• Kayla (5/5): It was alright the rooms are small and not clean, This hotel is not worth the price - The Room was not clean. After traveling with two kids for 13 hours, we expected our rooms to be ready and clean upon our arrival. The next morning, after we had rested from our travels, we noticed the sheets had yellow and pink marks on them. It was absolutely disgusting! We were really upset that the sheets were like that, the drawers were not clean, and the place gave us a hard time getting more towels from them when there were 4 of us staying in the room. We paid a little over 400 dollars for two nights, and it was not worth the price at all. The breakfast was decent, but the rooms are small, the beds were uncomfortable, and the staff was not always nice. I would have rather spent a little more to stay at a nicer place than at this hotel. Not worth the price at all! The place was small and not clean, very overpriced for our stay

• Meta (4/5): The rating for the facility is too high given all the negatives. I will not stay again. - The location was average for convenience. The elevator wasn't working. We were given a room of a person that stays there on a regular, while that person was moved to another room. The room we were given had a remote that didn't have a backing on the remote. When I informed the front desk agent about the remote, I was greeted with a response, to confirm that the remote was operable even though the backing was not present. The toilet paper holder was broken. The vending machine only accepted dollar bills.

Room not that great, but we were tired and got in bed, still lights on and tv on, a cockroach came out in the middle of us in bed. Got up, went downstairs show them the roach and ask for our refund, which they tried to charge us even though the place was filthy. They refunded & got receipt but the soonest we left they recharged our card illegally without approval the next day.

I see that they are still trying to charge my card for the stay so I reported it to my bank. I was already told how much I was going to pay so to get there and then the clerk tried to charge me to extra fees I just got upset and left.

• Tracey (5/5): I won't be staying there. - When I call the property they told me the beds were double queen beds. And the beds were double full size beds. The face bowl in bathroom stop up, and when you flush the toilet the pipes make a lound sound to wake up anyone.

Bacon is good choice. Also no hand sanitizer for breakfast nor at the front entrance Room had smell maybe needed carpet to be cleaned. Also beds/blanket was wrinkled like it wasn’t changed.
