Lisa (5/5): Not our favorites t - Very unique property. Large rooms and comfortable beds. The morning receptionist was very rude and crabby. There are ways to convey the policy’s without being a cranky pants! And who doesn’t put out coffee in the lobby

Bronson (9/5): Circle Hotel is Fairfield is an excellent place to stay. - The rooms were exceptionally clean. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The patio behind the main office was lovely. It also has a pool. It exceeded our expectations. Curtains at the large front window of the room would have helped to keep the exterior light out. The shades were adequate, but light came in on the sides.

Markus (9/5): Beautiful renovated Motel with nice features - The Motel is very nicely renovated, everything was working and clean, best water pressure I ever had. And the TV has YouTube and Netflix, the breakfast was minimalistic , no warm choices , but good coffee, cereals, fruits, baked goods, boiled eggs. It’s a motel and you can park your car in front of your room. View was not as nice as on the pictures

She was so kind and helpful during my entire stay. So friendly, there for me whenever I needed anything. She is amazing and I’m So thankful to her and the rest of the awesome staff at the Circle Hotel.
ggee (1/5): Somewhat good some what bad. - Hotel is clean didn't see much staff other than front desk and breakfast lady. Bathroom has no heat floors are very cold uncomfortable to put your feet on had an emergency had to.leave a day sooner and booking .com requested them to give me a refund for that day they did not. There was no microwave had to requested one.

It felt like it had more personality than your typical chain hotel while still being "professional" as opposed to feeling like I'm staying in someone's spare bedroom. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel and convenient drive to our venue in Fairfield. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit firm (my preference and I quiet liked it but my wife prefers a softer bed). The complementary breakfast was standard fair for this type of place with limited hot options.

harriet (8/5): Would stay again because the ambiance of the patio by the pool can't be beat. - we stayed in a room overlooking the pool, ground level. sitting on the patio is my favorite memory and when i come back to visit family i think i'll always stay at least one night at the Circle hotel. I hope they never tear it down and rebuild. You can't have vintage things if you get rid of your vintage things. There was a red spider on my bed one day and, being scared of spiders, i smeared it across the sheets. We left for awhile and when we came back the sheets were changed. That was meaningful to me. We stayed in room 14 and the bathtub was patched. That alarmed us in the beginning and we had a bad feeling. over time our opinion changed but that was a bad first impression. if we hadn't stayed long enough that would have been our entire impression. The window was cracked and hard to open. We thought we were getting a kitchenette in our room but didn't understand that since we switched to a king bed/room, the kitchenette wasn't available. We asked to see a room with a kitchenette but were surprised to see there was no cooktop. We had been told during the reservation process (booked with booking.com but ended up on the phone with the Circle) that the kitchenettes had cooktops. The desk clerk that showed us the room was also surprised. She too thought there was a cooktop. We ended up looking at 2 different rooms, looking for a cooktop. We ended up staying in our king room but our trip was fundamentally changed, and more expensive, without the use of a functioning kitchenette with a cooktop.

jasonb685 (2/5): Poor Customer Service Experience - Booked one night at the hotel. A storm is now coming up the coast. We were waiting until the day prior to make our decision. Decided it isn’t worth the risk, so called to cancel. Was told I wouldstill be charged due to being within 48 hours. I’m sorry…to not allow to cancel due to severe weather is the sign of a poorly run hotel. Will never stay there!

Culture53314161966 (8/5): Good - As always, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, and it feels very safe. This is the third Christmas at the hotel. It would get an excellent review except for three-years running internet service has been too spotty to get television, (once no service at all and twice periods with and without connection). Sometimes television would be nice late at night, and to entertain a family member who is almost 90. I haven't experienced it during summer stays, so I'm not sure why there's a Christmas time problem. But on the stay itself, the Circle does not disappoint.

A regular night before and after that weekend is under $200 but for parents weekend it’s over $700 PER NIGHT. This is how they treat the college student family’s that help contribute so much money to the local community.
