- Verified traveler (10/5): - I loved how close it was to the shore. Many shops and restaurants nearby as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information. I didn't get a chance to sit and enjoy the terrace as it rained 1 day and too cold the next. Maybe next time.

- Raymond (6/5): OK, for a stopover - I used El Faro Inn as a stopover before taking a bus to Cusco the following day. As others have mentioned, the room was small, but as I was one person it was easy to navigate around. The bed was warm and soft, so I easily went to sleep. The shower was bleak however and fresh towels were not provided. So, I had to take a very "refreshing" shower before heading out the next day. As far as service, I would stay that the staff were pretty attentive and could communicate with basic English.
