• pranab (8/5): Stay was ok. good for business trips where one comes and sleeps at night. - Holiday inn express is in a good location. Bus stand right in front and the metro is a five min walk. One can take the metro directly from the airport and walk to the hotel. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast needs improvement, basic toiletries should be available like toothbrush comb toothbrush etc. the hand shower sometimes is difficult to shower.

Fiyat/fayda dengesi açısından beklentilerimi karşılamadı. Sunulan hizmet ve olanaklara kıyasla fiyatı bence oldukça yüksekti. Aynı bütçeyle daha iyi bir alternatif bulunabileceğini düşünüyorum.

• Ludwig_Hannsel (9/5): Dobrá voľba - Hotel sa nachádza v širšom centre mesta. Dá sa do centra dostať aj pešo - dlhšou prechádzkou. Inak hneď pred hotelom je zastávka autobusu smerom do centra. Ubytovanie prebehlo v pohode, personál v celom hoteli úplne v pohode. Izba bola síce menšia, ale keďže sme tam chodili len prespať, tak to nie je žiadny veľký problém. Izba bola denne upratovaná a čistá. Raňajky aj na teplo aj na studeno, takže sme sa najedli vždy. V okolí množstvo reštaurácií a barov. Určite to je dobá voľba so ohľadom na pomer cena/výkon... Trocha menšia izba - mne osobne chýbala aspoň nejaká skrinka alebo odkladací priestor, či polička na šaty

• Susan (9/5): The staff were obviously happy with the working conditions and their willingness to go the extra mile was appreciated. - All the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The manager was extremely obliging when we needed assistance to obtain an emergency British Passport he made telephone calls guided us through the whole process of completing the application. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Highly recommended. We would have liked to have had a rear property room as the main road tended to be rather noisy quite late in the evening.

• Valentin (7/5): Ok, but a bit noisy place to stay. - The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Central location (but a bit far from the nearest metro stations). There is a special tap for filtered drinking water in every room. This was very convenient. The breakfast is a bit one-sided with quite limited choices. The breakfast room also tends to be quite crowded most of the time. The big street right in front of the hotel is quite noisy at night and the sound proving of the windows is not good enough to keep the street noises out. Rooms are relatively small (but that is typical for Singapore).

• Vladislav (8/5): - They have late check in, the hotel staff is cleaning everyday with quality, hotel’s location is super convenient, it’s just located by a bus stop. Don’t afraid to use public transport in Singapore, it’s super easy and well. The breakfast was wonderful (Naturally squeezed orange juice as well as tasty coffee). If you smoke, there will be smoking area right behind a bust stop which super convenient because it’s not easy to find a spot in Singapore. For me as person who travelled a lot, the staff in the hotel were a bit cold especially managers in reception. They don’t smile and are not polite but maybe it’s just a singaporian mentality. Who knows? I wouldn’t also recommend to use hotel’s laundry cause it was a bit expensive like 14$ for two pair of socks. Anyway, they did their job well.

A special mention for the General Manager Rishu who was absolutely wonderful, it was a great pleasure meeting him, his sincere support was commendable, always had a smile for everyone. Spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout the hotel.

• Supratik (9/5): Excellent stay, hearty breakfast and very helpful staff. - The location was convenient -- easy connections by the metro to any part of Singapore. There are lots of eateries around. The room was decent and comfortable. The breakfast, though limited in variety, was quite good and filling. I found it a bit strange that the main entrance is locked after 10pm, but can of course be opened with the card key issued to guests. This makes it a bit inconvenient if one has guests coming around 10pm.

Buses were in front of the hotel and also walking distance to Little India, Mustafa Centre, City Suare mall which is connected to the MRT. Breakfast was very good and a lot of varieties to choose from. I would stay here again if the opportunity comes up to visit Singapore again.

• Adventure07663449484 (10/5): Father Son Vacation - It was my abode for 10 days with my father. And it actually felt like a HOME AWAY FROM HOME. The hygiene and the the upkeep was brilliant. I would specially like to mention the housekeeping personnel JUNE and the General Manager Mr. Rishu for their alert and accurate hospitality. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The hotel is located close to Little India, which means the area is noticeably less clean compared to the city center. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the nearest MRT station. However, the weakest point is definitely the breakfast – the selection is very limited and simply not tasty. The staff clear your plate before you’ve even finished eating, as they seem to be in a rush. I understand they probably mean well, but it really shouldn’t feel like that.

• Relax15138791066 (10/5): Best Hotel - We stayed here for 8 days. Holiday inn express serangoon is a very nice and clean hotel. Closed to restaurants, shopping mall and transportation. Singapore's concept of environmental sustainability has progressed quickly. It has filtered drinking water in the room. I no longer need to buy large bottles of water every day — now I can get filtered drinking water directly in the room. I'm very pleased with this experience, and my concerns about plastic use have also lessened. Good breakfast variety. The staff is very nice and helpful. Specially Kim Peng & Sarena. It's so nice talking to both of them. They are very informative of local area. Mrs Kim Peng even provided suggestions for our day planning during breakfast. very nice and friendly lady.
• 175rickh (10/5): Great stay at Holiday Express Serangoon - We arrived early Feb 10th around 11am from our cruise and the young lady at the desk was very friendly and accomodating she accepted our IHG rewards # for the extras like early check=in and late checkout even though we booked this stay using our credit card awards. The room was small but clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was good size with good water pressure. It was close to the areas we hadn't seen in Singapore and the lady at front desk was helpful in giving us an idea of what was close. Breakfast was good with Hot food and fresh fruit. We had a late flight next morning so our late check=out worked out great! All staff was friendly.

• Kenza (10/5): Au top ! - Hôtel très propre ! Je recommande à 100% vous êtes à cotée de tout pour visiter ! Et surtout beaucoup de restaurant fast-food. La chambre est très bien petit mais efficace car on va à l’hôtel que pour dormir ! Lit confortable personnel agréable
