- David (4/5): - The unit was fine (only a washing machine and no dryer) which is tough when choosing the location specifically for laundry during a 2 week trip. Very disappointed with the communication and last minute change they forced us to make in location. Was with a group of 35 people and booked 9 months in advance to be at the same location as my in laws. Received confirmation the day before that we were all set and then later that day notified we were being moved blocks away. Not explanation other than the accommodations was not longer available. Would not recommend

- Camilla (10/5): Lejlighed var utrolig fin - Rigtig lækker lejlighed! Bygningen trænger til renovering, primært udendørs. Elevator i udu var meget upraktisk eftersom vi måtte slæbe tunge kufferter op på 4 sal med små børn.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Flott leilighet - noen ting med litt eldre standard. Det er en byggeplass pr dags dato på utsiden. Så litt ukoselig inngangsparti. Vi bodde i fjerde etasje (uten heis som vi fant ihvertfall) og verdens minste trapp. God trening om ikke annet.
- Laurent (10/5): Pays et ville magnifique.Superbe séjour. - Fantastique pays, où la technologie et l'environnement s'allient parfaitement bien. Pays particulièrement propre et agréable, les Norvégiens ne sont pas stressés. Appartement Frogner situé dans un quartier calme et agréable, et avec des transports en commun très efficaces à proximité de tout. Et pour finir, rien à redire sur l'appartement lui-même: propre, confortable, spacieux, fonctionnel. Juste pour info, nous n'avons pas été logé à Colbjørnsens gate 3 mais à Gabels gate 3, changement donné par mail juste avant de partir. Nous retournerons certainement un jour à Oslo, tant ce pays est agréable, et pourquoi pas dans un Frogner House Apartments.
- Kathinka (10/5): Stor luftig leilighet rett bak slottet! - Nydelig , stor leilighet rett bak slottet. Smakfullt innredet og med gode senger. Eneste minus er 4 etg uten heis, så er du dårlig til beins ikke book her. Leilligheten har en god takhøyde, stor stue med åpen kjøkkenløsning og god senger. I tillegg er det en tak terrasse.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment was beautiful! Once inside it was wonderful. However, it was difficult getting around inside the building. Two in my party got stuck in the elevator for a couple minutes. Finally it moved. We no longer tried to use the elevator. And walking up the stairs with luggage was not easy. Plus going up and down the narrow spiral staircase was not an easy task. Once in the apartment, we were fine. Thank you.

- Sally (8/5): - This is a beautiful apartment and a perfect location, but there is construction going on on the property and it is super loud and starts at 7 AM. We were not warned ahead of time at all even though they said that they sent a letter out ahead of time. The rental company offered to find us another apartment to stay in, but they couldn't find another 3 bedroom apartment in the area.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment we had was huge, with extremely comfortable beds (best sleep I had in a trip that involved 7 different rooms). If you're visiting in summer you'll be pleased about the blackout shades that can make the room completely dark. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals, and a nice, smallish, dinning table. Everything was very clean and the location is quiet. We didn't love the centralized, automated checkin. We were traveling with kids, so it was a little hectic to go check in and then walk again to our place - not huge deal for many, but something to consider. It was a long enough walk to be annoying with luggage, but not long enough for a taxi. If you're using luggage storage, you need to go back to centralized check -in to leave your luggage. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, a little boring, but easily walkable to more interesting areas.

- Stephen (10/5): An excellent new location to stay in. - I was able to collect the key from Skovveien and then take an easy 5 minute walk to Colbjornsensgt. The room was excellent and overlooked the Palace gardens as a little bonus. As always with Frogner House I appreciated a comfortable bed, a sitting area and the general facilities a standard hotel room normally does not provide.

- Guðjónína (8/5): Flott og kósý herbergi. - Gott herbergi og kósý. Þetta er íbúða hótel svo það er engin þjónusta. Hefði verið gott að vita að maður þyrfti að innrita sig á Skovveien og fara síðan þar sem íbúðin var. En var mjög ánægð með herbergið og umhverfið mjög gott.

- Eva (8/5): ruhiges Wohnen mitten in der Stadt - Sehr schönes Haus in Top-Lage. Zwei kleine Mankos: Einchecken muss man in Stovveien, was mit einem schweren Koffer im hügeligen Oslo eine zusätzliche Anstrengung bedeutet. Dann sind vor dem Erreichen des Aufzugs im Haus erst mal sechs Stufen zu bewältigen. Also mit leichtem Gepäck ein sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthaltsort!

Rummet låg i markplanet med stora fönster i två riktningar mot parkeringen utan avskärmning/insynsskydd än tcocka mörka gardiner som stängde ute allt. Annars gillar jag Frogner house. Bra lägen, rent, fina rum/lägenheter. Trevlig personal om/när man träffar dem.
- Leslie (6/5): Would not recommend as is - I booked this hotel and then stayed in it because it had a washer in the room, which was very helpful in the middle of my long trip. The washer was it’s major redeeming quality. To check in at another location (even though I was aware when I booked it) was inconvenient. When you have been traveling all day with a very heavy bag adding another 10 minutes of hiking around is not a perk. Maybe not a problem if you had a car. The throw pillow on the bed and the ottoman for your suitcase both had icky white stains on them. I wanted to cover the ottoman with a towel to that I could still use it, but there was only one towel in the room, and a note that to request towels was an extra charge and they were only delivered on Wednesdays. Also there was no floor mat towel, and so any water that flooded from the shower could not be easily cleaned up, making getting ready uncomfortable and wet. Also, there was no art on the walls, and the blackout curtain for one window was a few inches too short. It would be nice, as others have mentioned to have instructions for the washer. Despite googling the brand and searching through instruction manuals I still managed to somehow wash with hot water resulting in ruining a few important articles of clothing for my trip. The location is perfect. With a few changes from the hotel management (washer instructions, cleaner furniture and more towels) this could be a much more comfortable place to stay. I, however, would not stay here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place, close to Oslo highlights and transport - Excellent location, secure building, nice small studio apartment with kitchenette and laundry in unit. Bathroom was a bit dirty, a couple of the windows had broken bits, and I would have loved to see a laundry pod or more than one towel, but overall was a great place to be based out of for 3 days. Wi-Fi wasn't working when I was here but my data plan allows roaming in Europe, so not an impact for me.
- ish (10/5): amazing apartments - this apartment was amazing! a stones throw away from thr royal palace. the apartment was very clean, with all the facilities...shower, kitchen, dining table, double bed, washing machine, crockery, cutlery. the room had plenty of storage and even had underfloor heating!! (wow). its handy having a kitchen to cook your own food as everything is so expensive. there is supermarket round the corner to buy various ingredients. i would definitely recommend this apartment as its very close to the centre, clean and very homely. only let down was there was only 2 sachets of coffee despite them knowing we hsd booked for two nights.

More storage was made available by how they built a platform above the kitchen and bathroom. I liked how you have the sliding doors to separate the kitchenette and bathroom from the living space. Highly recommended.
- Kate (4/5): Studio in Frogner Apartments - The studio room was very small, stuffy (the window did not open)and badly arranged (too much furniture in a very small space). I would not recommend taking a studio room, the average hotel room gives you more feeling of space.

- Brett (8/5): Great Location, good value - Pleasantly surprised. A nice room (I was alone so has the studio single) with the bonus of having a waher/dryer in the bathroom. The location is great, just behing the palace and right next to two trams and the Bygdoy bus. Easy access from National Theater station (train and subway, or catch the 19 tram from Oslo S. A very quite and tranquil area. Easy walk to Aker Brygge or Frogner park. They offer a breakfast service but i would skip that - there is a nice little cafe one block west which I used for breakfast (I was at the satellite location (Inkognitogata) so check-in was two blocks away - a minor hassle).
- Sidney (8/5): Frogner (Incognigata) - delightful - Frogner House operates quite a number of "apartment" facilities in the area of Oslo just west of the royal castle/palace, in an area I believe is called Frogner on maps. It appears that they vary in size of accommodations - we stayed in the Incognigata (great name) street one, which was a studio apartment. Very comfortable, clean, well equipped. You should know that these are apartments, not hotels, so no hotel "services" though it appears that one can purchase them (new linens, cleaning, etc.). However, a well equipped kitchen area. The location is close to stores, restaurants, etc. and a GREAT bakery/coffee shop half a block away. Our only dissatisfaction was that the sleeping area was a very compressed alcove - literally no room to either side of the bed so we had to climb in and out over the bottom.
