Checkin was difficult, I had called ahead and was told I could check in until 10, I was there at 920 and had to phone the number 3 times and was finally called back from a different number.

• Xuan (10/5): - The lady at the motel reception was very welcoming, the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient with plenty of parking. I would definitely stay at Hope again next time I'm traveling and passing through the area.

• Valentina (6/5): Friendly stuff, no deposit fee, good location, outdated. - Kindly stuff and relaxed, no additional fee, good location. It is too old place, it needs a renovation, no shower gel, it was empty, no a door chain, I wasn't sure if the bed or sofa cover were ever washed. My husband fell down from the mattress because the edge was slippery. The mattress top needs to be even.

Not worth the money; convenient location - Clean room, comfortable bed Cold water faucet in shower could not be turned on; hot water with difficulty- NO showers! AC very noisy, dials seemed broken, no cool air. Parking space very far from room (difficult for 85+ year olds); very tight. Sheets not nearly big enough for thick mattress, so pulled loose when rolling over.

• Roger (8/5): - It was surprisingly quiet for being right along the road, and the room was clean. I appreciated the higher toilet and shorter bed! Only those in my age group will understand. The staff was friendly. The only thing that needs attention is the flushing unit in the back of the toilet. People have been trying to fix it with a safety pin! And when the chain unhooks, the water doesn't stop.
