There was a terrible smell from the kitchen sink, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the one room (no14) was next to the lift shaft motor, so you heard the lift all evening & early morning. which woke me up every time anyone in the building used the lift

- Natalia (5/5): Nie wrócilibyśmy tutaj niestety ponownie. - Największa zaleta tego miejsca to niewątpliwie jego lokalizacja. Kontakt z obsługą, która odpisuje sprawnie i zareagowała na nasze zgłoszenie o grzybie i pleśni w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie odbiega standardem od tego przedstawionego na zdjęciach. Jest już dość zniszczone i brudne, wymaga odświeżenia. Dodatkowo do samego przyjazdu nie wiemy, który apartament wynajmujemy, a ten promujący ofertę jest najładniejszy z nich wszystkich. Podpisuje się umowę, w której uwzględnione są opłaty za zniszczenia w mieszkaniu, (dokładnie te, które już w mieszkaniu są dokonane np. brudne ściany), a na zabezpieczenie podaje się dane karty. W naszym mieszkaniu pod prysznicem znaleźliśmy sporo toksycznego grzyba, który po zgłoszeniu został po prostu zmyty ze ściany przez obsługę.

- Raf90 (3/5): Poca serietà, pulizie e ricambi giornalieri non assicurati - La struttura è abbastanza vicina al centro città e i servizi erano comodi e funzionanti senza alcun problema Non mi è piaciuto per nulla (e non so quanto sia corretto) che la struttura non ha garantito nè la pulizia dell'appartamento nè il ricambio asciugamani/lenzuola. Su mia richiesta di spiegazioni, su whatsapp mi è stato detto da un referente della struttura che non avevamo diritto alla pulizia dell'appartamento nè al ricambio asciugamani/lenzuola perchè il nostro soggiorno era inferiore ai 6 giorni, ergo per avere diritto a questi servizi dovevamo pagare 20 euro extra al giorno; tutto ciò non era indicato nè nella pagina su Booking della struttura nè nel contratto che mi è stato fatto firmare al nostro arrivo. Non so se tutto questo sia legale, ma lo trovo comunque estremamente scorretto.

Wokół miejsca parkingowe płatne (strefa), jednak bardzo trudno dostępne. Jeżeli masz wynajęty samochód, może być Ci trudno, ale dla chcącego nic trudnego. Obiekt polecił nam dwa parkingi prywatne po 20€ za dobę. Bardzo sprawne zakwaterowanie, miły personel.

Miłe przywitanie winem, woda w lodówce 7 min od przystanku z którego można się dostać na lotnisko. Marina przyjęła nas bardzo serdecznie i wszystko klarownie wytłumaczyła. Nie ma takich rzeczy.

Die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck) hätte etwas mehr sein können (ideal, wenn man nur 1 Nacht bleibt, sonst muss man einkaufen gehen), es sind nicht 2 vollwertige Zimmer, weil es keine Türen gibt. Bei den Fotos sind mehrere Appartements im selben Gebäude abgebildet.

- Magali (8/5): Idéal comme point de chute pour visiter la région, nous avions la chance d’avoir en outre une magnifique vue sur l’Etna - Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’emplacement de l’appartement et la possibilité de garer sa voiture facilement et en sécurité sur le domaine public (parking payant mais accessible). Le quartier est vivant et populaire, ce que nous avons également apprécié. Nous avions décidé de nous servir de l’appartement comme point de chute pour visiter Syracuse. Taormine et Catane et sommes ravis de notre choix. Le design de l’appartement est vraiment bien : moderne, chic, fonctionnel. Les relations avec l’hôte sont excellentes : toujours fluides et disponibles. Nous avons été surpris par la taille de l’appartement. Nous étions trois donc un peu serré. L’appartement aurait été plus que parfait pour un séjour à 2 en amoureux. En famille, n’hésitez pas à demander un appartement plus grand (dont la configuration est également propose)

- Giulia (9/5): Ottimo appartamento vicino al centro di Catania - Appartamento Executive molto bello, dotato di tutti i comfort, inclusa bottiglia acqua in frigo e mini kit per colazione (nonostante non sia inclusa). Set prodotti bagno/asciugamani/biancheria. Letto molto comodo. terrazzino. Posizione silenziosa, 15 Min a piedi dal centro, 5 Min dalla fermata Alibus (transfer aeroporto), vicino ai Giardini Villa Bellini. Sito al terzo piano, ascensore piccolino ( porta max 2 persone). Marina, molto gentile, ci ha consegnato le chiavi e seguito durante il check in. Ottimo prezzo con black Friday. Disponibili a tenere i bagagli dopo il check out nel loro ufficio. Niente

- Alexandra Bödör (10/5): Mindenkinek ajánlom, aki kényelmes otthont kerest a belvárosban - Szuper elhelyezkedés, a képek tökéletesen visszaadják a valóságot. A házban van lift, ami nagy előny! Késett a repülő, ezért nagyon későn érkeztünk, de még így is személyesn vártak minket, átadták a kulcsot, nagyon rugalmasak voltak.
