There was a bulb out in the lamp over the desk (not a deal breaker at all) and I wish the water would have been a little bit warmer.

Room was clean and there were no noise issues, even on the Saturday of Labor Day/Cherokee National Holiday weekend. Continental breakfast was basic, but included. The carpet in the 2nd floor hallway was visibly filthy. Otherwise no major issues.

The cushion fell off a chair and there was food underneath it which was kind of disgusting. The window in the room is large and easy to open and opens toward a pleasant field and a nice breeze entered our room. I would stay there again.

- Raven (10/5): - The owners are nice and friendly. The rooms are fairly clean. The hallway on the second floor could use more cleaning throughout the day. They are updating the rooms, so some rooms are still without proper amenities. But overall good stay and great price.
- Warren (3/5): I got 2 rooms for 2 nights each, beds uncomfortably, dirty rooms, small tv, nice check in and out - It was close to the river, the lady who checked us in (it was late like 9:30) was so friendly, so kind, and I really appreciate how nice she was The rooms were not very clean, there was a dirty sock left in bathroom behind the bathroom door, there was a huge sticky spill on the wall in the closet and the tv in the room was so little. The pool was closed the entire weekend

- Jessica (1/5): Disappointing at best. - The only good thing I can say is that the AC was cold and there was good water pressure in the shower. However, the shower head was disgusting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hallways were hot and wreaked horribly. The carpet in the hallways is disgusting and covered in stains and crumbs. There was a couch in the lobby that was also covered in disgusting looking stains. The bed and pillows were awful to sleep on. The “blanket” felt and looked more like a curtain. The side door outside handle was broke off so I was not able to enter even with my key card. The vending machines did not work. The tv was tiny and the remote would not work from the bed because of how it’s positioned and I was not able to move the receiver because the cable was too short. The pool was closed for maintenance. (Which is understandable but disappointing) I booked this stay for a relaxing get away and it was anything but relaxing. Had the rates been cheaper I wouldn’t be so disappointed but I feel I grossly over paid for what I received.

Great price for someone on a budget! Quiet in hallways and barely hear any noise from other rooms. Now, they still need a few upgrades and some maintenance in areas. With time the management will get things done. Overall, I’ll stay here again!

- Hogan (2/5): Will NOT stay here again. - It was quiet The price for the facilities. Had I known what we would be walking into I would have gladly paid more for somewhere else. The pool was closed. The beds were not comfortable and sounded like they would fall apart when you moved, and the curtains were filthy and had a huge patch of very visible mold on them. When I let the staff know about it at checkout, he blamed it on the paint crew that was working on the outside of the building??

- Randall (8/5): Affirdable jewel for travelers wanting a good place to rest for the night - This place was recently purchased and still undergoing renovations. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I didn’t give it a 10 simply because it never intends to be a luxury hotel but rather an affordable place for travelers. Based on that criteria I do give it top ratings. The employees (maybe owners) were amazingly cheerful and genuinely caring, wanting our stay to be as good as possible. When I was passing through the lobby the next morning i was greeted warmly even knowing what room I was staying in. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling through Tahlequah, OK N/A

Beds were fairly comfortable, towels were thin, air conditioning worked great we felt safe and the owners were very nice and any issue was taken care of immediately. Our tv and blow dryer didn’t work on check in but they instantly took care of it. We didn’t eat the breakfast so no idea how that was

I needed to print some documents, and they did so without charging me anything. I needed a late checkout and that was also no problem and no charge. I travel a lot, more than 3 million miles on United airlines. This place is pretty special.

The decor was a bit dated, but I would rather have outdated decor than bad service or a dirty room. Stayed one night, just passing through town, so it was just fine. If you are looking for amenities, this is not your place. Just need a clean place to get some rest, then this is your place!

The new owners just took over and are remodeling, so be patient—it’s already shaping up great. They’re so friendly and make you feel right at home. I’ll be staying here weekly, and I’m really glad we found this place!

- Jacob (6/5): Maybe skip the one unless you really need a budget room. - Staff was nice. The beds were fine. The place seemed to be under a remodel. The elevators didn't work and the stairwells were rough. Vending machines didn't work. The clientele also seemed a bit sketchy. Wasn't very clean overall.
- Mikyla and Jobie (2/5): So uncomfortable we left by 1 a.m. - When you walk in and see a drained pool filled with piled up mattresses, I guess you shouldn't expect much. We checked in around 7pm. In town for a family emergency, so we didn't look around much before making non refundable reservation. The clerk had to come and connect our tv back to the service as the cable had been pulled out of the tv. When we went to close the security latch on the door, the entire frame moved with it. Even with all the lights on, the room was dim, at best. No phone in the room in case we needed to call the front desk. I could go on, but what's the point. We have no plans of ever returning. Glad I used built up points so at least we didn't pay full price. So uncomfortable that we gave up and checked out around 1a.m.
- Gerald (2/5): Not worth it - Dirty carpets, blankets were super thin, roaches, no phones in rooms, toilet seat was very loose, smelled, no elevator, we were mobility people were put on second floor with only stairs, wifi was ok, if you just want somewhere to sleep with no amenities except maybe breakfast(i didnt go after seeing roaches on the second floor) by all means stay.

- Richard (2/5): - Pick the worst looking hotel in Tahlequah and you will probably have a better place to stay the night. The new owners of Tahlequah Inn are very cheap. The hotel has an elevator that been broken for months. Being someone who is handicap, it is extremely hard to take the stairs to get to a room. They couldn't offer a room on the first floor to accommodate my handicap and wouldn't give a refund of my reservation. The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed from previous guests. They also didn't replace the sheets when they cleaned my room between nights. The bedspreads on the beds are just decorated sheets. I found a small house gecko running around in my room.
- Helena (6/5): Okay stay - Beds and linens were clean. Walls and things were dirty. It was a clean stay for the price. But it definitely needs a deep clean
