Nothing, besides some issues I had with Booking.com (be careful when inserting your card details for any booking in Argentina) and some tax price misunderstandings, all got sorted in the end.

I had some issues with the booking and the tax rate applied on the deposit. We sorted it out, so all went well in the end.

Lots of stairs. If you are not good with your feet - don't book. There is no shopping opportunity within at least 2km.

Que se escuchaba todo cuando la gente del exterior caminaba después se escuchaban como hablando de las otras habitaciones , habían unas puertas del bajo mesada que estaban sueltas , no tenía ventilador.

Lo único que no me gustó, pero entiendo que es normal, es que la calefacción es central y no se puede regular por habitación. Lo cual nos hizo pasar un poco de calor, pero nada grave.

- Milagros (5/5): Estadía correcta pero con varios puntos a considerar - La cama era cómoda y las vistas lindas. Me hubiese gustado saber algunas cosas antes de reservar, porque creo que pueden ser importantes para otros viajeros. Desde bastante tiempo antes de mi llegada, el alojamiento comenzó a enviar muchos mensajes con reglas y requisitos. En lo personal, me resultó un poco molesto. Además, solicitaron el pago mediante transferencia bancaria, aclarando que de no hacerlo, la reserva quedaba sujeta a disponibilidad, sin dar la opción de utilizar directamente la tarjeta que ya tenía cargada en Booking. Por otro lado, nuestro vuelo fue cancelado un día antes por un paro nacional. Al no ser de Argentina, era una situación totalmente fuera de nuestro control. Aun así, al comunicarnos con el alojamiento para consultar la posibilidad de un reembolso parcial por una semana ya paga, la respuesta fue siempre negativa. En cuanto al lugar en sí: es indispensable contar con auto. Está ubicado en medio de la ruta, sin opciones cercanas para salir a comer de noche ni kioscos o supermercados accesibles a pie. La cocina tiene muy pocos utensilios, lo que dificulta cocinar. El alojamiento puede ser bastante frío, y la ducha es muy pequeña, al punto de resultar incómoda incluso para una sola persona. Creo que con esta información previa, cada huésped podría evaluar mejor si el lugar se adapta o no a sus necesidades.

- Matias Ezequiel (10/5): מקום מקסים עם אנשים מקסימים, מיקום מעולה עם מתקנים מצוינים. מומלץ בחום! - הכל היה נהדר! אנשי צוות מקסימים שעוזרים במה שצריך. אפילו הזמנתי שירותי כביסה ואחד הפקידים (פליפה) הציע לשלם לשירותי הכביסה ושאני אחזיר לו כי לא היה לי דרך להעביר להם תשלום. היינו בירח דבש וביקשתי להשאיר פתק לאישתי בתוך החדר כשניכנס, הפקידה אמרה שהם לא עושים שירות כזה אבל כשהגענו למקום הם החליטו לתת לנו חדר גדול יותר במקום כדי שתהיה לנו חוויה חיובית יותר (באותו מחיר). המיקום מדהים, החלון ממש משקיף על האגם, יש חדר משחקים ופינות ישיבה עם נוף לאגם ופינה לעשות על האש אם רוצים. יש מטבחון בחדר עם ציוד מקיף לבישול ואפיה (הכנו פיצה בתנור והיה מצוין) ממליצים מאד על המקום! הוא ממש על החוף בקילומטר ה5 ממרכז העיר, אזור שקט עם סופרים ומסעדות במרחק נסיעה קצרה או הליכה של 10-15 דקות. הדבר היחיד שלא אהבתי זה שלא רוקנו לנו את הפחים כל יום אבל אני מניח שאם היינו מבקשים הם היו עושים את זה בשמחה. הקירות דקים יחסית אז לפעמים שומעים את השכנים אבל פרט לזה נהננו מאד ואהבנו מאד את המקום.

- Nicholas (4/5): The views are not enough to make up for an otherwise average room - Nice views of the lake The heating is not controllable and was always on, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. Mattress was hard. General cleanliness and maintenance wasn’t great. Also, there was continuous disturbance from another guest the night we stayed and someone called police. We didn’t get any sleep. The staff basically shrugged it off and said there wasn’t anything they could do.

- Nicolas Agustin (10/5): - La limpieza, las cosas que tenia, la ubicación y la vista de despertarse y ver el paisaje. También la tranquilidad y el silencio. Además del respeto de los recepcionistas como de las demás personas que estaban también ubicadas en el hospedaje. Que en la cocina no se puedan prender las 4 ornallas, fallaban algunas y después la cama tenia un poso que hacía que no sea tan cómoda la cama.

- Ana (1/5): Mala - La ubicación es lo único bueno que tiene el lugar. No fueron a limpiar como lo indicaron. Al departamento no le andaban las hornallas de la cocina, los toma corrientes andaban mal, teníamos que estar pidiendo papel higiénico todos los días porque solo dejaban el que estaba en uso y no teníamos para reponer los productos de higiene como jabones líquidos y shampoo no fueron repuestos. El lugar estaba desprolijo con materiales de obra el sector del lago tenía basura y pasto altos. Basura debajo de decks muy abandonado. No recomiendo el lugar vimos otras opciones en menor valor y que cumplían con lo publicado.

La cama sobre todo y la vista impecable que tienen las habitaciones. Atención muy cálida por parte del personal. Todos muy amables y atentos. Sugerimos hacer refacciones en la cocina, ya que con el horno tuvimos inconvenientes y algunas hornallas no funcionaban. Y por otro lado, una pequeña observación de la limpieza, que si bien estaba correcta, tuvimos que limpiar nosotros la zona de escaleras y algunos rincones del espacio.

- Noemi (10/5): Estadia maravilhosa! - As instalações são confortáveis, aquecimento bom, chuveiro maravilhoso! Vista para o lago esplendorosa! Equipe muito atenciosa, simpatia e bom atendimento. Apenas faltou uma cafeteira, tivemos dificuldade para fazer um café. Conseguimos comprar filtro, mas não encontramos na cidade suporte para o filtro de café, tivemos de improvisar até comprar uma coador de pano.
- Matthew (10/5): Beautiful lakefront apartments! - The location was great to get into downtown easily or to go up the coast and see more nature! The waves crashing were nice to listen to! Not much negative to say about the property, there are a lot of stairs to get to the lower apartments. But as long as you are mobile and able to climb stairs it is not an issue.
