• A.ulivi (8/5): Ottima soluzione per scoprire Verona. - La posizione centralissima ad un passo dall'Arena, la pulizia, un monolocale delizioso, bagno spazioso con doccia e lavatrice, angolo cucina grande e abbastanza funzionale (anche se ne abbiamo usufruito), ben insonorizzato, buono wifi. L'ascensore in realtà è un montascale, si deve tenere premuto il pulsante in continuo per farlo funzionare ed è lentissimo; mancavano le tovagliette da bidet. Non ha servizio di deposito bagagli, ma vicinissimo a postazioni con armadietti a pagamento 3€ l'ora (comodissimo anche se un po costosi).

An original charming old building with a cozy atmosphere. Very helpful staff. It’s a bit cumbersome to take the stairs up, especially with luggage. There’s an elevator but not all the way, something to keep in mind. But the view makes up for the small inconvenience.

I booked the junior suite which stated there was a king bed and a sofa bed Upon arrival, the receptionist argued repeatedly with me stating that I didn't book the junior suite even though I was able to show her the booking. Very disappointed with how we were treated by her and we would definitely not recommend staying here. Only after several minutes of discussion did she finally concede that she was able to separate the king bed into 2 beds. It was very difficult to find the location as it is a keypad on a doorway. There is no indication that you have arrived at the bandb. We had to ask at a hotel across the street where a very helpful gentleman was able to direct us.

• Paloma (9/5): Une belle grande chambre et salle de bain avec son coin salon dans le centre historique de Vérone. Très agréable - Le cadre tout d’abord. La chambre était aménagée avec goût et se trouve à l’entrée du centre historique. Tout est à proximité les magasins pour faire du shopping, tout comme des cafés sympas et restos. Tout était très bien !

• Matrix (5/5): Soggiorno deludente: posizione ottima ma comfort insufficiente. - La posizione della struttura è centralissima, molto comoda per visitare la città e muoversi a piedi. La camera era più che soddisfacente nelle dimensioni sebbene avesse solo dei lucernai e senza finestra con affaccio. Maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, soprattutto del bagno: ho trovato capelli sul giro del water, cosa inaccettabile. Migliorare l’illuminazione nelle aree di passaggio con luce a sensore di movimento, per evitare inconvenienti quando c'è buio e non si riesce a trovare l'interruttore della luce. Adeguare il prezzo al livello del servizio oppure migliorare gli standard complessivi.

La ubicación es muy buena, la temperatura de la habitación perfecta. Cama muy cómoda. He de mencionar que la ducha no se fija bien y además el agua se filtra por la puerta de la mampara y deja el suelo encharcado.
