Although the room I received was not the same as the one I had originally booked, they changed it the next day and refunded me 50% as compensation. I was also impressed by how quickly the staff responded to all my requests — everything was provided within minutes without any delay. My sincere thanks to all the staff for their kindness and excellent service.

De uren om 's ochtends naar de luchthaven te gaan lagen vast, waardoor ik ofwel veel te snel of nipt naar de luchthvan zou moeten gaan. Gelukkig waren de wachtrijen op de luchthaven niet te lang. Qua hygiëne/onderhoud van de kamers: kon iets beter maar prima voor 1 nacht.

I was told that breakfast was served from 0530 . At 0545 there was no hot water for making tea. No fruit juices, no yogurt and no Jam or Marmalade for toast.

They picked me up at Nairobi SGR train station and took me to the airport the next morning. The buffet breakfast was decent. A nice choice of basic food. It's not the kind of neighborhood for walking around but as I said, if you're doing an airport or train station transfer, it's perfect.

Heb in het restaurant op een andere avond, anderhalf uur op een drankje moeten wachten. Had al betaald en nooit gekregen nadat ik er meerdere keren om vroeg .

Lois1987 (10/5): - Gentleman on front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and the free shuttle to the airport for a very late flight was really appreciated. Thank you to john the driver who took me to the airport. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! SO DELICIOUS. definitely eat there, loads of choice and cooked to order. The restaurant servers were very nice too. Thank you. For the price you cant complain for a 1 night stay before or after a flight. So no complaints from me.

Maria (8/5): Convenient - Good location near to the airport (15-20min) when you just want to spend the night before taking the train or a flight early morning. Also transfers included were very convenient ! I recommend to book the transfer with time in case the driver arrive late (ours was 15-20min late). Breakfast nothing special

Luc (9/5): Perfect spot for early flights - It’s the perfect spot if you have an early flight to catch from the airport. Shuttle is included which is great. The restaurant next door is always open so you can arrange breakfast at 2:30am if needed.

Alexandar (9/5): Great and affordable stay close to JKIA - The value for money and closeness to the airport is great. The free shuttle service is also an excellent benefit - the driver kindly waited for us for more than an hour because we were delayed at the airport. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. I definitely will return here if I have to have a sleepover close to the airport. The hotel is also in a guarded area so it is safe. Rooms were a bit outdated, but considering the price it shouldn’t be a complaint. Some minor issues around the cleanliness, but overall it was great

Flughafentransfer klappte nicht, da der Fahrer uns nach der Ankunft per WhatsApp gebeten hatte, dass wir ihm schreiben sollten, wenn wir mit den Koffern aus dem Gebäude kommen. Wir waren aber noch nicht im WLAN. Also haben wir uns ein Taxi genommen. Die Kosten wurden aber dann vom Hotel übernommen.

louise (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend staying there. - Location The staff weren’t helpful at all. They were so focused on getting her bills paid instead of responding to requests for help getting back to the main building when the outside area was flooded.

Ulrich (7/5): - Nur 20 Minuten von Flughafen entfernt, liegt auf dem Weg Richtung Süden. Ist für eine Nacht ok. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer. In einem war das Badezimmer sehr beengt. Das andere war okay.

Munsoor (8/5): A very convenient hotel for airport runs - The Airport shuttle was excellent. The hotel arranged to have someone outside waiting as soon as I was out and they dropped me off in good time. Can’t fault the service. A very good service if you need to be at the airport. Food had limited choices.
