Pretty good location from the city centre and good value for money. The view wasnt great and the pictures of cars in the room werent my style but I guess when in Bathurst :)

• Lauren (10/5): Comfort and value - Fairly spacious room, super clean and very comfy bed. Large smart TV. Parking right at the unit door. Central location if you have a car; otherwise a few blocks walk to town centre. Surprisingly quiet given it's main road location. We have stayed several times and will stay again. Good value 👍 Nothing.

Can’t feel anything wrong with the property at al - Was greeted with a friendly staff member check-in was very easy It’s not that I didn’t like it. It’s just like from the bit a little bit soft and the pillow is a bit soft.

• Karen (8/5): Great! - Room was clean and appropriate for a short stay. Being close to the highway I thought it would have been noisier but I was pleasantly surprised. There were no instructions to tell me that I needed to turn on the main light for the microwave to work. I was a little confused but worked it out on the second day. Not a major inconvenience.

• Kerry (5/5): Not great , we can’t recommend - It was close to our wedding venue The rooms are not clean we were sticking to the tile floor and carpet and they were dirty I cleaned them with a wipe and it was black when I finished the bathroom had not been cleaned properly either again I cleaned it with a wipe mugs for coffee were not cleaned properly either , we did complain and were offered a new room but on inspection it was the same . At over $300 a room we expected a lot better ! This motel use to be a premier place to stay not anymore , I have never written a negative comment on here before so it saddens me to do that !

• Heather (9/5): Thank you for the upgrade - Was upgraded to a king room on arrival which was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was large with good size vanity and storage for toiletry bags. The room was upstairs with no lift access so we were grateful to the young woman on reception that assisted us with our luggage. Would have been nice to have a restaurant on site for breakfast in preference to the breakfast box but this option proved adequate.

Hair in the shower, coffee stains all over the bin, fridge not working so no cold milk, pee stains down the front of the toilet bowl, towels appeared stained and not clean, hair in the bedding. Couldn't complain because I checked in at 2pm then left again and didn't properly enter the room until 11pm.
• THI TRA MI (10/5): Excellent. Would stay here again. - Friendly staff upon arrival. The room was spacious, bed sheets were crisp and clean, towels were fluffy, good cold bar fridge, ample room in bathroom with excellent shower head and water pressure. There was abundant parking. Nothing was unsatisfactory.

• Sharon (8/5): All in all I had a very pleasant stay. - I was upgraded to another room on the second floor - maybe because it was that the bed may have been larger - however as it was on the second floor it had another layer of security to access the stairs to the 2nd floor which I liked as I was travelling by myself. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked the fact it stated that the place was a "no partying" hotel. And I also found the place to be very quiet. I didn't like the slight rise in the floor to the bathroom - when you don't know about it - it can be a trip hazard.
