Philipp (8/5): Sehr gute Lage zum kleinen Preis - Die Lage ist optimal und der Preis war absolut niedrig. Die Dachterasse hatten wir komplett für uns und es war wirklich schön dort! Das Bad war eher so semi gut in Schuss und das Toilettenpapier wurde nicht gewechselt.

Oleksandra (8/5): Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciate your hospitality. - We enjoyed two lovely nights at your hotel and appreciated the atmosphere, interior, and overall comfort of our stay in Prague. We also appreciated the late check-out agreement at 12:00, which allowed us to rest before our journey. There were a few minor issues in the room, including curtains not fully hanging on hooks, some dust, and cobwebs, but they did not significantly affect our stay. Around 10 a.m., a housekeeper questioned our check-out in a rather unfriendly manner despite the agreed late departure, which caused some discomfort until it was clarified. We also noticed that hotel staff were rarely present at the reception. We believe clearer communication between staff and guests would improve the overall experience.

Shower does not drain properly. Also there is no reception, so this is not a hotel. Does not offer service to store your bags after check out.

Manuel (6/5): Sufficienza - Posizione centrale e facile fare check in. Un bagno solo, una vasca con ‘’doccia’’ quindi non una vera doccia un po vecchia e con qualche mattonella rotta. Per fare check out ci hanno chiesto 20 euro per tassa di soggiorno ma non c’era mai nessuno in reception e quindi non sapevamo come fare, molto poco chiari .

Lack of response from the property in regards to messages on the first day. When we sent a message on morning of check out we got a message on how to go outside of our room to locate a switch to turn on hot water- this was too late. So we didn’t have facility of hot showers- for 4 of us.

jmfuertes (7/5): Perfecta ubicación, buhardilla incómoda por la altura, pero hay otras habitaciones en planta normal. - Es una buhardilla pequeña, limpia, con cama aceptable, pero techos bajos y en el baño, tengo que ducharme de rodillas (yo mido 192). La ubicación lo compensa todo, si no eres muy quisquilloso.

Loads of cafes (one opposite the street in my photo below, breakfast was incredible), bars, restaurants nearby. 5 minutes to Charles Bridge and 10 minutes to the castle grounds. Room was stunning. Spacious, comfy bed and sofas. Mini fridge and kettle. Easy to get in and out. We loved it and would stay again Only issue was the water temperature for the shower was unreliable. Went hot and cold

Noemi (1/5): Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo en absoluto - Tan solo la ubicación, el resto fatal Apartamento muy viejo, descuidado y feo. La cama se hundía y los muebles estaban rotos y desgastados. El baño tenía una bañera sin cortina con lo que al ducharte se empapaba todo el suelo. Nos dieron la habitación de la planta baja que daba a un patio interior minúsculo sin apenas luz. El personal inexistente, nos mandaron las instrucciones para entrar al apartamento en checo, menos mal que hay traductores…. Es la primera vez que escribo una mala reseña, me deje guiar por los comentarios que eran decentes y fue un completo desastre. Tenía reservado para cuatro noches y después de la primera nos cambiamos a otro hotel

Hotelova lednicka umistena v pokoji s postelemi nebyla zabudovana do skrinky, takze byla v noci hlucna. Na obrazech, nohach starobyleho nabytku a svitidlech byla viditelna vrstva prachu.

Iryna (10/5): - Спокійний район, хоч і поруч із Празьким Градом. Дуже атмосферне місце. З поселенням проблем не було, хоча сейфи для ключів працюють трохи дивно, потрібно по довчитися. В номері дуже охайно, чисто, інтерʼєр на любителя: стилізовано під 19 сторіччя, але мені сподобалось. Єдине що додало незручності - це відсутність повноцінної рецепції. Залишили свої речі до чек-іну просто за стійкою реєстрації. Заспокоювали лише те, що вхід до готелю тільки за кодом. Дякую за комфортний відпочинок!
enebel (6/5): - Okno z pokoje jen do malého dvorku, je to spíš takový světlík. Špatně větratelný pokoj. Sprcha šla těžce pustit, je potřeba vyměnit kartuš.

Praisová (10/5): - Úžasné pokoje i místo. Byla jsem ohromena. Hotel je pár kroků od historického centra a mnoho perfektních restaurací. Rozhodně jsem zde nebyla naposledy. Oceňuji i vybavenou kuchyňku s možností uvařit si ráno čaj.

Martin (5/5): It was okay - I liked the location of this property. It was right in the center of the city next to the castle, I also liked the bathtub. There were multiple windows that were directly against the bed and they were above head level, so it wasn't comfortable because you weren't able to block them.

Francesca (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno, luogo ideale per spostarci. Zona bellissima, su strada importante a un passo dal castello e da MaláStr - Spaziosa e comoda. Posizione ottimale per visitare la città. Un po’ buia e dava l’idea di esser polverosa.
Gabriele (8/5): - Die Lage, um die historische Altstadt zu erkunden, ist optimal. Fehlende Organisation für einen Parkplatz. Im Papierkorb war noch Abfall vom Vormieter. Die Weingläser waren total vollgetapst, nur ausgespült. Wenn Kaffee- und Teezubehör angepriesen wird, dann erwarte ich, dass nicht nur 2 Teebeutel vorhanden sind, sondern auch löslichen Kaffee und wenigsten Zucker.

Jana (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita, bezproblémová komunikace s ubytovatelem. Měli jsme okna do Nerudovy ulice a byl slyšet hluk, hlavně projíždějící auta.

Тасев (10/5): - Стаята беше великолепна, мебелите бяха нереновирани, но въпреки това имахме усещане за дом, уют и топлина. Спалнята беше удобна, чаршафите бяха чисти, но овехтели. Банята изключително чиста със снежно бели кърпи и добра топла вода. Отлична локация и отлична комуникация с домакина. Благодаря Ви!

Brian (6/5): - It was quiet. Bathroom was clean but no bath mat made showering dangerous. Room was quiet and peaceful. Bedroom was shabby and dark and outdated. Needs a coat or two of paint.

Bien penser à utiliser le coffre. - Très bel emplacement Attention, personnel de ménage non prévu qui vient changer la poubelle et en a profité pour voler des affaires (une montre) et jeter des papiers personnels laissés sur la table, à la poubelle. Difficile de rester confiant après une telle expérience. Quelle déception!

BB (2/5): - This is an air bnb not a hotel! There is no staff there and you have to use a code to enter the main door and then a code for a box which contains your door key. I arrived to find no door key in the box and there was nobody there to help me. I managed to find a cleaner who didnt speak English at all so with a little help from Google translate I managed to explain. She called the office (im assuming) and they kept saying my key was there and then found out they had given my room to someone else. They rang me after I had found another hotel to stay in and said they would move the people out of the room and I could go in there which I refused and asked for a refund.
Inga (10/5): Patika uzturēšanās . - Numuriņš bija silts tīrs. Neparasts interjers ka muzejā. Jauka āra terase .Atrodas pašā vecpilsētas centrā,bet āra troksni nevar dzirdēt. Nepatika ka uz vietas nebija personāla. Nesanāca ātri piereģistrēties.

Mikhail (1/5): - nothing It was room 1 on ground floor with a door to the yard. And noisy neighbors from room 2 with opened window to the yard. Music and a talks non stop. A lot of NOISE. Asked them to close window, but nothing change. And no Any reaction from hotel. So I can't sleep before night bus and pay for nothing. Highly NOT recommended this "hotel" if you wanna stay in a Prague
Aurora (8/5): Camera ampia e zona ben servita - Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Bagno con bidet e vasca da bagno con doccino. Posizione ottima, ai piedi della collina col castello. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi e in zona ci sono molti pub e ristoranti Camera poco oscurata la notte e letto non molto comodo. Il doccino della vasca da bagno era rotto e non si poteva alzare per fare la doccia in piedi.
