Tracey (10/5): Great stay very comfortable and would defiantly stay again - It was clean and in a great location close to tram stop so you could access either the town centre or go up to the fair The only thing I could say I didn’t like was the front windows, the double glazing has blown which doesn’t give a very good first impression but once your inside everything is great

Hannah (6/5): Disappointing Return - Location was excellent for where we were planning to be over the weekend. The majority of the staff were kind and polite. We had previously been to this hotel before in 2023, we enjoyed our stay so much it actually got a mention in our wedding. Unfortunately when we returned we did not have as positive of an experience. We arrived around 9pm and parked in the car park situated right next to the hotel. When we entered we were met by the owner, who we had previously met when we had stayed before. She was very abrupt and spoke down to us about parking in the wrong car park. We could have let this slide, however the bar area was filled with guests, so we were made to feel very embarrassed. We quickly apologised and advised once we have taken our bags to our room we would move the car. As we we stating this, my husband mentioned that we had stayed at the hotel, hoping we would get some sort of a welcome back (even a comment would have been nice), instead we were met with “well then you know that you should not have parked in that car park”. Again not a nice welcome, to the point where we considered leaving a day early. We decided against this and went for a walk in the evening before returning to our room for the night. When we woke in the morning, we went down to the breakfast area for our designated time, to be greeted by the owner telling us our table was not ready and to sit in the bar area to wait, which we did. When we were taken to the food area, the staff were kind and took us to our table. When they were moving the placing around, the owner accidentally knocked a knife off the table, my husband just pointed it out, just incase she had not noticed. When he mentioned, the owner snapped at him, saying they will get it replaced, again not and ideal response to a paying guest. The breakfast we had previously had (again mentioned in our wedding) was fantastic, unfortunately this time around it was very much lacking, with chewy bacon and low quality food, which was disappointing. We do want to add, the other staff members were very polite and had smiles on their faces when they served us.

gardiner (6/5): Good value for money,great location.staff I felt under pressure at breakfast as it was a busy hote - Breakfast was good but would had enjoyed my toast to be warm as was put out when eating cereal. Felt staff was abrupt when asking to put in the heating as when entering the room room was really cold and had condensation on window and then had to come out of being showered into a cold room to where staff brought up small heater saying other ppl were asking her to turn the heat off believe me radiator was stone cold it was middle of march would see the point if it was warm weather, being asked what we would like for breakfast when we arrived and staff thought this is what we would be having gor our 3 night stay each morning. Bed was up against the wall so when needing to get up in the night or early morning I had to waken up husband to go to the bathroom. I understand it was a small room.we have been here before and had no complaints

The staff were very friendly and helpful and super efficient at looking after us. It's in one of the more rundown areas of Blackpool but that can't be helped felt very safe and secure in the hotel and no bar noise either from nearby.

Because of the staff frien - The property is strategically located.comfortable rooms and very clean toilet/bathroom. Very friendly courteous staff. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat and drink with more extras.There was provision for secured parking space. The TV is very small and wrong located as we could not watch on the bed.
