I inadvertently booked two rooms via online. Arrived stayed the night but l was not able to have my money for the second room credited back to my account. I have owned a small business for nearly 50 years in Victoria and now it is my charter for the rest of my life to alert people to the poor business practice and judgment of your company!!!

Very comfortable for families - The bed was comfortable, the room very spacious and clean, the pool was clean and lovely, parking was easy and there are plenty of amenities nearby. There were some noisy and drunken neighbours, and the bedding on the portacot was not very comfortable for our infant.

Didn’t acknowledge us at all when we arrived . Didn’t tell us where to sit, where the menus were or explain we had to order at the bar . I asked for fans to be out on as it was extremely hot and she seemed annoyed . Couldn’t work remotes for fans so didn’t put them in . Was continually wiping her sweaty face and neck with paper towels in front of . My vegetarian pasta was nice but my husbands creamy garlic chicken was inedible , chicken looked old and over cooked . Would stay at hotel again but never use restaurant . Shocking service .
