- Jordan (8/5): - The conditions in the room were surprisingly great considering where I was staying and I wasn’t expecting much! However, the staff was incredible and made my stay very pleasant!
- Ken (10/5): - We had reserved 2 rooms for 2 days but had to cancel one room for each day with Expedia and through Algotels. Expedia refunded one room. We had no issues with Quality Inn, the manager called us at home trying to help with the cancelation and ensure we had the same remaining room both nights. When we arrived we learned algotels canceled our whole reservation and Quality Inn staff and I were on the phone for about 2 hours being hung up on several times and finally they were able to get the money from algotels. The next morning I learned that wxpedia had also canceled both rooms and i was unable to reach a human to get their mistake fixed. I had to pay for my room again at their current cost. Management and staff at the hotel were very helpful. Quality Inn refunded the second room a week later. Expedia and algotels need to have a human available to speak with or that doesnt hang up on you.

- Elwis (8/5): Very good - The people were very kind in my room was clean. My shower was very low and I had to bend down take it in it and I'm not super tall, I am 6'2. The mini fridge would also kick on and it was a little too loud for me at night. What I stay there again at the end of it, yes without question.

ADA needs for accessibility room was a grab bar near toilet….a low profile 16-18” toilet….not accessibility friendly. Overall hotel needs room upgrades. - Anne (10/5): - Pool was already closed for the season, even though it was only late August. However, there was a sauna! That's not a common feature, and we do enjoy a sauna. Manager was chatty, engaging, pleased to tell us about her town. Bed was raised for some reason, to a height of 33 inches, which was OK for me, but pretty difficult for my wife. Shampoo was available in the shower, and there was a table that we used for eating and playing cards. Breakfast selections were standard - eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, and waffles - and tasty. Value was very good for the price, especially compared to the rundown Red Lion we had stayed at the previous night.

- Jessica (2/5): - They refused my 7 month old baby and I a room after a miscommunication on their part cause I had called ahead and asked what I would as this was my first time doing this online trip planner so I had to have someone meet me half to my home which was 5 hrs away I was already not in a good mood having .y baby out late at night then I drive 2 hrs to get the card and another 2 hrs back after driving 5 hrs to get there then she tells me they won't give me a room I was so mad they could have called me and told me I had called them earlier so I know they had my number unacceptable just because I was understandably upset someone should be fired for having my baby sleep in a car after I paid 160 bucks for the room

- Katy (4/5): - We got a 2 queen size room, the beds were not queens at all they wwere definitely twins or fulls. We also had left during the day and came back later at night and our fire alarm was beeping as if the battery was dead and the women at the front desk said we had to change it ourselves because there was nobody tall enough working to change it or she offered we wait till the next morning while having to listen to the beeping all night long. We ended up changing it ourselves but we asked if we could get a discount due to the fact that we are changing our own battery and she said you guys prepaid and I don’t have authority to give discount when having a dead fire alarm is a safety hazard overall the hotel is alright but the fact that they wouldn’t do anything about a safety hazard is crazy.

The refrigerator in the room smelled very bad and wasn’t plugged in when I arrived. No convenient place to plug it in. The internet connection was spotty. If they have the funds the carpeting really needs to be replaced.

- Rodger (4/5): - The smoke detector went off at 2:45am due to what assume was an aging battery. The purpose of the hotel room was to get a good nights sleep before my busy day today. I did not get what I paid for. After being jarred awake by the smoke alarm, there is no going back to sleep. I at least received a “Sorry” as I was checking out at 3:15am.

She was so helpful in making our reservations work together so we didn't have to change rooms after two nights. Room was clean. Fixtures are a bit dated. Wish all motels and hotels had raised toilets -- this one doesn't. As we age, it's getting more of a challenge to get up from the low toilet seats. LOL Parking was easy. Good regular food restaurant just across the parking lot. All in all, we had a good stay. If you're in Othello, this is a good place to stay.

- Rudy (8/5): - Very nice staff and easy to check in. The door has a huge crack in between the frame and you could see inside the hotel from outside the door. At night, you could hear everything going on outside and inside including the furnace/heaters next door. Breakfast, it would be nice to have some soft butter instead of putting in in the fridge where it was super hard so you couldn't spread it on the waffles. At least have a microwave to soften it or get some soft spread. Maybe even some strawberries and whipped cream. Who wants to eat waffles with hard butter? Other than that, the stay was nice and convenient. If I need it again, I'll stay there as a repeat customer.

The housekeeping person we interacted with throughout our stay was super helpful and sweet as well! And I have to say I’m picky and don’t usually eat hotel breakfast but their biscuits and gravy are VERY good! This is not the fanciest hotel but for a small hotel in a small town it’s wonderful and I’ll be back!

- Renee (8/5): An hour away from the Gorge Amphitheater - We stayed here after a comedy show at the gorge. This is about an hour away from the Gorge Amphitheater. It was nice on the inside. We really didn’t spend much time exploring the town it was in or the area around the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great. My only complaint was the pool wasn’t open and when we finally got back to our room after the comedy show, every single parking spot in the lot was taken which normally wouldn’t have been a big deal with there were 2 or 3 cars pulling trailers that were taking up several parking stalls. We parked on the north side of the hotel on the street and didn’t have any issues there.

When we arrived the room we were given did not have a working AC we were miserable for about an hour but after the gal at the front desk was able to talk to her supervisor we were moved to a different room. They were all really nice. We were sad the pool didnt work but our overall stay was pleasant.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Would’ve been great had the air con. worked - The facility felt very dated like it was from the 70s but was tidy. It was 95 degrees plus weather and unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work properly in my room the first day. The facility was completely booked so they couldn’t move me and they couldn’t do anything to alleviate the heat. So my first day was a bit miserable. Thankfully they did end up changing the machine the following day. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and was offered at 5:30 - 9am which suited our schedule perfectly.

Get there and the pool is full of leaves and trash, no water and a sign on the gate stating they didnt know when it would be open. Had i known this when booking, i would have stayed in the next town over that has multiple hotels with indoor pools.

Room was freezing as heater was off. All that wasn't so bad, but the room smelled humid. Very unpleasant smell. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and had good breakfast.

Our morning experience with breakfast was very disappointing Mercedes the front desk clerk made it pretty clear to us we had only 10 minutes to eat before everything was closing it was only 9:20am.Other family members arrive And she was very persistent to tell them that breakfast was over and could not eat! family continue to obtain there food and she came back again and said I’ll give you five more minutes rude and shutting the blinds keep in mind I open the blinds to have a view outside she said since we are closing I am going to close them!! I would love for her to learn some good customer service skills and that hotel will always have customers back!!! Never going to give my business to the quality INN IN OTHELLO.
- KIMBALL (6/5): Basic stay - The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility itself needs some TLC. The tile floor in bathroom was missing half the grout, rug looked worn.
