• ?? (4/5): - 날벌레 엄청 많고 침대 누우면 가려움…병원 다녀야해서 진료가 일찍 잡혀서 어쩔 수 없이 숙박 잡았는데 직원들 태도도 별로 좋지않고 날벌레가 죽여도죽여도 계속 있고 무료숙박권 줘도 안갈듯

• seung hoon (6/5): - Overall it is excellent except the the lights a little dark. Close to all sorts of amenity, cleanliness and kind staff are great. I am more than happy to give them 5 (top rating). I actually suudenlt changed my schedule but they gave a fullvrefund immediately. I want to come back to this one in any future if the chance comes.

The light on the bed didn't turn off, so I called and asked him to turn it off by grabbing the light with his hand. This is not a hotel. It's called a love motel. Very bad place to go with family.
• ?? (6/5): - 시설과 서비스는 나름좋았고 무엇보다 금연시설이라는점이 좋습니다 하지만 청소상태가 좋다고는 생각하지않습니다 에어컨 먼지청소가 안되있고 이불에 얼룩이 남아있었습니다 가장불편한건 온라인 표기에 체크인은 3시이후부터라고 되있지만 토요일 은 오후10시이후 부터라고만 써있어서 금요일로 잡았는데 도착후 카운터에서는 금.토.일 은 체크인이 오후10시부터라고 설명하셔서 온라인상 표기와 다른 정보의 불편함때문에 10시 까지 시간낭비했다는점이 유감입니다

The second time, dark room, window looking on a carpark wall, they completely forgot to service/clean our room. When we mentioned it they gave us "the soft drinks in the fridge for free", no use to us though :( Hopefully, when we need to go to the same location, there is another hotel we can stay!

• Verified traveler (8/5): 만족합니다 - 이름은 호텔이지만 모텔급일거라 예상하고 갔는데, 웬만한 모텔보다 깨끗하고, 프론트에도 직원들이 유니폼을 입고 있어 정돈된 느낌이었습니다 2박했는데 다음날 청소하고, 일회용품도 새로 바꿔주었고, 조식도 간단한 샌드위치이지만 종류가 바뀌어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 조식시간은 잘 안지켜졌어요 편안한 분위기라 잠도 푹 잤고 전체적으로 만족했습니다~ 위치도 고양터미널 바로 옆이라 근처 식당도 많았고요
