• Kevin (4/5): Nice place in safe location - My stay at the Wilbraham Inn was ok. Hotel is in a safe part of town and wad near family. Room was cozy but outdated. My only complaint was how hard the mattress was for the King bed. Room was clean and everything else was fine.

I had coffee with the Owner each morning and he made us feel at home. We will be coming back next year and I will reserve a room far ahead of time. • F9080LEchristopherb (10/5): Basic accommodations, with awesome service and cleanliness - This hotel offers basic accommodations, but it perfectly suited my wife and me, given its proximity to my daughter's college, as well as a grocery store and Starbucks within walking distance. While the rooms and bathrooms were somewhat outdated, they were functional. The cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff were commendable, and the location was ideal. Cost was best in the area for services we expected.

It can be a crap shoot when staying in an “off-brand” hotel…no worries here. Pleasant but no frills kind of place. It met our needs for a quick trip to The BigE. We will stay here again!

• Nick (8/5): Motor inn — just right - Room was clean, AC worked perfectly. Was a bit dated, but at the price point was exactly what I needed for accommodations. Convenient drive up parking right outside the room door made for easy on/off loading. The owners are delightful, prideful people who wanted to make sure my stay was a good one. Would stay again for sure!

We were very upset about this because we got the room during the recent heat wave! And we wanted to stay somewhere with a pool! Our room was decent but house cleaning should check the drawers, there was left over food in one of them from a previous guest. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless it’s just to sleep for one night as you’re passing through!

After and "ONLY" after we were checking out, he told us that another room just became available and we could stay, but it was too late since we have already packed and made arrangements to stay somewhere else. He told us to contact Expedia for a refund since this was a third-party reservation. We contact Exp and they call the property to verify, and they lied in order to deny refund. Expedia said that there was nothing they could do. I Will Never Stay in this dump again. Walls are paper thin so you will hear everything that goes on the next room and outside since it is located on a very busy road. Room was very smelly, and the surrounding area looks very sketchy.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect for one-night stay - Went for college family weekend and it was a great location to stay. A little off the beaten path from where I was going but I do not mind driving back roads especially in scenic Western Mass. Manager was friendly, professional and the booking, check-in etc. were great. Right off the road but quiet enough. It is a motel so you pull up your car open the room door and your room is right there. It smelled a little musty otherwise all was excellent. Would stay there again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Low-key Upscale Schitts Creek - From the images on Hotels.com I wasn't expecting a motel, although I probably should have looked a bit more closely. Upon driving up, my 14-year-old daughter and evening's roommate, sensing my concern, quipped, "Mom, it's low-key upscale Schitts Creek." Which seemed a fair and reassuring assessment. Later she followed up unironically with, "Nothing bad happens across the street from a Dominos Pizza." Ah, youth. The skinny: The front desk person was pleasant and efficient. Your door you park directly in front of opened with a key card you wave. There's no interior deadbolt, hook and eye or other security, just the card you wave releasing a small bolt, so I'd give security 1 star. (My daughter brought up No Country For Old Men but I cut her off.) Basic 80's decor, no rug, toilet very cozy with shower enclosed by door, then sink outside the bathroom. Fridge didn't seem to be working but I didn't try very hard. AC we controlled that happily (and loudly) cycled all night. Lightweight slidebolt on lightweight door separating us from neighboring room (again with 1 star security). Only sparkling clean sheets and pillows on satisfactory King-size bed (1 plush blanket on rack by door). No USB charging stations, just regular outlets in base of lamps. Pool in middle of parking lot wasn't open yet and motel sits amidst a strip of strip malls in rural country. In the end, it served us well although pricey for the lack of amenities (at >$150). Adjust expectations and you'll like it fine.

• w4me2fly (10/5): Surprise on the Roadway!!! - We enjoyed a pleasant stay at this facility. Owner is currently updating the property and rooms. We enjoyed one of the rooms that had just finished a renovation. Decor was pleasant and beds were comfortable. I was truly impressed with how quiet the room was being next to a busy road. The updating was impressive and will enhance the customer satisfaction. We found the grounds tidy and the rooms clean. The pool is an outdoor seasonal pool & there is ‘NO’ free breakfast. You cannot claim a free breakfast with just coffee & tea, folks. Just is not correct. Staff were pleasant, however, some language barriers were noticeably. Please continue with your updating, it was very much noticed and enjoyed!!! When you can manage, replace the bedding with burn holes or stains, even though it is clean.
• Diamond (10/5): Fantastic Experience - Fantastic stay! Close enough to the Big E without the price tags. The owner was so kind and accommodating. The room we stayed in was spotless. You could tell it was just redone.
• Tpiketrooper (4/5): Not what expected - The hotel was in a good location to where we were visiting. There were several Breweries in the area that we visited that we enjoyed. The hotel shower did not work, but the manager had it fixed within an hour at 9pm. There was a lot of dust build-up on the ac filter and there was light coming around 3 sides of the entrance door. The bed was comfortable after all the commotion settled down.
