• Nithin (4/5): - The beach in front of the property was very nice and the property offered lovely views of the surrounding landscape. The room was quite big. The breakfast was good. Not a 5 star experience, but solid and well-cooked. The shower was broken so you had to hold it constantly to get any water. Washing hair with one free hand like that was a nightmare as there was no handheld shower. The section where our room was is badly built because we could hear everything our different neighbours were doing (watching TV, talking to their baby, vomiting in the bathroom, laughing) right from our bed. We are not generally sound-sensitive and have never had this happen in a hotel before. The infinity pool was closed and the water inside was blooming with algae. The food at the restaurant was not very good. "Hyderabadi biryani" cost 900 INR and was not a real biryani. It was rice flavoured with ready-made paste. Paneer tikka was okay. Water was served in plastic cups. There were too many flies at breakfast circling the food. The water in the second pool was a bit cloudy and smelled very, very strongly of chlorine. I personally would be too scared to take a baby there.

• Danayya (2/5): Definitely one of the worst stays and will not be recommending or going back. - Nothing The pool was dirty and there was construction disturbing us, power outages frequently and wifi and service was not available most of the stay. Food was very poor and was the same every night. Fire exits were only implemented because an important mp was coming which reflects very poorly on the hotel.

Hotel needs to upgrade its shortcomings that it knows about. Few though.

• verma (5/5): Okay - It’s a newly open resort and part of it is still under construction maintenance is low. The staff is not trained properly for a five star property, which is so expensive. The breakfast buffet was very small, few items only and very average. The the resort is not five star and you will not find a lot of things on the menu specially when it comes to liquor, they only have one stock of beer which last season. Secondly, the staff is not very polite and of serviceable attitude they need major training. thirdly, the resort is large, but there is also a continuous menon of pack of stray dogs and cat. And they usually come inside the resort and sit on the chairs outside the rooms which led to a severe dog allergy for me. Food is an average limited menu and very expensive liquor also is limited and the resort is an isolated place. Although it has a private beach, but you cannot go swimming because they there is a fear of crocodiles and coral reefs. It’s definitely not five star based on comfort, luxury and hospitality, but a three star best The facilities services, the training of the staff, the limited choice of drinks and food in the menu, the constant nuisance of pack of stray dogs and cat that come and sit on the chairs outside our room which could lead to dog allergy and the fact that part of it is still under construction

• George (2/5): Very poor - The staff is very friendly and the food at the restaurant was good. We had dinner there. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool was dirty. We assume there is no filteration. We did not get into that water. There is access to the beach but you are not allowed to take a dip in the sea. The slope in the shower is not going to the drain. So the water from the shower is running all over the bathroom despite of a partition. They are constructing an even bigger building at the entrance to the resort for more rooms. So it is noisy and there are no safety rules applied. As a guest you walk under the construction so that you could get hurt by falling debris, tools or whatever.

• Smita (7/5): Basic place but nice beach - The location is good as there's actually a beach front at this hotel and the beach is small but nice. The property is nice but kinda basic. The rooms are very standard and not luxurious by any standard. Food and drinks are overpriced. The staff is very irritating and makes a lot of noise in the morning in the corridors yelling at each other about rooms to clean etc. I had to step out to shut them up.
• Rajiv (1/5): Avoid avoid avoid - not worth your money or time. - The beach and water were pretty to look at and apparently, this location has great sunsets, but I didn't stay long enough to see it. Horrible property. The whole place is going through land and room renovations and looks like a construction site (and they don't tell you that even after reserving. The beach front is fine, but doesn't help, since you can't go into the water (due to crocodiles). The rooms were old and unkept (torn curtains, stinky towels, stained toilets, loud but uncooling AC, single-use toiletries (even though on booking.com they claim to be green with no single-use toiletries). The breakfast was basic (even compared to other hotels in Port Blair). The wifi dropped every 3-4 minutes. Some serious changes need to happen to make this hotel stayable.

• Kumar (8/5): Good property; but not so resourceful medicines for basic medical needs. - The Property is very good though a bit far off. For spl requests, like Tendrr Coconut water, or yoghurt, they say not possible. Yoghurt is made from powdered milk. They should have some basic medical kit for guests. I had a bout of diorreah; they couldn't provide me a ORS. I asked for any medicines to arrest loose motions. Not available.
• S (2/5): overall a bad stay , no clean rooms , no proper light , overly priced and food wasn’t that great - location is awesome and beach accessible no cleanses, no proper light it’s very low and rooms were full of ants , mosquitos and cockroaches, dusty rooms and food is ok not that great , apart from nothing is good .

The food charges are exorbitantly high, not many options given in the food menu. Compared to the tariffs the amenities are nothing more than okay. Overall a very expensive stay with a very moderate experience

• Julius (6/5): OK hotel but location not ideal - The hotel itself was fine and the staff very friendly but it has a couple of problems. It has bug signs warning you not to swim in the sea because of crocodiles. Secondly there is not much to do close by apart from visit the marine park.
