• Smith (8/5): Great stay good value for money. - Staff were great so friendly and nice and so accommodating. Good value fur money too. At one point the toilet wouldn’t flush but it got sorted on its own.

They prepared our room with rose petals and roses, chocolates and gave us a lovely suite with great views of Puno city. Breakfast was good too🤗

• Craig (7/5): Great location and excellent staff, with very comfortable rooms. - The breakfast was good and all we needed to get us through the morning. The rooms were very comfortable but the bed moved a great deal at night - waking your partner in the process. The shower was very good and the staff were excellent. The highlight of this hotel is the staff - very helpful, polite and accommodating. The bed moved too much during the night, and a kettle in the room would have been good.

• Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Intiqa hotel. Location was perfect, steps away from the pedestrian areas of the city. Our room was quiet, had great shower, a very comfortable bed and a great view. The breakfasts were delicious and made to order. But more than anything it was the staff. The airport had arranged transport for us from the airport in Juliaca. At the very last moment, our flight was delayed. Their communication with us and making sure our pick up was there when we finally did arrive was excellent. And then we had some issues with the altitude. Their care for our well-being went above and beyond. They brought oxygen to our room in the middle of the night. They had a doctor in our room at 5:00 in the morning. We highly recommend Intiqa Hotel for your stay in Puno.

• Gidi (10/5): Puno in summer! - Very friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient en trustworthy travel agency in the same building. Every day they bring you a fresh thermos flask with hot water for tea! Nice atmosphere in hotel and room. I could imagine, when busy, it could be a bit noisy because of the open space in the building.
• Margaret (7/5): Good breakfast in a good location with a bed and shower but nothing fancy. - The breakfast was quite good. There was a lift so you didn’t have to carry the bags up the stairs. There was a tour agent downstairs. My husband organised a kayak trip he enjoyed. The room didn’t look like the photo. It was quite small and very basic. The bathroom was a bit small too. The shower was in the bath with a fixed shower screen. Some people might have trouble getting in and out if you weren’t able to lift their leg very high.

• Martin (9/5): Go for it - We liked everything, from the heated room with bath tub to the big buffet - the staff was very kind and friendly. You can do a late check out (we left at 6PM but you can push it until 8PM) for half of the price of your room's price which is great. If you are looking for a nice comfy place to stay in Puno go for it - after reviewing the other hotels of the same range price I think Intiqua is the best deal. Nothing

• Meaghan (4/5): - Disappointed with our stay at the Intiqa Hotel. Hotel Staff were not very friendly. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom (smelt like eggs). The rooms were old and dingy. It did not help that my boyfriend and I both got sick during our stay in Puno.

• Bruce (6/5): - The property is located on a very busy street and the noise from the car/van horns is constant from early morning until late in the evening. Noise also from the courtyard of the hotel was also constant. Breakfast service was uneven; sometimes good sometimes not so good. When we checked in we told the desk person we would leave before breakfast started and were told we would have a sack breakfast prepared for our bus trip. This did not happen either although we were able to put some food together as they were setting up.

• Stephanie (8/5): Nice hotel! - The hotel is around the block from a main road that has a ton of great restaurants and street food ( my fav). No veiw from the windows but did not matter as we were out during the day. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had the room decorated with rose peddles, I had mentioned we were on our honeymoon. Very nice! Hot water packs under the blanket to keep your feet warm. Nice touch! The only 2 things that were aggravating was the water in the shower was not consistent. There was lots of hot water but it would get to hot at times, then the wifi connection was terrible. They did have computers you could use in the lobby with a printer if you needed it, but we did not use them. I would stay again because the service was great and the location was great!
• HIROYUKI (10/5): Great place to explore Puno and Lake Titicaca - Great location to explore Puno town as well as tours such as Lake Titicaca. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent and delicious with variety of local fruits. Eggs are cooked as you like. Supplied hot water bottles to warm up your bed.
• Rose (10/5): - This hotel was at the far end of the Machu Picchu Pueblo (formally known as Aquas Caliente which was nice at night away from the train stop and bus pickup to Machu Picchu. In order to get to the hotel you had to walk uphill with your luggage for several minutes to get to your destination which would be hard for anyone, especially someone who brought alot of luggage or has problems walking in high altitude. There are no taxis. Hotel and breakfast was great. Our room overlooked an open seating area where locals and tourists relaxed. It also had a view of the walkway to the center of town.
