L'architecture traditionnelle, et les équipements "années 70". Le personnel parfaitement accueillant. La décoration un peu désuète et la qualité de la nourriture.

• Aline (10/5): Adorável e comfy. - O jantar é bem farto, a comida é tradicional e deliciosa. Servem 4 a 5 pratos, pedimos que servissem pouca comida, senão não íamos aguentar 😅. O quarto era remodelado e muito espaçoso. A vista da varanda era bonita. Tem estacionamento gratuito em frente também. Nota 10.

• skinnykangal (8/5): Great hotel, great location. - We both really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Pider. Our room was comfortable and a decent size, we had a fabulous view from our balcony and everything in the room and bathroom worked well. We had booked half-board and found the food for breakfast and dinner was good and varied. The family and other members of the team were all helpful where they could be. We did have one slight issue, and that was with the dress code for the saunas in the wellness centre. The saunas are deemed to be 'textile-free zones' with the only exception to this being the one towel you receive solely for use in the wellness centre. Once you are sitting on the towel in the sauna, to protect your nether regions from the hot wood, this makes nudity in the saunas inevitable. Furthermore, the fact that there was a dress code was not evident until we were in the wellness centre, at the heart of everything - and in our bathers! It was a notice pinned to the wall. Had we been given advance warning perhaps we would not have used the wellness centre, we at least would then not have heard the gasps of surprise/shock from the other (naked) guests! These guests it should be said seemed to take the sauna dress code and apply it to the entire wellness centre. I generally take the view that there should be more personal choice in what people wear in a sauna rather than an absolute rule. Some people are simply not comfortable with their own nudity. There can be many and varied reasons for this including, the effects of extreme surgery or medical treatments leaving scars and effects that might be perceived by the person as disfiguring. Psychological issues too can play a part. I don't think that should exclude people from enjoying a relaxing sauna or steam room after a day of exercise in the mountains.

Интерьер выполнен в классическом тирольском стиле: красивые фотографии и картины на стенах создают уютную атмосферу. Посетили сауну — тоже остались довольны. Номер просторный и чистый. Завтрак отличный, а ужин в ресторане отеля оказался очень вкусным.

• Alexander (4/5): Disappointing - The sauna and steam room are good. The hot tub is run cooler than I find comfortable. There are multiple minor irritants that detract from the stay. These are largely things that would be easy to address. These main gripe is dinner - we had half board. First, no water is included in half board dinner. It’s there at breakfast though, so seems more a way of pushing drinks sales than lack of filtered water. Service is slow - and getting more water or other drinks may take more time than it’s worth. We were largely ignored - I think because the staff largely speak German - and eventually I just brought water to dinner. The dinner service is slow and food very variable. Meals consist of four courses. A buffet salad - generally very good. Serve yourself, add dressings as you like. Given the variability thereafter I’d recommend filling up on salad. Then a choice from two starters and two mains, followed by dessert. You make your choice at breakfast so you can’t view first. The cooking was very hit and miss and food came out very late. As examples - a goulash had some of the driest beef I have ever tasted. I would guess the meat was cooked separately to the “stew” and then combined in the plate to give consistent portions. But the result was terrible. Similarly - beef cheek was incredibly dry and tough. Other nights the meat was cooked much better. The vegetarian dishes seemed better on average. The plating always looked good - but on the whole most meals were of poor quality after the salad buffet. Expect long wait times between courses and the whole thing to take till 9pm to be over. If travelling with children I’d steer clear unless the evening meal plan changes. I just wish they’d make it a buffet so you can serve yourself at your own pace and be done. And place some large carafes of water in each table before starting service. If you’ve spent the day skiing, the last thing you want is to have a tired child being forced to stay awake whilst hungry, waiting for food.

The food and the restaurant services are vey well organized. Good luck, Marco! I didn't use the sauna because of the naked people there. May be it can be organized in a way to fit all guests preferences in different timeslots.

We had a very spacious room, large balcony. . The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop at 100 m. And a small supermarket at 200 m. Dinner is a varied 4-course menu and starts with a fresh salad buffet each evening. On request vegan dinner is possible, which we really appreciated. The area is great for beautiful hikes, starting from the hotel or taking the bus to a cable car. And after the hike, relaxing the muscles in the excellent wellness. We found the beds a bit hard and we missed tea and coffee facilities in the room.

It had even a bar opened where you could meet with friends, or just have drink, or play table games. And many more.. It is better to come to eat earlier as you can sometimes (not always) miss some great cake or something that everyone loves:) We would appreciate some vegetables for breakfast.

The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them. I had to use hand towels to dry my body. The maids insisted on knocking on our door earl every morning even though they knew we were in the room. The worst part about this hotel were the nearby nearby churches which insisted on ringing their bells every 15 minutes from 6:00 am onward. The price of the hotel was not bad and location was ok. I was disappointed as it was a hotel that I thought would be perfect from the reviews I read and the photos I saw.
