Facilities not working such as leaking tap. Only one shower setting works which is the jet setting. No hand washing soap provided for the bathroom sink.
- Cook (8/5): A lovely room, decent facilities, and extremely helpful staff make this a wonderful place to stay. - The rooms are spacious and stocked with clean towels and bottled water daily. The staff are extremely friendly and will help you to the best of their abilities. The location on a main road makes it easy to get to where you want to go, and there is on-site parking if you rent a motorbike or a car. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would certainly stay here again! The floor looked to be dirty in the bathroom, and when the rooms were serviced, I don't believe the floors were cleaned properly. However, this did not negatively impact my experience in any way.

- T J (10/5): Lovely hotel! - Had an absolutely lovely, relaxing getaway at mahogany hotel. The rooms are spacious, the pool is fantastic, the bed is very very comfortable. The restaurant/bar at the pool does delicious food and drinks (definitely recommend the shakshouka for breakfast!) Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have left feeling rested and relaxed! The hotel is a little bit further from attractions and beaches so a car or scooter is recommended but we managed fine with using grab to get around. The staff truly make this experience top tier, everyone we spoke with was happy, polite and chatty. Taking the time to learn our names and took the best care of us.

- Kamon (7/5): Great for a short stay, the hotel is currently under more construction/maintenance - For a few nights stay this is perfect. It has a swimming pool, pool table and a comfortable bed. Didn’t get the correct change back from certain staff members a few times. Not sure if this was accidental or is done on purpose. The bathroom tap was wobbly and felt like it was about to fall off. The shower door doesn’t close correctly so water gets everywhere and the shower has two separate heads which are both always running so you can’t just use one at a time. The AC was also dripping water and the wall surrounding it had water damage.

On our last day, still no water or beer, surely these supplies should’ve been restocked?

We arrived to the hotel and after numerous discussions to attempt to check in (we were a bit early, and thought we would ask, otherwise we were going to have some lunch at the sport cafe until our check-in at 2) and after sitting us down and giving us a welcome drink, we were told that we would be moved to a different hotel since they didn't have any space for us (even though we booked months in advance and arrived before check-in time). Shuffled off to a 'same' hotel (which it was NOT) in a terrible location, that was unclean and did not have the same amenities. We were really looking forward to staying at the Mahogany but to not even get a call, message, or email of the change of plans that they didn't have space for us, was extremely disappointing. We did not have an option for a refund they just booked us in at another hotel and took us there. Our first time in Bali and it honestly ruined the second week of our holiday. Such a scam and we felt incredibly dismissed by the team after reaching out several times, and were told it was a 'like' hotel, which it was not. For example, we wanted ala carte breakfast, and the one we were taken to was buffet. The room at Mahogany was more expensive as well, and we received no acknowledgement of what it meant for us. Unbelievable. Would not recommend.

- Odyssey07594487231 (10/5): Relaxing and Enjoyable - Ome of the best Hotels in Bali. I stayed in Kuta and Nusa Dua while my business trip and found Mahogany Hotel is one of the best hotels, the room overlooks to the benoa harbour is beautiful. I was really surprise with the stunning view from the balcony room. Room wasn't big but good for couple and solo traveler. Breakfast was delicious with pool view from the restaurant. Swimming pool soo relaxing and alwaya clean. I loved this place and will come back again soon
- Trek00724 (10/5): Best Affordable Hotel with warm hospitality - It was my last trip after lombok and found this hotel is superb. The location is easy to find around nusa dua area and many shops near by. My room was not big but was great and clean for solo traveler. Clean and proper, balcony was the best spot where I can see lovely view and pool view. Restaurant plays sport programs everyday, menu is simple and need more variety, but food was excellent. Swimming pool near the restaurant with relaxing pool chairs. Very much enjoy it and thanks for the outstanding hospitslity
- romansa2024 (10/5): Amazing holiday at Mahogany Hotel - I and family enjoyed very much our stay at mahogany hotel. This was our 3rd visit to Bali and always remarkable. Happy to see Bali is getting more busy now. The hotel room with harbor view was excellent. We loved it very much. Restaurant have small options but food taste were delicious. Located near the pool and within easy access to Nusa Dua Beach, kuta and seminyak. Took 20 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to Bali collection.. It was an amazing stay and enjoyable vacation. We will definately come back and stay again at Mahogany
