable bathing arrangement inside tub with very risky approach, while coming out it was very risky i almost slipped and got saved. No lift. Breakfast no great place for vegan and breads fruits too old. No fresh coffee or tea.
