• Cecilia (8/5): - La posizione è davvero ottima, a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Torino Porta Nuova. Le vie adiacenti sono piene di posti dove poter mangiare o fare aperitvo. Il centro è raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. La pulizia della camera non era perfetta, ma comunuqe sufficiente. A parte questo il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e ha soddisfatto ampiamente le mie aspettative.

Il mini appartamento, prenotato per tre persone e dalle dimensioni ridotte, non presentava l’interno della cucina, neppure generi di primissima necessità (acqua, cialde caffé….). Per l’ingresso in struttura si passa in un cortile disordinato e pieno di detriti e rifiuti.

• Uģis (10/5): A great place for holiday trips, all of Turin in the palm of your hand. - I am writing a second review about this hotel, because while skiing in Sestriere, we stayed 1 night on the way there and 1 night on the way back. Of course, both times the hotel was the same, and I must say - excellent. It is convenient that the hotel is close to the train station and the shuttle bus to the airport: 5-10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The second time there was a different room, but the layout was the same with a kitchenette and a slightly separated sleeping area, a balcony and an interesting avant-garde design. I don't know if all the rooms have the same or different designers? There are pubs and pizzerias all around, it is advisable to book a table in advance. Public transport in Turin is also convenient and the necessary stops/stations are close to the hotel. You can take the metro to the Auto Museum, and the bus to the Lavazza Museum. Of course, I liked everything, great price/comfort ratio.

• Raymond (6/5): The apartment did not meet our expectations and is not worth the price we paid for the stay. - The location is very near Porta Nuova Train Station, just a few minutes walk. The apartment is clean and very well lit. The apartment is clean and spacious but lacks basic necessities like towel hangers and soap holders in the shower, Also, there are no USB wall sockets to charge mobiles and the fact that the towels where changed only once in five days is not pleasant. The area is a bit noisy and scary with suspicious people staying on the street and talking loudly through the night. Also, the refrigerator was not working, but when we reported this to the owner she allowed us to put our groceries in another refrigerator in another apartment.

Staff was very accommodating and professional with very clear instructions and good communication. I would stay there again. For light sleepers like me, there is quite some noise coming from the street which kept me awake at night. But obviously this is to be expected in a big city like Torino. It was still a very positive experience!

Lo consiglio ma con riserva per i rumori notturni - Appartamento vicino alla stazione e comodo per tutti i servizi di trasporto pubblico.. Dotato di ascensore. Personale super accogliente.e disponibile. Pulito e confortevole. Il divano letto tutto sommato abbastanza comodo. Ci hanno dato vari cambi biancheria da bagno e numerosi prodotti per igiene. Il bagno era ben fornito. Descrivo anche ciò che non mi è piaciuto ma in generale lo consiglio Ho trovato poco attrezzata la cucina..Posate fornite col contagocce, piatti un po' più numerosi. Manca la tovaglia da tavolo, solo due tovagliette di plastica per 3 persone. Ho dovuto comprare io la spugna per lavare i piatti, cosa che di solito è in dotazione. Anche i panni carta erano assenti. Non amo la piastra a induzione. Mancano istruzioni di utilizzo per chi non è avvezzo. La zona è molto rumorosa di notte con locali e musica ad alto volume. Ci sono molte persone che urlano per strada a tutte le ore notturne. Portatevi tappi per le orecchie.

Così come altre attrazioni "fondamentali". Le strade intorno non erano caotiche, ma comunque vive, con molti servizi e ristoranti. L'arredo interno ci ha colpito molto: edificio storico, con altezza interna elevata, ma un'intelligente uso di travi in legno ( poche e ben disposte ) lo ha reso moderno senza rovinare l'esistente: davvero interessante e piacevole.

• Berthold (7/5): Un lieu paisible au cœur de l'animation - l'Apart Hotel se trouve dans un quartier dynamique et occupe deux étage d'un immeuble résidentiel. Notre chambre, située côté cour, était parfaitement calme. La propreté des lieux était impeccable et le lit très confortable. Nous avons apprécié le ménage de milieu de séjour (pour 5 jours sur place). Globalement, les équipements sont fonctionnels et bien entretenus. L'agencement manque de convivialité : les appartements se succèdent le long d'un couloir étroit, sans aucun espace commun. Côté décoration, on déplore l'absence d’identité locale: on y retrouve une esthétique "standard", agrémentée d'objets aux motifs américains assez impersonnels. La vue, quant à elle, donne sur une cour intérieure bétonnée sans grand intérêt. Côté cuisine : le strict minimum est fourni (3 couverts, 3 plats, etc, mais aucun produits de base (sel, sucre, huile). L'absence d'un petit panier de bienvenue rend l'arrivée un peu austère. Dans la chambre, seulement la moitié de l'armoire était à disposition, l'autre moitié fermée à clef. Un tiroir était cassé. La réception n'est ouvert que quelques heures dans l'après-midi, une question posée à l'adresse de contact affiché dans l'hôtel à propos du dépôt des clefs et restée sans réponse. La réception n'est ouverte que quelques heures l'après-midi. On nous a demandé un chèque de caution à l'arrivée (c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive!) Le jours de notre départ, notre demande par email concernant les modalités de restitution des clés est restée sans réponse.

• bacchusx (8/5): Agréable et assez cosi. Plafond haut. - Pas trop loin du centre et proche de la gare. Beaucoup de restaurant alentours. Sécurité. Il y a quelques rues pas top, pas trop sécur à mon goût du parking à l'appart.

• Amy (10/5): We loved these apartments, close to everything you need and very comfortable, would stay again. - Really close to the train station, really good facilities and very comfortable. If you are a light sleeper you may find that you can hear noise from the streets below but I feel this is to be expected in a busy city.

• Barbara (10/5): E' stato un soggiorno brevissimo, di una sola notte, ma siamo stati tutti molto bene. - Posizione centrale e comoda, per arrivarci in auto e per parcheggiare. L'appartamento è molto bello e dotato di tutto il necessario, pulito. E' stato confortevole dormirci sia per il giusto calore dei locali, che per i letti. In generale mi è piaciuto tutto.

• Jodie (9/5): - Exceptional apartment! Big, clean and beautifully decorated. Great facilities, separate bedroom for our daughter which she loved. Huge bathroom, lots of room for luggage. Nice little balcony. Mini supermarket and lovely restaurants/bars close by. Easy instructions for checkin. Excellent value for money.

• Lucatelli (10/5): Ottimo - La struttura è vicina a tutto. Abbiamo raggiunto il centro senza problemi. Vicino la metro. L’appartamento era molto pulita e gli spazi ben divisi, dotata di tutto.

• ada (8/5): place with personality! - the place is clean and confortable i love th high ceiling in the rooms the location is good because it iswalking distance from the city center but the people on the street are very dodgy and scary .. the hotel is nice and clean they should try to offer a car parking because the nearest one is very expensive
• Andrea (1/5): - Posizione vicino alla stazione di Torino P.N. Servizi, in particolare la doccia non funzionante (non usciva acqua) e l'ho scoperto quando stavo entrando nella doccia. Inconveniente NON Accettabile. Lavandino minimal con base di appoggio strettissima assolutamente scomoda. Luce dello specchio rotta (per fare la barba ho sofferto non poco). TV saloncino non prendeva i canali classici ma per lo più stranieri.
