• Vincent (10/5): Vue paradisiaque a Los gigantes, en appartement premium ! - Idéalement situé. Grand appartement sur 3 demi niveaux. Magnifiques vues de la terrasse au RDC , et du 1er étage (chambre). Personnels très attentionnés. Le port de Los Gigantes est a 15-20 minutes a pied. Nous recommandons+++++ Tout était parfait

• Matthieu (10/5): Super séjour, nous recommandons ! - La réception et le fonctionnement de l'hôtel étaient super. Les employés étaient très gentils, professionnels et arrangeants. Lieu calme et sans vis-à-vis. Pas de parking appartenant à l'hôtel, mais nous avons trouvé des places de parking gratuites dans la rue facilement à cette saison (avril-mai)

• Betty (8/5): Un très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, mais très peu reposant😅 - Le logement est très sympa et spacieux. La vue était juste sublime! Vraiment rien à dire de ce côté là. La literie… malheureusement le gros point négatif de notre séjour, on sentait les ressort dans le matelas, ça a été très compliqué au niveau du sommeil.. C’est dommage pour des vacances, le repos c’est quand même important.

• Raquel (4/5): Decepción - Las vistas Apartamento sucio.Los utensilios de cocina hay cosas que deberían de reponer nuevo.Sartenes que se pega la comida.Luego hormigas pequeñas en la cocina que no podías dejar nada de comida,ni nada abierto puesto que se llenaba todo de hormigas.Pedimos que echarán algo para ellas y nadie pasó por allí,solo el de mantenimiento a echar liquido por el.fregadero para el mal olor.Las gavetas de los cubiertos sucia y pelos en ella.Luego la piscina los bordes verdes por el alga.Deberia de llevar un mantenimiento todo el día.Sinceramente de todas las veces que hemos estado allí nos hemos llevado un chasco bastante grande.No creo que volvamos a quedarnos más allí.

Au calme avec parking public. Restaurant/bar sur place. Piscine avec vue sur Los Gigantes ♥️. Pas de produits de base (huile, vinaigre...) laissé par les précédents vacanciers. Le personnel parle en anglais. Je suis française parlant espagnol, c'est dommage.

Petite structure très familiale , très propre, la vue de la terrasse est magnifique, le personnel très sympathique, supermarché à proximité, plage et port à 20 min à pied. Nous pensons y retourner l'année prochaine (c Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner , n'hésitez pas à manger au restaurant, le midi plus snack mais très bon rapport qualité prix et le soir c'était une très belle découverte

Proper zwembad, prachtige locatie! de keuken was vrij krap en er is geen vaatwas, maar je kan niet alles hebben :-) het ontbijtpakket voor 30 euro was echt armoedig. Er is ook een Lidl op zeer korte loopafstand.

Para ir con la familia, ayuda a desconectar y disfrutar de las magnificas vistas de los acantilados. Y aun sabiendo que esa zona es muy turística, en ONA Las Rosas nos sentimos tranquilos y relajados.Por eso es la 2 vez que vamos El colchón del sofacama es muy mejorable. Sobre todo para gente muy alta.Y la velocidad del wifi podría mejorar. Había ratos que iba muy lento. Y heche en falta algún utensilio mas en la cocina, y alguna cafetera estilo italiano?:)

• Caroline (9/5): - Ona las Rosa's was the perfect location for a relaxing week in Tenerife - the apartment had everything that was needed and the view from the balcony was beautiful - also walking distance to los Gigantes where there are many lovely restaurants - I will definitely come back to Ona las Rosas

You get a first floor with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a dining table, couch and TV and also a terrace with a view to Los Gigantes. The second floor has the lovely bathroom and the bedroom. Super beautiful view in front! There is a warm pool with a view to Los Gigantes, breakfast and coffee are available on order. Lovely friendly staff!!!!!!! Parking is available on sight but could get busy. Loved all.

• Corien (8/5): Mooi en ruim appartement, mooi gelegen. - Het appartement is ruim en de bedden zijn goed. Het balkon is groot, met fijn meubilair. Ook is het zwembad heel fijn met mooi uitzicht op de zee met de kliffen. De accommodatie is prachtig gelegen. De WiFi is heel traag. Er kunnen maximaal 4 apparaten op. WiFi is eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor appen en mailen. Streamen is niet mogelijk. De keuken is heel plakkerig. Het peuterzwembad was gedurende een paar dagen kouder dan het grote zwembad. Dit was opvallend. Onze dochter verkoos daarom het grote bad. Ons appartement, nummer 17 keek uit op een straat met sportbar en op zee, helaas niet op de kliffen. Er was wel de hele dag zon. Het appartement beschikt over 2 badkamers. Volgens de boeking werd aangegeven dat er een bad en een douche zou zijn. Dit bleken 2 douches te zijn, terwijl wij wel graag een bad hadden gehad.

If there had been one - The terrace balcony with an incredible view of Los Gigantes cliffs was wonderful. We had breakfast there each day. It is a very quiet location so you can relax. The second bedroom didn’t have much natural light so felt dingy. There aren’t many places to eat out nearby, but we found a nice place in Los Gigantes which is around a 20 minute walk away.

I didn't like the bar staff, when I came with my wife to the table to watch the sunset, a woman came up and asked what we would drink, we replied that we just want to watch the sun go down, we don't want to drink anything, there were maybe 2 people in the whole bar, all the tables were free, she replied that you don't drink anything here in the bar area, you have to leave, so we did it. I think nothing would have happened to her, we would have sat for 10 minutes and watched the sun.

• kathrina (10/5): Fantastic stay! - I absolutely loved my stay at Ona Las Rosas in Los Gigantes. The property is beautiful and the views are honestly amazing waking up to them every day was such a highlight. My sister and I stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean and really well looked after, and having our own bedroom and bathroom each made it really comfortable. The whole place felt really fresh and tidy, which made it even more relaxing to stay in. The staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming the whole time we were there, which made the stay even better. The pool area was also incredible, the view from the pool is breathtaking and the sunbeds are really comfortable, so it was such a nice place to relax. It was also really easy to get taxis — they arrived almost straight away whenever we called, which made getting around simple. I loved my time at Ona Las Rosas and would 100% stay there again if I came back to Los Gigantes. It was all great

W jednej z łazienek, dokładniej spod prysznica przez cały pobyt czuć było intentywny zapach z kanalizacji. Mimo zgłoszenia na recepcji (piątek) i informacji zwrotnej, że nastepnego dnia (sobota) ktoś z obsługi przyjdzie i się tym zajmie, niestety nikt się nie pojawił więc korzystanie z łazienki było uciążliwe. Kabina prysznicowa była dość mocno zapuszczona. Na dolnym poziomie bardzo często traciliśmy dostęp do internetu.

• Martin (10/5): PERFECTO - wir waren leider nur 3 Tage, überraschend für uns war, dass wir ein Apartment erhielten, dass einen Mega View zum Meer hatte und wir sehr dankbar waren, große Terrasse, Küche mit allem, Tolles Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, richtiger Luxus, und später merkten wir, dass wir in einer Anlage waren, wo fast nur Engländer waren, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, Pool? ein ruhiger Ort zum relaxen!!!! Jetzt wissen wir, warum dieses Hotel immer ausgebucht ist, Gratulation an das gesamte Team es gibt nichts!!!
• Klaudia (9/5): - Lokalizacja - to bardzo na plus. Wszędzie blisko. W apartamencie znalazły się również wszystkie podstawowe sprzęty. Przydałby się parking dedykowany dla gości. Po godzinie 19 było bardzo ciężko znaleźć miejsce gdzieś w pobliżu. Przydałoby się również szczelniejsze okno w sypialni ponieważ wieczorami było słychać bawiących się ludzi w naprzeciwko lokalu. Przy małym dziecku było to średnio komfortowe.

• Alison (10/5): Best resort in the area - The whole resort was spotlessly clean and the views from our villa were amazing. The staff were so helpful, booking a,taxi for us and taking prepayment. The pool was clean, never busy and we were supplied with pool towels. The resort is very private and not overlooked as some are in the area. Very close to supermarkets and places to eat but not so close that it's noisy at night. Excellent location. Lots of guests reserved their sun loungers with towels in early morning then went off shopping, eating in the bar or just going back to their villas for lunch. I don't think that this should be allowed.
• Quentin (9/5): Vue magnifique pour des vacances ressourçantes - La localisation au coeur d'une station balnéaire très sympa mais en étant au calme dans une impasse, à proximité des commerces (Lidl notamment) Le format petite maison La piscine surveillée et chauffée très agréable en février Et surtout la vue mer et falaises de Los Gigantes depuis la terrasse. Un peu dur de trouver une place de parking devant l'hôtel Le sol du logement que nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivée (mais tout le reste très propre) Il y a un restaurant non géré par l'hôtel au bord de la piscine et au coeur des logements (pratique notamment pour le petit déjeuner) mais ils organisent des concerts tous les soirs donc un peu bruyant mais sans nous empêcher de nous endormir.
• Michael (6/5): Die Unterkunft würde ich nicht mehr buchen, trotz guter Lage und netten Personals, Pool oder andere Angebote habe ich ni - Schöne Lage, nette Mitarbeiter, Parkplatz in der Nähe, saubere Anlage. Die Ferienwohnung geht über 2 Etagen, Schlafzimmer sind im Unterschoss und haben den Charakter eines Keller…Muff. Bäder ohne Fenster und trotz einiger durchgeführter Renovierungen wirkt das ganze in die Jahre gekommen und zeilenweise auch lieblos gestrichen. Die Zimmertüren Dunkels Holz sind so alt wie das Haus und haben eine gewisse „Patina“ es kam einfach kein wohlfühlen zu Stande. Die 4 Matratzen der Betten waren bis auf eine durchgelegen, nur dünne Bettdecke, und Wolldecken im Schrank die auch keine appetitlichen Eindruck machen..

Rozkladaci gauc bol totalne nepohodlny

• Julie (10/5): First time away for New Year, will definitely be returning - We had a one bedroom apartment with a sea view, the pool was heated which was lovely in Dec/January. The location is great close to shops restaurants and bars. The staff were all great and very pleasant
• Roland (5/5): Ruime appartementen en fijn zwembad, maar reserveer er geen taxi's! - Het appartement (2 slaapk.) was erg ruim en leuk ingedeeld. Balkon met uitzicht op zee ('s middags zon) en terrasje met uitzicht op hotels (ochtend zon). Er waren 2 badkamers, dat was prettig! WIFI was beneden ok, boven iets minder. Mooi, verwarmd zwembad met veel ligstoelen en apart kinderbadje (extra verwarmd). Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Locatie was prima. Je loopt snel naar wandelpad/boulevard en restaurants in de buurt, en ook naar de haven van Los Gigantes (bijv voor dolfijntrips). Hoewel expliciet benoemd in de zwembadregels werd er veel handdoekje gelegd door grote groepen bij het zwembad. Hier werd weinig tot niets aan gedaan. De appartementen waren erg gehorig, zeker kinderen die laat naar bed gaan en door het huis rennen hoor je goed; ook hoor je muziek in de buurt van bars/restaurant, maar dat was acceptabel. Drukke parkeerplaatsen, het kan lastig zijn om daar een plekje te vinden, zeker na 17u. Auto's huren bij het hotel (Oasis) ging redelijk makkelijk en was nog betaalbaar ook. Ze werden alleen iets eerder opgehaald dan verwacht (we konden ze ook niet meer aftanken), dus goed om geen eigen spullen in de auto te laten liggen. Helaas hadden we slechte ervaringen met het reserveren van taxi's. Tot 2x toe kwam de taxi naar het vliegveld 's ochtends niet opdagen en moesten we zelf alsnog iets zien te regelen. Niet ideaal om half vier 's ochtends ... Achteraf ook geen excuses vanuit het hotel of compensatie van de extra kosten, dus beter om hier niet te reserveren want dat biedt weinig garanties en zelf met een huurauto te gaan. Dat was zo een flinke domper op een fijn verblijf! In een reactie schrijft het hotel: "Ten slotte geven we aan dat we geen taxi-reserveringsgarantie of compensatie kunnen bieden, zoals je hebt ervaren; daarom adviseren we gasten inderdaad met eigen vervoer te reizen als garantie belangrijk is." Helaas is dit ons nooit verteld op het moment van reserveren. Dat zou wel netjes geweest zijn!
• KeesGdm (9/5): Mooi appartement, jammer van boeking taxi door receptie - Appartement met 2 slaapkamers heeft ook 2 badkamers. Goede, gratis, wifi. Vriendelijke receptie. Boeking van taxi naar Vliegveld door receptie ging niet goed: taxi kwam pas 1 uur na de gevraagde tijd.

• Monika (10/5): Lovely resort with views - Great quiet resort, kind staff,modern and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen, clean and a terrace-some apartment have a great views over Los gigantes. My was facing the other side so partial sea view The only thing that bothered- me apartment was facing multistorey parking on the other side of the road- that's ok though but on the top floor there was a rather large sports bar with music and games for substantial part of the day - I'm not a sports fan and did not appreciate this

• Ursula (10/5): Peaceful and beautiful - The pool is huge and the poolarea beautiful. Plenty of sunbeds and the water is warm. View from our appartement was stunnig. Though, I have to note, if you are lucky get a view to sea and Los Gigantes cliffs - which is amazing - it also means, that there will be almost no sun at all on your terrace and at least our experience was that the winter wind is really strong on most days;) But then you can enjoy sun in the poolarea:) The location of the hotel is peaceful, in the end of the street, really private. The whole hotel is very picturesque, clean and tasteful and the staff is absolutely top class! Many thanks to the wonderful and friendly lifeguard who also guided wateraerobics lessons! The communication with the Ona appartements main office could have been better. The registration was most infexible I have ever met, but the warmth of the staff at the hotel, especially Javier, compensated it. The food in the restaurant isnt`t the best in the world, but it is not very expencive and I guess it depends on the taste. The restaurant opens 9 o`clock in the morning and if you are an early bird and not a big fan of your appartements machine coffee, you have to wait quite a while;) But when you then order "strong" coffe, then you`ll get a really big and tasteful cup!

• Arkadiusz (10/5): Nice accommodation in the center of Los Gigantes - Very nice view on Los Gigantes cliffs and ocean. Close to shops (e.g. Lidl), restaurants, walking paths, etc. In Apartment 104 there are 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

• Monika (10/5): Amazing place with the scenic view, great location , wonderful guests and hosts ! - Location, the view, the pool overlooking the Los Gigantes cliffs. The pool is well kept, and I think is has heated water, the life guard is on site. Kitchen well equiped. The bus stop, the restaurant next to the pool, 2 grocery stores within 10 mins walking distance - you have pretty much everything you need on site !! Finding a parking spot might be a problems sometimes. Our bedroom linens seemed like they needed to be upgraded. Some extra cleaning bathroom/kitchen would be a plus.
• GUACIMARA TAITÍ (10/5): UNAS VACACIONES ESTUPENDAS - Fue nuestra primera vez y la verdad que no tenemos que decir nada negativo, al contrario atendimiento muy bueno, en todos los lugares, recepción al llegar muy amable, l@s camarer@s con don de gente y serviciales, las chicas de la limpieza amables, el socorrista muy atento, repetiremos seguro. La villa SÚPER con todo detalle y limpio. Mil gracias por estas VACACIONES !!. Recomendable 100%!!.
• Rashid (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist super, es hat 2 Badezimmer, was perfekt ist für eine Familie. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, kann es jedem nur empfehlen Es gibt nicht genug Parkplätze, was extrem mühsam ist wenn man am Abend zurück kommt. Obwohl es Ventilatoren gibt, wäre eine Klimaanlage nicht schlecht.

• CINTHYA (10/5): - Las vistas son impresionantes. Los apartamentos están equipados con todo lo necesario, hasta el último detalle. El personal muy amable, la comida en el restaurante excelente y la piscina limpia e impecable. El camarero Carlos, muy amable y profesional, se volcó con nosotros, nos aconsejó y nos guió en todo lo que necesitamos. Buen parking. Un 10 en todo. Gracias

• Benoit (10/5): Séjour absolument parfait - Hôtel magnifique, appartements spacieux, impeccables et très bien équipés. Vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan et les falaises de Los Gigantes. Personnel aux petits soins, emplacement idéal et restaurant parfait pour passer une belle soirée. Nous recommandons à 100 % !

• Marc in Paris (7/5): Fait l'affaire pour un court séjour - Personnel très agréable. Bar à coté de la piscine très sympathique Appartement un peu vieillot par rapport aux résidences dont nous avons l'habitude, mérite une rénovation. Terrasse non praticable car bar avec grand écran plein air en face. Trouver une place de stationnement est très compliqué
• klaus (1/5): Ein kompletter Reinfall - In einem dunklen Kellerloch, wo keine Sonne hinkommt. Sehr schlechte Luft, kalt, ungesund. Wir waren krank. Die Zimmer liegen am Nordhang im Nachtschatten in einer Talmulde, so dass kein Windhauch frische Luft bringt. Wir wurden beklaut. Der gesamte Bargeldbestend (ca. 500 €) wurde aus dem Geldbeutel gestohlen, an dem Tag, an dem eine Glühbirne in unserer Abwesenheit ausgetauscht wurde. Die Rezeption ist den Vorwürfen nicht nachgegangen. Keine Wiedergutmachung. Wir haben Anzeige erstattet, die Polizei wird die Überwachungskameras untersuchen. Zudem ist im Bad das Wasser beim Duschen ausgelaufen und war nicht trocken zu kriegen. Überschwemmung im Bad. Danach sind wir zum Glück abgereist. Die Topographie ist für ein Hotel im Wüstenklima ungeeignet.
