Guest Reviews
- Adam (8/5): - Great staff, clean. Facility’s condition deteriorated little bit but for the price and how close it is from AUB, Corniche, and Hamra Street - I’d rate if 9/10 easily. I recommend.
- Beydoun (10/5): - Wael and hassan wear both extremely friendly and professional as always
- Firas (4/5): - Stuff are super friendly and helpful but property required a huge maintenance work specifically AC and bathroom as well very poor hotel supplies
- MENNATAL (2/5): Terrible accommodation - Very poor hotel, need renovation, the rooms are not clean, they will try to convince you the hotel is nice and all good if you want to cancle, the lady in the reception not friendly, they care about collecting money but not a good experience for you. They put used unclean towels in my room!! Zero star
- Omar (6/5): - Average
- Omar (10/5): - In the heart of hamra across the street from AUB. Clean, new, walkable, parking underground.
- scarrier57 (10/5): A Safe Haven - This was my home in Beirut for ten days in October of 2024, during the war, while bombs were exploding in other parts of the city. I was in Lebanon to report on the war and never, not once, did I feel unsafe while I was in this hotel. The staff is like one big family. They treated me with kindness and respect, even though I’m from the United States, where the exploding bombs were made.
Writing a good review is not enough. I feel like I owe them more than this.
- Jie (8/5): - First time to stay in the hotel and didn’t expect too much. But the room and service both are very satisfying. Staffs are friendly too.
- Abdul Rahman (6/5): - The room was spacious but it wasn’t so nice. Value for money is not great, I’ve been to cheaper hotels with better overall experience in Beirut
- Badri (8/5): - Excellent and friendly staff. Good value for my money!
- Linda (4/5): - The room was not clean at all. Also, the bedding was uncomfortable.
- kyles53 (10/5): Amazing hotel!! Must stay in Beirut! - Can’t say enough about this hotel! Am getting ready to leave today but will stay one night before I go back to home via airport.
I have been here for 4 nights and had no issues. First of all the staff is the best!! Always have a smile no matter what time of the day or night! The cleaning was immaculate and the staff at the sky bar was amazing as well!
Location is everything and I. Like walk all over the town. Next to the university and only 5 minutes to Hamar street. It was amazing. The rocks weee only about 20 min walk and the club area/port/marina also were about 2p minute walk. Lots of food send pubs around.
The sky at has great food and drinks with amazing views!! Plus great hospitality.
The room was amazing and very clean I loved the huge windows, safe and space. Big rooms!
Can’t wait to stop back for my last night before I hit the airport this weekend again. I highly recommend this hotel. The price point was great!! Thanks to all the staff that helped make this an amazing trip!!
- Mehri (10/5): - Stayed here for two nights with family. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great location. Close to shopping and dining. Felt safe. Must stay here.
- Coastal27590096424 (2/5): RUDE AND INHUMANE - I live very close to this hotel in Hamra. Earlier this month, i started going to the hotel's cafe/restaurant to work. The internet was slow, but at least it was quiet (mainly because the place is generally empty). Then the other day i was walking back home with my seven year old daughter and she desperately needed to use the bathroom. We walked by the hotel and i saw the same staff member who had served me the day before and said that my daughter needed to use a bathroom. He was very rude and said that only clients can use the bathroom - i said that it was for my daughter who was about to soil herself and that i was a regular customer and was planning on coming back regularly. He went to speak to someone at reception and came back and had a disgusted look on his face and he started telling me that i had to buy something so that she could use the bathroom. I was incensed and refused and we left. What a terrible and inhumane institution. I will never go back.
- JustAn0therTraveller (10/5): Everything's perfect - Room: great comfortable bed, nice shower. Aircon can be quite strong. Cleanliness is decent.
Location: great location in Hamra, walkable distance to a long of places. Easy to anywhere further with taxi
Staff are generally good and helpful
The rooftop bar is amazing in terms and view and a place to relax. Only down side is it doesn't take card payment.
The value of room is totally worth it
- Fearless27561495121 (10/5): Hidden Gem - A wonderful hotel steps from AUB. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms simple and clean. The black seed cafe is fabulous — Emran's cappuccinos the best in Beirut! A hidden gem in hamra.
- OdieUK (8/5): O so good! - This was my first time in Beirut, and I was excited to see some of the amazing antiquities and ruins Lebanon has to offer.
I booked the three 0 nine having read good TA reviews. It was a good price including full breakfast.
The hotel is located very close to the American University and the hospital. The traffic in the neighbourhood is very busy. We turned off a Main Street into a side street, most of which was in darkness. My driver told me not to worry - it was yet another power cut!
The hotel frontage is mainly the hotel cafe, and it looked very welcome. To the side up a short ramp s the actual hotel entrance.
Check-in was done very professional by the two receptionists. They offered information on good local eateries, their money exchange, and if I needed to book any trips out the city.
My room was at the front of the hotel, with the roof of the cafe and old French style buildings the other side of the road. The room was very large, 2 single beds, flat screen tv, safe, and a bathroom with a walk in shower. It was spotless clean. Their were tea/ coffee making facilities, but the cleaner couldn’t understand my request for English breakfast tea bags and cold milk. However, I spoke to reception and all was sorted quickly. Despite being at the front of the hotel I experienced no road noise whatsoever.
Breakfast in The cafe was very much Middle Eastern, all served on one tray a bit like a meze. To be honest I prefer a buffet breakfast, but what was served was plentiful and good. You can either sit in the main part of the cafe, or out on the two table terrace out front. Their are a number of cats around, and they do wander in looking for scraps. Their was one particular ginger kitty who was obviously popular with guests, though the cafe staff would often shoo him and others out. On the last day I asked the server if he was the hotel cat, but she said no. However, she did say she kept an eye on him, and he was allowed to sleep in the cafe during the day.
One of my pre booked excursions (through Expedia) was cancelled by the operator, so the hotel organised a private taxi to take me to Byblos. It was a reasonable price, but the driver was not a true guide. I realised he was the unofficial hotel taxi driver, so I knew I was safe.
Would I stay at the three 0 nine again? Definitely!
- RMSAquitania (10/5): Gleaming Jewel in the Heart of Beirut - From the rooftop bar and pool to the spacious rooms and friendly, trustworthy staff, Three O Nine Hotel receives our top rating. We had the privilege of staying for three nights prior to our tour of Lebanon and Syria, and another night on our return leg in Beirut. We arrived at abut 3am from London, quire weary, yet were greeted by a friendly staff member who we chatted with over a drink.
The room was spacious, very modern with the most up to date conveniences and had air conditioning that worked 24/7. Our visit came during a time when the heat and humidity were unusually high in Beirut. The aircon even worked during power cuts, which we learned was not the case for our friends staying at other hotels at the same time.
The rooftop bar was icing on an already delicious cake. It was a place where we invited two sets of friends over for drinks as we overlooked the Mediterranean and who said they wished they'd booked here. During our second visit, we enjoyed the small rooftop pool/jacuzzi. The food and drinks were lovely, both at the rooftop bar and in the cafe at the front of the hotel where we enjoyed breakfast in the mornings.
Before our departure, I lamented the fact I could not find an open post office (Libon Post) in order to mail off my postcards. I wrote a note to the front desk team, included my ~10 postcards and $20 US bill. The postcards all arrived yesterday.
A very special thanks to the front desk staff, including Najat, Lorena, Hassan, and to everyone else at Three O Nine Hotel. We hope to be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay with you and a wonderful time in Lebanon.
- Hamartia2021 (8/5): Great Location and Super Comfortable Bed - Central to Hamra for good eats, shopping and walking to other areas of Beirut. The hotel manages electrical outages well, and within seconds. Air conditioning was great (We were there in late August.), very clean, staff very helpful with local information and hiring taxis, helping with money exchange and all small but essential things like getting laundry done. I went with my teen daughter and we felt very safe. There were some minor issues with the plugs in our room being difficult to use with our adapters and thus charging phones was challenging. The room doors are strangely difficult to close without force and a loud bang. The banging is bad at night when one is trying to sleep but the walls were quite thick and we didn't hear other guests unless they were playing music or speaking in hallways. The hotel cafe was also great. Would definitely go back.
- Ali (4/5): - The only good thing about this hotel was the one of the ladies at the reception, The other 3 were rude and unprofessional.
My fridge didn’t work and i asked for help 5 times in 2 days in a 3 night visit u until they fixed it. Well actually they had to replace it because they put one that wasnt working.
The staff watched us struggle with our bags and didn’t move a muscle.
The shower gel and soap were near empty when i got the room and when i asked they said its fine its not empty yet!
Coffee packets were not replaced regurly until you ask.
They have a bar and when i asked for a wine opener they said sorry the bar is closed!
They dont help in anyway and it was a very bad experience and i will never go back there or recommend it to anyone.
- Emad (8/5): - A
- Rateb (10/5): - Very nice stay
- Ely (10/5): - It was amazing
- Ahmed (10/5): - .
- Yahya (6/5): - It’s ok but has no soul.
- Daniel (10/5): Would stay here again! - highly recommend - would stay here again. Room was good, location is ideal in Hamra. Staff are super helpful with printing, organising Covid tests etc. Room is clean, modern and great value for money.
- Julio Jorge (6/5): - The hotel and kindness of the manager were fine, but I was in a room with it bin in the bathroom was empty of another guess and asked for usual service with charges about it I needed a ticket of proof and never they gave me.....
The general condition of the hotel are very good
- Akrm (10/5): - The hotel so clean and quiet and location was so great , just few minutes walk to Al hamra street , staff were very friendly , and cooperative especially Miss Rita the receptiones which i should thank her for her kindness and extra politness with us
- montey (10/5): Great Location & Excellent Service - I truly enjoyed my 4 night stay at this property. The location is fantastic and very safe. The staff go above and beyond. The rooftop bar & restaurant is super nice.
- 481mmm (2/5): Definitely the worse expérience I have had! La peor pesadilla de mi vida! Mon pire cauchemar! - Do not book through a broker like booking/expedia/kayak because the hotel just won't receive the confirmation and you will have no room.
After 2 hours of waiting for the confirmation to arrive on the hotel system, the lady at the front desk and the manager asked me to make a new reservation directly through them (at the front desk) which was 50% more expensive. I refused.
Trust me, you don't want to arrive late at night as I did, having paid with a valid confirmation number from one of the top brokers and have no room because the hotel's reservation system does not work properly.
- Kamel (8/5): - Nice hotel, clean room, very spacious and modern. Staff was friendly and respectful. My only wish was to have a better view but since a new building went up, they lost a full ocean view. Many restaurants and shopping that are just a walking distance, even coffee ahops. We will stay there again.
- 273sabaa (10/5): Home away from home - Trendy, up beat and holds the spirit of Beirut as I knew it before the current situation. Despite the pain of the city, this place welcomes you with warmth and smiles. Staff felt like family. Ready to go out of their way to help, chat, share a drink and make you feel safe and welcome. If you ever come to this city, this is where you can feel home away from home. And the Black Seeds bagels is a killer. If you’re a bagel lover, you must try this one... an absolute winner!
- elmas_handan (8/5): Great - I stayed at this hotel four nights. The room was very bright and clean. When I first took a shower the water came out cold, but before next time it got fixed very quick. This hotel provides you amenity kit and also tea and coffee. The room was cleaned every time I got back. The gym which I used every day had all you needed, but you need to ask the reception to turn on the lights.
I can recommend this hotel, if you want to be close to bars, shops and restaurants.
- Ozmands (8/5): Great location, nice hotel - Three O Nine is a funky, seemingly newly furnished hotel that boasts a really good location, right next to the American University in Beirut in Hamra, and a 5 minute walk from Hamra St.
My only misgiving is that breakfast was very poor, which is a shame as it is served on the rooftop where theres a gorgeous view of the sea.
- JurgenB435 (4/5): Lousy front desk service - My questions (before and after arrival) were never answered. Room was very nice but I couldn't sleep well there because the street noise came in very easily and no city is worse than Beirut when it comes to noise. Breakfast wasn't good either.
- janaabuseraj (10/5): Hotel Stay - Theee O Nine is the perfect hotel for someone who is looking for a reasonably priced hotel with plenty of places to go to within a few meters of distance. The rooms are always clean and the beds are extraordinarily comfortable. Three O Nine has quite of a remarkable service towards their customers and their wishes. Highly recommended.
- chlo_k970 (10/5): AMAZING hotel! - This hotel is amazing!
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and good location in the center of the city.
The view from their rooftop is unbeatable, perfect for a sunset drink!
I would 100% recommend 💖
- Bob (6/5): - The staff were friendly specially Wael and Samah were always smiling and ready to assist. Islam the helper was excellent and Ahmed who handled the parking was excellent and very helpful.
However there is a lady at the reception who could be more helpful and friendly.
Hotel rooms were not sound proof and very noisy. Door slamming in the night.
The worst part was Breakfast. Horrendous to say the least, 2-3 items at the max and has nothing to do with a typical Lebanese breakfast. The guys working at the breakfast are rude to say the least.
- 613kitk (6/5): Comfortable hotel in good location, but noisy building site next door, feeble breakfast, & questionable security - This hotel could be so much better than it is. We stayed for a long weekend in the summer. Our room was comfortable enough, with plenty of space, a fridge + other lovely accessories.
However, the shower flooded the bathroom because the screen was too small.
The breakfast is really quite poor for a hotel of that size, having only a small selection of options. It was also served outside on the top floor where there was no air con for guests to dine in.
Next door was a noisy building site. I acknowledge this is outside of the control of the host, but future guests should note construction starts at 07:00 on the dot during the week.
Our main concern about the hotel was its security. Two nights in a row we were awoken at 3-4 am by someone trying to deliver a take-out order. When management was challenged about this, the duty manager was very rude and totally indifferent. Apparently it’s perfectly acceptable for delivery men to wander around the hotel unchecked at all hours. And there is not always someone on reception, in spite of the advertized 24-hour front desk.
- I2418BOstefaniag (10/5): Very nice clean and affordable. - It's in the middle of Beirut easy to walk around to Hamra and the sea frond.Very pleasant studio apartments, clean and though I was alone they always have extra towels, very clean bed changing the sheets every day and what ever extra I asked they provided to me fast and no questions asked. The reception was very friendly.A special thanks to Najat and the girl responsible for the staff, her name slips my mind.I will always stay there since my visits to Lebanon are quite often.
- dimakakish (10/5): Highly Recommend - Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights now and still counting for two more nights. So far, it has been one of the best experiences so far. Clean rooms, great ambiance and staff..not to mention the perfect location as it is located almost 3 min away from Bliss St. And 5 min away from Hamra.
On another note, I rented a car and was surprised to find out the there are no parking fees.
I highly recommend this hotel and it is my go-place whenever I visit Beirut.
- icarus_icarus (6/5): Comfortable bed. - Stayed here for 3 nights.
It is located within a minutes walk from the America University of Beirut, 5 minutes walk from the often talked about Hamra Street and about 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Its located in the middle of a small narrow street which meant that in the morning of my arrival the taxi driver could not find the hotel very easily and had to ask for direction. Taxi fare should be around 30USD from Rafiq Hariri Airport.
The room itself was fairly clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel has a rooftop bar and breakfast area – the view is great – (some buildings under construction) great view of the America University of Beirut and the coast.
Staff are friendly and try to be helpful.
In terms of criticism;
I requested for some laundry to be done. I was told to leave the laundry in the laundry bag and it will be done by 5pm. After coming back from a day tour – it had not been done. When I enquired – I was asked why I didn’t let them know! So there appears to be breakdown of communication between staff.
The toilet is located IN the shower – You could go on the toilet and have a shower at the same time! The shower area itself is small and has a small screen separating it from the rest of the bathroom – which meant water splashed out on the bathroom floor very easily.
Breakfast starts at 7.30. So, one morning, when I had an early start for a day tour, went up for breakfast and there was nothing and no-one there! There was another couple also waiting for breakfast. Breakfast itself consists of ready-made simple sandwiches, a small selection of fruits and tea and coffee. Eggs were prepared on request.
- Mohamed (10/5): Amazing hotel - Amazing staff greatblocation in the middle of hamra where u can find someplaces open even in the middle of the night a spectacular roof view all that with a great price
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Such a cute hotel that’s in an amazing location. The staff is very helpful with everything. Very recommended hotel
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Perfect, central location
Breakfast is clean but very basic
Construction site outside begins noise very esrly
Construction downstairs is noisy as well
- Bana (10/5): - Very nice room and friendly staff. The location is great.
- Scott (10/5): - Excellent location, design and layout is open, feels spacious. WiFi is fast and consistent. Neighborhood has many options for food and entertainment. Elevators are fast.
- Nabih (10/5): Thumbs up - Highly recommended
- Sharif (10/5): Great for hamra - The location is spectacular, right in between the AUB campus and Hamra Main Street. The hotel is is in great condition and toom 201 was impeccable. The view from the room was horrible though, however the rooftop compensated for it by giving you a panoramic view of the Mediterranean and the rest of Beirut. The juice bar downstairs had one of the best mint lemonades.
- Eli (8/5): It is modern and nice with a few perks - It was all perfect. Good on everything. Mr. Wael is one of the nicest hotel staff Ive met. And believe me, I have stayyed on plenty hotels these years. However, after at least 20 times stayig there, they (not Wael) saw me with my gf of long time (i always took her with me we both study at aub 50 m away we work on projects all the time) and they somehow flippped and made me go down to bring them her ID etc etc at 2 am. Uncomfortably and very unproffessionally.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great service and location. Worth the stay - The hotel was really clean and well located in the centre of the city. There are a lot of restaurants and shops next to it. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful.
- fouad abdallah (10/5): Excellent - Confortable , nice place , good staff , i will recommend this hotel to my friends
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel bars were closed at times either for lack of staff or for hosting private parties. We were also not allowed to use certain areas after 11:30.
- mahmoud (10/5): Nice hotel - Nice hotel in a nice area recomend it for travelers
- mona lisa (4/5): Business-like only - Noisy hotel
Construction works on the street and early morning inside
Noisy staff in the halls
No sound proofing
Guests slam the doors all night and all day
Don’t expect a good nights sleep here.
- Rima (8/5): Nice hotel in hamra - Modern clean hotel with nice rooftop. The construction in front of hotel was annoying. But our overall experience was good and Ghassan was very helpful. Good value for the price.
- Nora (10/5): My go-to beirut hotel! - I love this place - I've now staid here for three times and will without any doubt come back again. The rooms are immaculately clean and well maintained, all the furniture looks like it was just purchased, staff are very friendly and helpful, internet is fast - it's everything you need right in the heart of Hamra. I highly recommend!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Had the worst experience with this hotel in my entire traveling experience. They lack of security and confindentiality. The provide strangers with guest names and room numbers. Without referring back to the guest. I used to
Like this hotel and make it a habit to stay there every time I visit this country. This is by far my worst experience and I will stop recommending this hotel to anyone visiting.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - My experience was terrible with this hotel, even though it is not the first time i stay at this hotel. Confidential information on my room number to a stranger plus they were given a room right next to my room. They did not even check with me if i knew this person or not. Not only they have done this, they have given the car keys of a friend that is parked in the parking to this person because simply they asked for the keys. This hotel is terrible and has zero security. I used to recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to beirut. I will no longer recommend nor stay at this hotel.
- alsd2 (8/5): Modern Oasis - This bright, modern hotel was all the more welcome in such a dusty city. Limited amenities (no pool, etc.), and the bread at breakfast was kind of stale, but the great design, uncluttered rooms, and convenient location were just what we wanted at the end of long, hot days spent sightseeing.
- Rustom (8/5): Short Stay - The hotel is located right next to Bliss street by the AUB main gate. The location has lots of small food shops and close to Hamra main street that has LOTS of shipping and eating options.
The Hotel has parking, but in general, I recommend avoiding cars in Beirut and specifically Hamra....
The hotel is modern looking and they did a good job with the styling. However, it seem like it it starting to need some upkeep (painting/touch ups) to keep it feeling fresh and new.
The rooms are spacious but not huge. We stayed in a Junior sweet with 2 twin beds. The room and furniture felt clean and beds were comfortable.
The bathroom was also clean.
There is a nice roof top with a GREAT view... we just passed by.. but didn't end up staying.
Breakfast is just OK... but I wouldn't pay for it... Basically does the job. The waiter was very friendly and hospitable.
I recommend this place for all kinds of travels, couples, families with older kids... But not guests that are planning to indulge in a hotel experience. The benefits of this hotel is proximity, cleanliness and practicality.
- Mohamad (2/5): Beware hidden fees and bad customer service! - This was a surreal experience for us as frequent travellers. We were looking forward to our stay as the description was good and the photos looked great. On arrival, the lobby looked great but then you get to reception and that's where it starts to go downhill. The chap at the reception insisted on charging us an additional $11 per night for my daughter whom we've included in the booking when we were searching for a hotel and when we made the booking. When I Informed them that we have declared our daughter's correct age which was 14 and we have booked a suite not a standard room, the hotel sent a message back with my daughter's birthday (in case I forgot!) reminding me that she would be 15 in a month time!
The room was OK for a couple but for a supposed suite it was cramped and what was disappointing is that apparently this hotel has a policy of leaving water, tea and coffee only on the first day, so you'll have to go without your morning coffee if you are staying longer. In addition, the window in the room was covered with tiny insects that we thought came from the straw chairs in the room.
Needless to stay, we will never go back to this hotel.
- Jeffrey (10/5): Hip hotel close to AUB and Hamra - I stayed here on the recommendation of a colleague at American University of Beirut, where I was attending a conference. It is one block from the AUB main gate. It is very new, with nice Italian plumbing fixtures and great attention to lighting design. The staff speak fluent English, French and Arabic. Check-in and checkout were smooth as silk. Adapters are available at no charge for foreign devices (American smartphone and iPad). Lobby, dining room, library, and rooftop bar (stunning views of the coastline) all share a quiet modern visual aesthetic. Staff are beautifully responsive to guests' requests. I was happier than colleagues who stayed at nearby business hotels.
- Darren (10/5): Great modern urban hotel in the Hamra district - This is a great contemporary boutique hotel. The overall decor is very trendy/cool with a very modern urban vibe to it. The location right at the front gates to the American University of Beruit was perfect for me. Plenty of people, restaurants, and activity at any time. Also good budget (student-priced) spots nearby if you're travelling on a budget.
My room was very clean with modern furnishings and design (sink, toilet, walk-in shower, etc.).
I had a check in in the middle of the night and it was pleasant to be greeted with a "Good evening. We've been waiting for you" when I arrived.
Breakfast was not included with the package I purchased but it was easy to simply add to my room charges whenever I wanted ($10US / 15,000LEB).
- Eña (8/5): Nice hotel, awesome staff - Well located in an up amd coming area, full of bars, cafes and restaurants. Staff is amazing! The food at the restaurant is really good and prices are reasonable! all positive!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Recommended hotel - I totally recommend this cute and comfortable hotel. the staff is professional and friendly. the rooms modern, clean, and beautifully designed. All necessary amenities are available. The rooftop has an amazing view. Unfortunately the rooms give on a street with old buildings.. sea view would've been better. I recommend having soundproof windows (We can hear the noise of the busy street), and better sound isolation between the alley and rooms (We can hear people taking talking and taking the elevator etc). Also the small refrigerator is noisy and we had to turn it off for the night.
The breakfast is traditional Lebanese, and very tasty. Location for those wishing to stay in the Hamra area, is one of the best. Available parking makes it easier to park your car in the crowded street.
Overall, fair value for money, certainly recommended as long as it stays consistent in terms of quality and price.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much, the room is spacious, clean and modern. The neighbourhood is charming and attractive.
- Verified traveler (8/5): my low profile place - This is my second stay, clean room, nice -professional staff, great location, WiFi is OK, breakfast OK (I wish it includes espresso coffee or allow swapping the whole breakfast for a good cup of coffee), TV programs could be better. I hope in my next stay it will be the same if not better.
- Mouki (6/5): Great location - It was nice as the place was within walking distance from Hamra & Ein El Mreisseh. Great value for money.
- Bassel (10/5): great hotel - it was great
- Katherine (10/5): Very cozy hotel - We enjoyed everything about this hotel.. very friendly staff
- Ayman (8/5): Modern Hotel with friendly service - Enjoyed my stay as usual in this property. Good, clean hotel with contemporary design and friendly service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Simple but comfortable - At first i was a little surprised as i was expecting more from this hotel. However, I very much enjoyed my stay there. The staff is outstanding. They are quick to deliver anything i asked for. Never gave me obstacles to any request. And handled everything perfectly. The rooms were simple and modern and very clean. I was disappointed there was no body lotion and hair conditioner in the bathrooms, and the bath towels were quite small. But everything else was available. The breakfast was not lavish and abundant, but there was a little bit of everything. Generally, I was very pleased with the hotel and I would definitely go back and pay another visit.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 309 urban house - It's clean the staff are friendly the situation of the hotel near the AUB is convenient close to everything breakfast was better last year it's elegant and having a glass of wine at the roof at the sunset set was really special, I recommend it for young people for sure or for a short stay of few days
