• Rafael (1/5): Waste of money . Don’t recommend at all . - Location only Upon arrival, we were initially assigned Room 17, where the internet was not working at all. After reporting this issue, we were moved to Room 14, where the internet functioned properly. However, this room had its own problems. The shower was leaking continuously throughout the night. I will attach a photo as evidence, which clearly shows that this has been an ongoing issue, as indicated by the discoloration on the wall. Additionally, I suffered from bed bites during our stay, and I will also include photographic evidence of this. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The breakfast provided was extremely poor, with very limited options available. Another guest also raised a complaint regarding this. Furthermore, the swimming pool appeared to be inadequately maintained. It did not seem to have a proper filtration system, and there was visible sand at the bottom. Due to these multiple issues, we were left with no choice but to leave the hotel early and move to another accommodation. In our opinion, this property does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel, and the images shown on the website are misleading and not representative of the actual conditions.

• THOMAS (8/5): Super séjour - Le petit déjeuné nous a parfaitement convenu car nous aimons manger salé. La vue est extraordinaire (Bungalow vue mer) Le personnel très agréable. Dommage pour la vétusté car cela pourrait être un bijou. Cependant nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

• Robert (10/5): I found Heaven - Although this is not a 4 or 5 star location it is a unbelievably beautiful location and in my opinion getting one of the 4 Seaview bungalow s makes this my favorite place. I was so impressed I already reserved a Seaview cabin for next year. The worst part of Koh Lipe in general is the trip from Bangkok to Koh Lipe. 1.5 hour flight to Hat Yai, 1.5 hour van ride to the speed boat and 1.5 hour pounding ride in a speedboat. It is an all day adventure to say the least.
• Nicholas (7/5): Good location but dated feel and so so breakfast. - Very close to the beach, lots of tropical trees and not far from Walking Street. It has a cozy vibe and feel. Several bean bags to sit on and relax. Staff was friendly and they did clean the rooms. The bungalo's have a nice size front porch on them. The shower drain was not secured and came off, the water pressure was very up and down in the shower (this was my biggest displeasure). The bed was not very comfortable and felt old. The bath towel was very rough, small and hard. I could hear buzzing noises in the wall like there was some kind of electrical issue. The ceiling in the bathroom was too low with a fluorescent light bulb too close to the shower head so it felt like a safety hazard. The breakfast was barely passing grade and average without too many options. The drinking water at breakfast had a bad taste a few times like it was not pure.

Men, det er for mange båter utenfor hotellet Baderommet var veldig slitt og gammelt. Noen kalkavleiringer på gulv vegg burde fjernes slik at ikke gulv og vegg ser skitne ut. Videre bør det henges opp et dusjforheng slik at ikke hele badet blir vått når man dusjer.

Je to jako v přístavu, do moře se těžko dostanete nebo musíte jít dál.a hledat kde zrovna lodě nejsou. Od rána do večera jsou slyšet motory dlouhoocasych lodí. Snídaně nic moc. Byli jsme rádi že jsme byli pouze 2 noci.

• Stefan (5/5): Selbst für thailändische Verhältnisse zu teuer für das was einem geboten wird. - Schöne direkte Strandlage mit Schatten Möglichkeiten durch große Bäume Anlage leider sehr abgelebt und ungepflegt. Pool zwar erfrischend aber an allen Ecken und Enden kaputt. Zimmer für den Preis eher eine Frechheit. Zerrissene und fleckige Bettwäsche, uralte Klobrille, Waschbecken was fast vom Waschtisch gefallen ist. Zimmerservice bestand lediglich darin frische Handtücher ins Zimmer zu legen. Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch und von keiner guten Qualität.

• Martin (6/5): Lage top, der Rest Flop - Die Lage direkt am Meer ist toll. Der Pool ist auch ok, für Kinder oder um sich kurz abzukühlen. Es ist schon alles deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird kaum Ordnung gehalten, überall liegt Müll rum. Das meiste sollte dringend erneuert werden. Baden im Meer geht, es sind jedoch sehr viele Boote im Wasser. Dazwischen ist nur wenig platz. Das Frühstück ist eher dürftig.

Le stanze sono bungalow con bagno privato (in cui sono presenti prodotti da bagno), frigo, aria condizionata e terrazzino arredato, separate l'una dall'altra. Tutte vicinissime alla spiaggia. È presente una piscina, un prendisole e una bella sala all'aperto dove poter mangiare. Struttura e camera pulita. Poco distante dal centro, per questo risulta essere in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione che viene servita comprende i piatti tipici locali, quindi chi gradisce una colazione classica italiana può fare due passi e trovare ciò che trova in centro 😊

• Roman (1/5): Horrible experience, read reviews before booking - We booked and paid for this hotel on November 29, 2025, based on the published photos and the reviews available at that time. However, before our arrival, we became concerned after reading several new reviews posted during January 2026 on Booking and Google. These reviews mentioned very poor hygiene, dirty rooms, holes in the floors, insects in the rooms, unpleasant smells, and unprofessional and aggressive staff. To avoid a potentially unpleasant experience during our vacation, we contacted both the hotel and Booking to request a cancellation, clearly explaining the reasons based on these recent reviews. The hotel never responded to our request. When we contacted Booking customer service, we were initially told that if the hotel did not respond within 24 hours, we would receive a full or partial refund. This later turned out to be incorrect information. Booking agents repeatedly told us they could not reach the hotel. Eventually, we only received a message stating that the hotel refused to refund our money. We do not understand how Booking can continue to offer this hotel when they themselves are unable to contact the property, especially after so many negative reviews, and when they are unable to properly assist customers in resolving problems.

• Soraia (1/5): Pior experiência de toda a nossa vida - A única coisa menos má é a localização, mas também não é um sonho. Foi o pior hotel em que tivemos até hoje (e já tivemos em muitos!). Para começar, a entrada nem parece uma entrada, cheia de lixo, o táxi deixou-nos e nem estávamos a acreditar que aquilo era mesmo o hotel. As imagens do booking em nada têm a ver com a realidade. As “casinhas” de madeira são péssimas, mal cuidadas e por dentro emcontrámos muita sujidade. Os lençóis não são mudados, a única coisa que fazem é passar a vassoura no chão. A casa de banho não tem as mínimas condições, parece uma casa de banho de roulote. Ouvem-se pessoas a ressonar, na casa de banho, de uma casinha para outra. Zero privacidade. Durante a noite há estalidos da eletricidade que não nos deixaram descansar. Tínhamos o pequeno almoço incluído e não comemos lá uma única vez. As únicas coisas que há para comer são fried rice, noodles ou pão de forma seco. O café é de termo. Os sumos são de pacote. Não há fruta, não há nada. A piscina suja, pequeníssima, em nada tem a ver com a descrição do booking. Para termos toalhas de banho lavadas tínhamos que pedir constantemente. Pensámos em perder o dinheiro e mudar de hotel mas infelizmente estava tudo fully booked na ilha. Gostámos muito de Koh Lipe, mas queríamos que o tempo passasse para sair deste hotel. Experiência horrivel. Valor altíssimo para uma qualidade degradante.

Le incrostazioni di calcare del rubinetto fanno pensare che l'ultima manutenzione dell'intera struttura risalga agli anni '80. Tirando lo sciacquone, usciva acqua dalla base del WC...e ho detto tutto.
• Chloe (6/5): Wonderful location but tired accommodation… - The location was wonderful. On sunrise beach. Perfect for early risers! The pool was a nice bonus. Overall the accommodation was very tired. Our chalet had only one working socket. The hairdryer didn’t work and the shower was so low I couldn’t stand beneath it! There was a sign to say if the toilet didn’t flush you had to lift the lid and press a button for the water to refill! The mattresses were soft (personal preference) and the curtains in the bedroom couldn’t be drawn so it was always dark and gloomy. Fortunately, we didn’t stay in unless it was dark anyway. There were no sun loungers, just bean bags around the pool.

Achei muito chato o facto de ter pequeno almoço incluído do qual encerrava as 10h e quando cheguei as 9h30 já não tinha nada, o senhor fazia a reposição a medo e tinha que pedir, não comi nada de jeito. No segundo dia foi tomar o pequeno almoço fora de tão desagradada que fiquei. Acho que precisava de uma remodelação a sério, o local tem potencial, mas fico parado no tempo. Também não gostei de ter pedido um táxi e ele não aparecer a hora combinada, tive que ir a pé com a minha bagagem (que não era pouca) até encontrar um, não sei se a culpa foi do hotel por não ter pedido o taxi ou se foi do taxista.

• Sarah (8/5): Enjoyed our stay in our little hut on Sunrise Beach - Beach front location, right in the middle of sunrise beach. We had the 2nd row garden hut which gave us a view of the sea. Not many place on the island are beach front with a pool for this price. Breakfast was sufficient You need to keep in mind it’s very basic, like being in Thailand 20-30 years ago. But we k ew from the reviews and the price point what to expect.

Nada recomendable tengo vídeos para demostrar - Solo la ubicación Acceso impracticable ( durante los 9 días en ningún momento se facilita el acceso habiendo un barrizal profundo en la entrada, la otra opción es entrar x la playa, con la incomodidad q ello supone y cuando sube la marea las olas llegan a la rodilla , un completo despropósito para el precio q hemos pagado) ,material de snorkel caro y mugriento y mohoso, desayuno sin variedad de fruta ( solo sandía durante 9 días) y y levantas y a las 8:30h ya no queda pan ni intención de reponer ( habiendo posibilidad y estando el hotel a un 30% d ocupación), cambiamos la habitación a una más cara xq la q primera no cumplía con las expectativas ( cutre y cara)….. realmente viendo precios y hoteles de la zona nos parece un TIMO ABSOLUTO… el peor hotel q hemos reservado x booking.y no han cambiado las sabanas en los 9 días

El personal muy amable, llegamos un día tarde (perdimos una noche), por culpa del tiempo ya que no nos dejaron embarcar, i nos ofrecieron estar una noche más gratis, sin nosotras decirles nada, muy generosos constantemente, estaban a tu disposición todo el tiempo, lo mejor. La cabaña estaba muy limpia, con aire acondicionado que nos salvó del calor, baño genial y limpio, equipado. Incluía desayuno bastante completo. Se me mojó el movil y me dieron arroz para poder secarlo. Piscina limpia y accesible. Nada!

Cleaners were in and out of the room in a couple of minutes, sweep of the floor missed the dead every time, drinking water glasses were not cleaned or changed all week, one of the duvets had quite a large tear in it. cleaning and maintenance.

• Tonatiuh (8/5): We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again in the future. - The staff were very welcoming and accomodating, excellent service. The food and drinks were great quality. The room was conveniently by the beach with snorkelling and kayaking close by and a short walk to the Main Street Sometimes there was a loud rooster in the morning.
• Nick (7/5): My favourite island of this trip - sadly not my fave accomadation - I loved the island as a whole - not too developed but busy enough to have some life. The nature is outstanding and the snorkling is right on the doorstep. Breakfast was a good bonus. The rooms were run down/tired/old. The resort was the wrong end of the island for us and the amount of boats using the beach make swimming an experience.
• Jgz (8/5): Mostly great experience with lovely friendly staff, food and drinks were great. - The staff very friendly. The views from the hut on the beach and from the pool were amazing. The food and drinks were also very good too. The pool was very strong with bleach smell, the rooms most days didn’t provide clean towels and we had to ask for them. The locals would come and sit on our porch at 6:30/7am and chat loudly whilst waiting for boats and leave a mess of drink bottles, wrappers and cans etc.
• Cristina (2/5): - I was disappointed with the bungalows, they don't look like in the photos. Everything was old, I didn't have the staircase from the veranda. The internet was only at the pool. We did not have cleaning and clean towels.

The walking street for tourists should not have motorcycles and salengs running o - Near the beach Cigarette smell in the room Bathroom sink way too high for people use for brushing teeth, wash face etc… Not be able to throw toilet papers in the toilet Bathroom towels too old Add fabric softer to the bathroom towels, bed sheets, blankets cover and pillows cases Three steps Stair going down to the bathroom r too dangerous In the breakfast area, need to put sunshade !
• Samantha (6/5): - Helt ok hotell, men fruktansvärda svängar. Kändes som om man sov på betong i en vecka
• Ian (7/5): Place met expectations. - It was pretty much what I exptected. Only negative feedback was a friend who ate the the resort's cafe ended up with food poisioning.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - Really liked the location on the beach and the swimming pool. Breakfast was good also. Didn't like music played during breakfast time. I like my mornings quite. The bungalows are a little close to one another.
• Gaia (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questa struttura il personale è accogliente gentilissimo pronto a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta( sopratutto ham) per la pulizia delle stanza c’è da rivedere perché gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati tutti i giorni a meno che non lo chiedevi le tazze del caffè in camera non sono mai state lavate i letti sono molto duri! La posizione è ottima perché lontano dalla confusione di Walkin Street e dal porto! Se siete alla buona maniera e senza troppo pretese qua state da dio!
