- Elisha (10/5): Best birthday trip away ever - I loved the location, the food, the staff were so friendly, the amount of the things to do at the hotel alone was great. The one thing I didn’t like was the bed in the room we stayed in because it was on chains and swung. And I’m quite a light sensitive sleeper, so it moved every time we moved. But that is the only negative.

- Djone (10/5): Um hotel romântico na Itália para realizar boas fotos e vídeos especiais com animais e água - Gostei muito do atendimento da equipe que faz o acesso ao hotel, desde as pessoas do atendimento até a equipe que cuida de carregar bagagens e a limpeza. Vi que alguns atendentes cuidam do hotel muitas horas e com muito carinho tudo é feito em prol dos hóspedes. Não gostei dos 2 restaurantes, o menu e a comida salgada precisa de aprimoramentos. O doce e o café da manhã estão perfeitos. Alguns membros da equipe e do restaurante com Deboches e risadas altas fizeram o café da manhã ser constrangido, mas levei na esportiva porque não sei do que falavam. A comida servida no jantar eu fazia melhor quando tinha 9 anos e cabia quando eu cozinhava mais que a palma da minha mão. Atualmente vale muito apena ir e levar a comida do Que jantar no hotel !

Staff on the restaurant was not great… I ordered fondue and it came in a relly strange way, I aked and they said it was normal. Until I called the manager witch looked and changed the dish right away and apologised. However I did order 10g of caviar and they charged me 30g. We sorted it out after. But shouldn’t happen.

The New Year decorations were beautiful and created such a warm, festive vibe. One of the most unforgettable moments was breakfast with the alpacas — it truly felt like a dream and made the experience so unique and special. - leyton (10/5): Fantastic hotel and staff- the most romantic hotel in the world!!! - This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, we were fortunate to meet the owner and his wife and they provide a fantastic experience for guest and nothing is a problem. All of the staff are first class. The food was amazing as the special experiences are worth every penny and make the trip very special. We went for my partner’s special birthday and had a fantastic time. The view from our private hot tub of the mountains was amazing and we even got snow to make the view magical. I cannot thank the staff and management enough for their service this weekend and highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a special weekend away. Thanks again and see you all again soon. Nothing could be better

- Davide (3/5): Tutt'altro che spa - Staff gentilissimo e disponibile! Colazione incredibile! Posto auto coperto. Ristorante contemporaneo buonissimo! Vista sulla vallata molto bella. Il mio feedback è basato sul fatto che ero andato lì con la mia compagna per fare spa, ma qui la spa è più un'attrazione turistica anziché una vera e propria spa. Le saune interne funzionano per modo di dire e sono fredde. La sauna esterna ha gli spifferi dai vetri. Pieno di turisti che sono lì non per rilassarsi, bensì per far vedere la bella vita sui social: entrano in sauna senza teli per il sudore, si portano dentro drink e cellulare per fare le dirette instagram, fanno casino e per non surriscaldare il telefono APRONO LA FINESTRA DELLA SAUNA raffreddandola. Musica alta in tutta la zona relax, che quindi non fa rilassare. Pomeriggio DJ che non fa rilassare. Peccato, perché il posto è veramente bello e soprattutto lo staff è fantastico! È per la loro gentilezza che mi dispiace lasciare questa recensione. Ripeto, io cercavo una spa, ma se qualcuno cerca instagram e festa, è il posto ideale.
