- Guido (9/5): Eines der besten Hotels (9) meiner 3-wöchigen Sardinien-Rundreise! - Ob Zimmergröße, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit oder Service, dass Hotel hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt, eher übertroffen... Das Frühstück war vielseitig, lecker und frisch, für alle war etwas dabei - ob herzhaft oder süß. Der hauseigen Parkplatz prima, aber auch auf der Straße stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen! ?

The parking lot filled up with 50 of them the night we were there so we did not get a parking spot in the hotel lot. We had to park on the street. Pool was in the shade in the afternoon and the hot tub was not hot (not sure if it was supposed to be out not).

- antony (9/5): A lovely hotel apart from the Scrambled eggs - The worst and weirdest scrambled egg I’ve ever seen .Rubberised artificial eggs must have been supplied by Michelin man.Also, I attempted to walk into breakfast at 6 59 and was sent away as I was 1 minute early I had disturbed the staff having and chat . I had to do the walk of shame back to reception .

- Valentina (1/5): Pessimi - Esperienza pessima e sinceramente inaccettabile. Abbiamo scoperto solo dopo la prenotazione che questo hotel non accetta bambini, una politica che trovo non solo antiquata ma anche discriminatoria. Nel 2026 è assurdo che una struttura ricettiva si presenti come accogliente e poi escluda intere categorie di persone senza alcuna sensibilità o flessibilità. Il personale, invece di cercare una soluzione o mostrare un minimo di comprensione, si è dimostrato freddo e poco collaborativo. Nessun tentativo di venire incontro al cliente, solo rigidità e zero empatia. Un hotel dovrebbe essere sinonimo di ospitalità, non di esclusione. Se viaggiate in famiglia, state alla larga: qui i bambini non sono benvenuti e, a quanto pare, nemmeno il buon senso. Non tornerò mai più.

- mattia (10/5): Hotel imperdibile se si va in ogliastra - Posizione molto comoda, nella via principale di Tortolì. Piscina molto bella. Camere comode e molto pulite e profumate. Colazione molto varia e con prodotti di qualità. Al quarto piano c'è un bar che serve i migliori drink dell'ogliastra, per quanto mi riguarda. L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare in un soggiorno che sfiora la perfezione è una cosa trascurabile sicuramente, che non inficia il giudizio della struttura in generale in maniera assoluta, però diciamo che ho notato. Da quest'anno, per gli ospiti dell'hotel c'era la possibilità di sfruttare il 10% di sconto sulle consumazione del loro bar al quarto piano. Il mio soggiorno è durato una settimana e sono andato in questo bar 5 volte. Per usufruire dello sconto si doveva dire di essere ospiti. Ora, io non pretendo di essere riconosciuto a colpo d'occhio, ma che la quinta volta che mi si vede devo ancora ribadire di essere ospite e mi si chieda pure il numero della stanza come se fossi uno che sta provando a scroccare uno sconto..non è molto carino. Non voglio essere frainteso, loro hanno tutto il diritto di tutelarsi, ma è una richiesta che avrei capito il primo giorno. Alla quinta volta che mi vedi ancora non ti ricordi di me? Sarò io magari un po' permaloso😂. Comunque a parte questo episodio sono stati tutti molto gentili e professionali.

Z tarasu widać było morze. Nie korzystałam z basenu- byliśmy przejazdem na jedną noc. Ulicy nie było słychać, tylko sąsiadów. Szkoda, że taras czynny dopiero od 19.00.

- Sandra (8/5): - Das Zimmer war super groß und der Balkon war auch Top. Lage ist prima. In wenigen Minuten ist man in den nächstgelegenen Städten, an den Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch um Abends Essen zu gehen ist die Lage super. In ausgewählten Restaurants erhält man 10% Rabatt, sowie in der Rooftop Bar. Beim Frühstück wurden die typischen Sachen angeboten. War allerdings jetzt nichts besonderes. Enttäuschend war, dass spätestens ab 8:30 Uhr nichts mehr aufgefüllt wurde, wenn es leer war, obwohl das Frühstück bis um 10 Uhr angeboten wurde. Hinter dem Hotel steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Er ist nicht ausreichend für alle Gäste und sehr eng. Allerdings sind sämtliche Straßen hinter dem Hotel und auf der anderen Straßenseite kostenlos. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Dusche sehr klein.

Parking z tyłu budynku,jeżeli nie było miejsca to na głównej ulicy przy hotelu pod sklepami na białych dozwolonych liniach.Tez nie było problemu z miejscem.Śniadania przepyszne każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie.Kawa z ekspresu świeżo mielona z prawdziwym mlekiem.Owoce,ciasta,i najlepsze codziennie gorące Crosanty z goframi.Poprostu pycha!!Milo wspominamy pobyt i na pewno wrócimy. - stefano (10/5): Soggiorno comodo e rilassante. - L'accoglienza e disponibilità del personale della reception. La possibilità di usufruire di un comodo parcheggio. La piscina è soprattutto la posizione con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Nel bagno della nostra stanza l'accesso al box doccia un pò difficoltoso per le dimensioni ridotte delle porte rispetto alla nostra corporatura.
