• Damien (9/5): Great location - Great location right next to train station, we stayed there to travel to the airport the next morning. Friendly staff, pub had great food and drinks. Busy and lively on a Friday evening but still got seats. We booked a family room and a double room which were on opposite ends of hotel but accessed internally. Clean and everything you need. Family room had double bed and additional internal room with bunks for the kids. Check-in office isn't in the hotel, it's tucked away in the carpark by the automatic gate. But all good friendly staff member in the hotel helped us to find it.

• Jason (7/5): Clean, spacious rooms, but night time check-in could be improved. - Nicely updated rooms that felt fresh and clean. There was a good amount of space for a family of four. Difficult check-in process as we arrived after 10 pm and there was no office open. We called the emergency number, but no one answered. It was very dark, which made the situation feel uncomfortable. The location is also still quite far from the airport. A taxi at night cost us $70, although an Uber the next morning to pick up our car from just near the airport was only $26.
• LENNARD (4/5): It was a clean and comfortable bed for a couple of nights. - the bed was comfortable. Room location. It was like being in the middle of the beer garden you could almost hear individual conversations. The key card entry failed twice luckily during pub opening times. No breakfast option offered. The bathroom / shower facility was poorly designed.

• Kim (5/5): Will not book here again when we return to Perth - Spa tub was great and room was spacious, mattress ok. Literally had to walk the length of a football field, up and down multiple flights of stairs, through narrow "historic" hallways to reach this room from the parking lot. We had 6 bags and had to take multiple trips. No staff present Easter weekend - never spoke to anyone - the wifi was horridly slow, the shower door was so wide you could hardly get into the shower and get around it to close it.

• Peter (10/5): The Stay is always %100 plus and I tell everybody, but I have said about the new prices ,, I to ba - There is no breakfast 😕 Nothing I didn't like apart from the price per room has gone up more than $50 a day and no $25 voucher..I have been there probably 10 times in less than 12 Months and was classed as a regular...I love the place, but see I will probably shop around more next time I'm up in the next few weeks..

I apologise I do not have his name but he does have a twin brother he had mentioned. Nice and close to the airport. Beautiful meal at the Hotel and Cocktail

Not nearly enough parking available in the secure section and some days it's almost impossible to find parking just outside due to the pub being very busy.

• Franceska (8/5): Perfect family hotel for an overnight visit - Good clean and comfy rooms. Perfect to have family with babies in adjacent room..helpful manager in arrival. Great food and atmosphere kn pub adjacent. Free parking fab. Thoroughly enjoyed our night here. Well run establishment and nice people. Bar staff friendly and warm. Highly recommend. Bit of a walk to rooms with heavy cases. However there was a lift.

The room was very comfortable and soundproof. Was able to park my car right outside of the room. The young man in reception when I arrived was very helpful indeed. It was great having the extra swipe cards as well. I found the TV a bit hard to navigate as I'm not tech savvy. Simple instructions would be useful

We saw the duty manager as reception was closed. He very obligingly arranged a change of room. We much appreciated the renovated facilities and location of new room. Impressed with the service provided by the two duty managers we had dealings with. After the change of room no complaints.
• Melissa (7/5): - The location was perfect and the bar and restaurant was amazing food was great and well priced service was quick The room I had was very close to the kids playground so the noise was quite loud which ordinarily isn’t an issue for me however I had booked the motel to escape the unbearable noise of family members young kids that I was staying with the over the holidays so I could get a decent rest before heading home.

Good shower. The noise from the children ‘playing’ in the play area of the adjoining pub was a little intrusive, but was quiet once they all went home.
