• Karen (10/5): Awesome - I had left my phone charger at home and the lovely lady found one for me and in the morning my husband called for them to give me a wake up call as my phone had no service and they did this with no problem at all . We will diffently be back What great service That there wasn't a table in between the beds
• Rose (10/5): - The motel is very clean. The reception is very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in room 3 for one night is a twin share room . If there is a small side table between two beds would be excellent. But not a big deal. Overall the motel is worth of money to stay and very convenient to the shop, restaurant and golf courses of Yallourn and Morwell taking less than 10 minutes.

• Rachelle (10/5): Great place to stay with beautiful gardens and lovely clean rooms, highly recommended - Very nice and clean. The room was just what we needed and the staff were very welcoming. Thanks for making our beds and doing a clean up while we were at my son’s baseball tournament. I didn’t expect that service but am very grateful for it. We will definitely recommend this motel to everyone. Nothing at all

• Komal (7/5): Needs good and welcoming receptionist - Staff at reception an "old man" behaviour was so rude, as we informed him we going to late for check in. He told us how to collect the keys and later when reach at location he was there and was so rudely talk to us, if we dont have kids with us we wont stay there at all after such bad behaviour.

I had accidentally selected the wrong dates for my hotel booking. I quickly called the hotel, and he kindly assured me it was fine and that we could check in the following day. We were truly surprised by their flexibility, especially on Christmas Day when we worried no one would be available. We were very grateful!
