• Qiu (4/5): If you have more budget, can find other place. But if you budget is there, here also ok - The location is good. Dirty, the toilet door cannot lock.
• Valeria (3/5): Poor - we got an upgrade for 2 out of 3 nights. but it was a bunk bed for the first night which was not what I booked. We had to build the bunk beds together because the wooden plate on the metal construction was so instable that we feared it would break. also in the upgraded room the noise was almost unbearable. a lady from the staff decided to renovate the room next to us at 2am (!!!) in the night, moving fridges and other heavy stuff. we had to complain in the middle of the night and could not sleep. no windows.
• Sze (1/5): Not the cheapest but the worst hostel I ever stayed - Good location, close to MTR. The hostel only has free luggage storage until 2pm. You need to leave a good review if you want to extend the session without paying. The real room is totally different from the picture. The hostel used my room as storage room (all the stuff in the pictures are not mine) as I don't have enough space for myself. The reception is on another floor but the lift is one way only, people need to transfer on ground floor before going to the reception level. They only have one staff for the whole building, more than 10 people is waiting for check in when I arrived. And nobody answer the phone/WhatsApp/ Booking enquiry (they asked me to visit the reception). They don't have enough people for cleaning either, room is not ready after 3pm. No hair dryer. I was trying to get one from the staff but she said she was busy. She promised to get me one later but I never get it until I left.

• Warisa (10/5): Nice place to live with - The place is very clean and comfortable and the price is super save with the budget and so comfortable and connects to the MRT It is easy to go anywhere and the staff are very kind and helpful.
• Alobin (1/5): Bad - The room very small, location very noisy, scrounging very dirty, and no reception area to ask.. NO person to ask during our stay. Very bad experience with our stay..

• Thong Yean (6/5): - We booked the room on 3 Sep 2023 for staying 6 nights from 27/10/23 - 2/11/23. The price is about RM991 (or HKD1675) for 6 nights. I booked for twin room, but the operator provided us a double room without window at 13th Floor near to the main reception counter. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, heater, air-cond, 2 plastic chairs, 6 cloth hangers, towel hanger, hair dryer, 1 small table with 2 drawers, 1 dustbin, TV (not working and informed operator without action). My room was not clean-up and 2 towels were not changed during my 6 nights' stay. They provided shampoo & soap set for our first stay and no refill after that. Check in time is 3pm while check out time is by 11am. We are allowed to store our luggage at the counter after check out. Hygiene level is satisfactory. Mirador Mansion is very convenient place and walkable to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui / East TST Stations, A21 airport bus stop, Commercial Press Bookstore, Kowloon Mosque, Kowloon Park, Cafe de Coral (Chung King Mansion), Space Museum, K11 Musea, TST Post Office, Signal Hill Garden and etc. I will stay at this place again to save money on accommodation.

No double bed which was requested; no towels provided; no window; hot water good but shower/toilet so small that everything got wet; a $500 deposit for the key was required but this was not in the advertising; Generally a dodgy place.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location of the hotel is very accessible. MTR is very near, Western Union and restaurants. For me, the price of the hotel is very affordable. The staff especially Austin is very nice. We chose to have additional $150 because we don't want shared bathroom(this was indicated in hotel's terms and conditions) and the room has no window. He gave us a room with windows and with the same rate since we have a child. He was so nice and accomodating. he can speak good English too. The room was small but its enough for the three of us. Wifi is also available. I didn't expect the service and the room condition was good because the price was too cheap.

• sawada (2/5): 今まで泊まった中で最悪のホテル - 各部屋にはトイレとシャワーが付いているとの記載があった。部屋の写真もそうだった。 しかし、実際は複数人との共同のトイレ・シャワーだった。 また、ホテル側でタオルの準備はなかった。 さらに部屋は不衛生でミニゴキブリが2匹出現した。 あまりにも予想外だったため、後日もこのホテルで泊まる予定だったがキャンセルした。 そして、キャンセル(ホテル宿泊費)費用は全額負担することになった。 このホテルに宿泊を予定している日本人がいたら、絶対にこのホテルは辞めるべきだ。

• Verified traveler (8/5): スタッフは最高、客室は最低。 - 尖沙咀の格安ホテルビルのなかにあります。 今回は個室だけれどシャワー・トイレは共同の部屋を選択しました。 お値段がお値打ちの部屋であることから程度は想像の通りです。しかし、スタッフは親切で丁寧です。中国語・英語・広東語が利用できます。 失敗だったのは、似たような格安旅行（もしくは出稼ぎ労働）をしにきているインドネシア人がいっぱいいたことです。彼らに日本の常識は通じません。真夜中に「鍵を部屋に忘れた」と、ドアをドンドンと叩き続けます。一日ならともかくほぼ一週間毎日（一週間の滞在でした）でした。これには困りました。

• Verified traveler (4/5): Good location but rooms are not clean - Bad. Poor sleep thruout. Bedsheets and pillow cases don't smell clean don't feel clean
• Falk (4/5): HK typical low-budget - The reception is on the 13th floor, not 5th. There's a sign, affirming the guest is king motto in Chinese. This means, you pay any logical or unlogical extras, yet to a friendly operation office. For early checkout, e.g. you may pay 50hkd extra, anything extra costs 50hkd. So thats like any and all pensions, hostels in HK. Location is perfect, so if its your style to be in such a place, book it.
• Chiu (4/5): Not recommended if not improved - The room is small but reflect on the price, I accept it. The location is fantastic. However the room cleanliness is awful. 1/Dust on the bed, it might from the air conditioning filter. I clean it but Dust back on seconds. 2/ Shower head is loose, the watch is splashed when I am shower. 3/ Toilet is leaking, I have to leave the toilet after flushed immediately. 4/The duvet ant the pilot looks dirty and old as it is no cover. 5/The room is not clean properly, the toilet is wet all the time that is why I can see the small flying insects are flying all the times. 6/The staff was helpful and friendly when I checked in but not checked out with different staff, she was cold and was not willing to listen to you when I mentioned the situations above.
• Jukka (2/5): Awefull stay - First of all the hostel had not updated their info to the Hotels.com app and we were not able to find the reception the first night at all and had to stay in another hostel instead. (We had payed for the room in advance, and did not get any refund) The next day we finally found the reception and got our room, that was the smallest and the most discusting room I have ever stayed in. The room was nothing like the room that we booked based on their pictures. I would not recommend to book this hostel.
