Przy wjeździe na aleje gdzie znajduje się kilka hoteli postawiono szlaban (płatny postój) z informacją dotyczącą tylko największego z hoteli, co było mylące bo nie było wiadomo czy klienci innych hoteli mogą tam wjechać.

Bardzo podobało mi się że dla osób z psami były stoliki na zewnątrz restauracji dzięki czemu można było zejść z psem na śniadanie . Duży plus dla ładowarki dla elektryka pod hotelem. Bardzo duży parking. Świetne jedzenie w restauracji do 21.

Kuchaři umí s ten talíř vypadá s chutná za nás nejlepší co na pobytu bylo !!! Snídaně bohaté každý si vybral s taky velmi chutné. Děkujeme moc !!! Je to maličkost ale měli jsme objednaný pokoj s manželskou postelí, která nebyla vcelku ale dvě postele, které byli u sebe s dost velkou mezerou. Detail ale přece jen….wellnes v hotelu bylo velmi jednoduché…dobré na promrznutí z hor po túře se jen vyhřát nic víc od toho nečekat.

Jedzenie w restauracji i śniadania bardzo smaczne. Obsługa w restauracji sympatyczna i pomocna. Na minus w pokoju brak lodówki i ekspresu do kawy. Obsługa hotelu (nie restauracji)poprawna, umiarkowanie sympatyczna, na pewno jednak nie poczujesz się potraktowany jak w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu, raczej bliżej 2. Jacuzzi w strefie spa z zimną wodą zdecydowanie minus.

Prvú noc "budík" pred polnocou po príchode susedov, druhú noc o polnoci to isté s novými susedmi. Za tie peniaze, takýto štandard...? Navyše nás nikto na to neupozornil. Prvý deň, chladno na izbe, bez deky....
- Laura (9/5): - It was lovely to be right by the lake, Strbske Pleso. I traveled with my service dog and the hotel was very accommodating to her. The hotel staff was very friendly; available to help and answer questions....I've stayed here several times and will definitely be back.

- Lenka (10/5): - Pekné prostredie priamo pri Štrbskom plese. Milý a ochotný personál. Izby sú prepojené dvermi cez ktoré počuť hluk z vedľajšej izby. Pri problémoch s hlukom z vedľajšej izby bol personál veľmi ochotný a poskytol nám na prespanie druhú izbu.

- Viktória (9/5): - Gyönyörű helyen van a szálloda, a Csorba tó mellett közvetlenül, nagyon jó volt az étel is, a wellness részleg is jó, csendes helyen van de mégis központi helyen. Gyönyörű volt a havas táj. kb. 28 fok volt a 2. emeleti szobában, végig nyitva volt az ablak, kint -13 fok volt és még így is meleg volt a szobában. Lehet, hogy valami gond volt a fűtés beállítással. Amúgy minden nagyon tetszett.

- Ivana (10/5): - Hotel ma skvelú polohu, hneď pri plese. Izby boli čisté, personal milý a ochotný. Najviac nás potešili raňajky, kde bol naozaj veľký výber a extremne chutné jedlá. Po odhlásení sa z hotela nám dovolili nechať si batožinu ešte celý deň v hoteli a bez poplatku, čo bolo veľmi milé.

- Alice (8/5): - Úžasná poloha hotelu. Ale úplný TOP stejně dělá naprosto skvělý personál. Od restaurace (skvělé jídlo) přes recepci (pohodové dámy) až po skibus (gentleman jak má být). Jediné slabé místo tohoto skvělého hotelu je wellness. Takže naštěstí je co zlepšovat
