- Farid (4/5): - Unfriendly hotel staff, but restaurant staff were fine. Sofa was dirty with questionable stains. Door handles were loose. Toilet seat vibrated as if there was an earthquake, potentially due to vibrations from some hotel equipment below. No water or coffee in the room. Very uncomfortable and hard bed. Certainly not what one would expect of a 4-star hotel.

- Extraordinary394057 (10/5): Excellent New Year holiday! - First of all, I would mention the exceptional quality of the services: the cleanliness, the extraordinary food: gourmet - in the true sense of taste and freshness, very kind and friendly staff and a service concept as close as possible to the client's wishes. We were nine people (family and friends) and we will definitely return to this hotel!

- stefaniaa13 (8/5): Spotless and modern hotel! - Room: big, nice design, cleaned every day, safety deposit box, mini bar, no balcony Bathroom: nice design, free toiletries Spa: in fact, it is a mini spa (jacuzzi, 2 saunas, literally 2 chairs and 3 sunbeds on the terrace. The sunbeds are usable only in horizontal pozition) Common areas: spotless Breakfast: normal continental one; nice terrace at the restaurant Parking: outside there is free parking but it can get crowded (especially if there is any party organised); undergroud parking - 50 lei per day.

- msItaly98 (8/5): Comfortable room but lacking character - The hotel has a very modern sterile feel. We had an executive room with a bathtub in the middle which would have been fine except the water pressure was so poor that by the time you could get enough water in the tub to sit in it was luke warm at best. The rooms have a minimalist feel. They are decorated/painted black and white. No décor on the walls which some may like but we found a bit harsh. Be careful where you set your cell phone if it is black as it will blend in with the surface you set it on. The curtains were very light and provided privacy but no light blocking so your up with the sun if your a light sleeper. The bed was comfy and the room had adequate plugs for your devices. The restaurant had good food and a nice presentation. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. They have some parking outside that is free if open if not there is underground parking for a fee.

- 629sandraf (10/5): EXCELLENT, NEW AND MODERN HOTEL - This hotel, which is a little away from the center of Targu Mures, is very new and its facilities are very modern. The room is big, very clean and comfortable. The service is perfect and the breakfast is excellent.

Room size was large, walk in shower, great amenities and a nicely stocked mini fridge. Bathtub in the middle of the room (unfortunately not used). Nice balcony but quite narrow and had not very useable funrniture (only downside). Drinks at the bar each night and a wonderful dinner downstairs! Less than 10 min walk to center of town. Parking is free! Masseuse only on hand certain days so please check. No laundry service but offered use of steamer and iron.

Modern design, big rooms and bathrooms, very comfy beds, strict sanitary rules, very nice and professional staff. To cut a long story short, a very good choice for Tg. Mures.
- 172cp (10/5): Surprisingly - Dear all, After the lock down and a long period without a business trip the first has brought me to Targu Mures. It was a big surprise to find such a beautiful place in this town. A very modern hotel with a good restaurant with quality food and a long list of wine. Keep the place at this high standard. PS: please change the coffee:) it is over roasted and has a terrible taste. Also the coffee should have the same quality as all your other products and services
- ZinaMKH (10/5): Modern and Quiet - Privo has a unique layout and style. I loved the corridors that lead to room as you can’t quickly recognize the doors. They look as if they are part of the wall. The room is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and the ladies in the restaurant are helpful and nice. The breakfast was very ordinary but well cooked. The hotel is new with modern furniture everywhere. So I recommend staying here especially if you prefer new hotels.
- floriank556 (10/5): Marvellous Breakfast Bar and Terrace - After several years being guest at Privo Bar and Restaurant I finally wanna write a review. The Bar and Terrace of Privo Hotel is my absolutely preferred place in Târgu Mureș/Marosvásárhely for breakfast or for a relaxed after-work drink or snack. I really enjoy the atmosphere and view of this IMHO most professional hotel in town. From the great architecture (with combination of the traditional Art Nouveau and a pleasing modern design) to the professional trained stuff, this place is just perfect. Right now I'm done with breakfast, served by particular friendly and courteous Ms. Smeralda, that makes my day. And if in the warmer seasons I wanna enjoy a relaxing afternoon/evening after a full working-day, the Privo terrace is my preferred place. There, the very attentive Mr. Gabriel and his colleagues are taking care to make my stay being a marvellous sunset experience. Also the Privo restaurant is recommendable, especially if someone likes modern international kitchen and a formidable selection of top wines.
- mihasim (10/5): Modern hotel - I’am staying in this hotel all the time I’ m coming with businesses in Targu Mures; in my opinion is the best from the entire town, even if the Spa is too tighty and has only jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfast is excellent, coffee too.
- 254raduc (8/5): Good, but needs improvement - Contemporary hotel with spacious rooms and a decent mini SPA. The food served in the restaurant is very tasty, they clearly have a professional chef! Also, the wine menu is comprehensive. However, the hotel requires a refurbishment: the window in our room was broken, the lightbulb was flashing, the shower was leaking. And the fire alarm system... has gone off 3 times (out of which once during night time) in less than 24 hours due to errors! Absolutely discomforting. Also, the personnel should benefit from further training as some of them behaved unprofessionally (one quite rude).

We had the chance to attend a wine pairing event at Privo Restaurant and the food was very good, as well as the wine. The staff members pay very close attention to the guests’ needs. If you are in Targu Mures I strongly reccommend Hotel Privo, you will not be dissappointed!

But the hotel is past it's prime, and in definite need of maintenance, and the staff showed little interest in helping with anything. Plug sockets and lamps in the room weren't working. The fire alarm was faulty - it went off randomly one afternoon, and reception phoned my room and wrongly accused me of smoking. Two days in a row housekeeping removed all toilet paper from the room and didn't replace it.

- Ion (10/5): amazing architecture, food and service - The hotel is new and has an amazing modern architecture. The room was large and functional with a minimalist style. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent and the service exquisite. We had some seafood dishes and deserts. The chocolate mousse with sour cherry was fantastic. They have a sommelier which helped us choosing the wine. It is a high-class place, at prices just a little over the regular ones. Definitely good value. It is not in the downtown, but in a nice area, 5 minutes away.

- dafini (8/5): Angenehmes Hotel in guter Lage - Durch das moderne Design wirkt das Hotel beim ersten Eindruck etwas ungemütlich, aber durch das freundliche, sehr hilfsbereite Personal fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, die Betten bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Das Bad sieht modern gestylt aus, ist aber teilweise etwas unpraktisch (hauptsächlich für das Putzpersonal). Das Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und trotz der Nähe zu einer viel befahrenen Straße ist es sehr ruhig gelegen.

Gisterenacht na valpartij in stad opgevangen in hotel lobby en eerste hulp verleend door hotel receptionist. Daarna met auto hotel naar ziekenhuis. Gehele behandeling erbij gebleven, ook belangrijk vanwege de taal die ik niet spreek.. Na 3 uur in het hotel weer teruggebracht. Een cijfer tien op zijn plaats, hoger kan helaas niet. Veel dank aan Hotel Privo medewerker, wiens naam ik helaas niet meekreeg na alle consternatie.

Very uncomfortable cube to sit on while working w/the computer, the door to the shower prevents putting the towel carpet on the floor and I slipped...great breakfast. Overall an interesting experience and quite unexpected in Targu Mures.

- thomas (8/5): Topmodern ..... - Das Hotel ist topmodern und in Ordnung. Einzig der Service im Restaurant und beim Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wichtiger als Kaffee zu servieren scheint einzig die Zimmernummer zu sein - hier hätte man sich bei einem solchen Hotel wohl mehr Professionalität erwartet. Angenehm auch die gratis Parkgarage bzw. die KFZ-Stellplätze.
