Sarah (10/5): Immaculate * Stunning * Luxurious * 5 Stars - This place is absolutely stunning throughout, the decor is luxurious, the bedrooms are comfortable, well equipped with a perfect view of the sea. Location is excellent, entrap to town and a short walk to the harbour. The breakfast was faultless, with lots of choice and high quality produce. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful, relaxed and knowledgeable of the area. The lady that served us at breakfast was so lovely, and very attentive. I can’t wait to stay here again! Absolutely nothing!

chrischeri (10/5): On the Front in Weymouth - The host (Jonathan) kindly relocated us to a ground floor room as we had SO MUCH luggage. He was very helpful in giving suggestions of where to go. The property is right on the Esplanade and a short walk to the bar/restaurant areas. The only potential issue is parking, but we found a spot very close to the hotel and the host gave us a permit for it. Breakfast was stellar as well.

Sophia (10/5): Great boutique accommodation and so friendly ! - Arrival was prompt and very informative. Jonathan and Karen greeted us with smiles and everything we needed to know. We were given clear communication about the stay and the local area. Gloucester house is very clean , well laid out and spacious. It has a great feel to it . The room was perfect for us and they had even laid out balloons , banner and a bottle of processco as it was a birthday celebration. We all slept very well for a front facing beach stay it was quiet and warm. The bathroom touches (soap shower gel and shampoo was a very handy touch as was the fresh water biscuits tea an coffee ) , a fridge in the downstairs lounge is also available 24 hours a day with fresh milk. Breakfast was 10/ 10 ample choice and fresh produce. The help yourself bar had everything from pastries to fresh fruit and overnight oats. The juices were fresh and tasty. Coffee or tea offered as soon as we sat down. All in all round uo of the stay ... welcoming, knowledgeable and kind hosts , fantastic breakfast, clean accommodation and picturesque location. Would i return ?? ABSOLUTELY :) NA

Bettina (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft! Das Haus ist so unfassbar liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt in jeder kleinen Ecken herzliche Details. Das Zimmer war richtig schön und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch. Das Frühstück war der Wahnsinn. Allein das Buffet war super! So eine tolle Auswahl für Joghurt mit granola und diversen toppings! Wir haben jeder noch etwas von der Karte dazu bestellt und waren davon ebenfalls begeistert. Wir waren selten in so einer unfassbar liebevollen und herzlichen Unterkunft, wo einfach alles gestimmt hat. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Robarts (10/5): Warm and welcoming with a beautiful view . - The owners Jonathan and Karen greeted us on arrival , and from that moment on and throughout our stay were extremely welcoming and friendly . They even went as far as to congratulate us on the morning of our wedding anniversary when we came downstairs for breakfast and led us to a specially decorated table and brought us complementary champagne glasses with sparkling wine and orange juice . A very kind and considerate gesture which we very much appreciated . Nothing , everything was perfect .

Staff also a credit to the business. Very little! Shower didn’t run away too well but that’s the only negative I can think of.

The rooms were nice with an incredible view of the sea but on the slightly smaller size but to be expected of a townhouse building. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Nothing.

robert (10/5): - Met the owners upon arrival. Lovely couple that were very informative, reviewed the property, how the main gathering room is handled and how breakfast runs. He showed us to our room and went over everything. We stayed 2 nights. He recommended several qrea restaurants. The breakfast was great. Very efficiently handled. Room dies have air conditioning. Beds were very comfortable. The only two negatives are 1. No elevator and lots of steps. 2. Parking and unloading not the easiest. An unsecured lot is behind hotel that offers free over night parking but space is limited. They let you know this in the instructions when you book so they give you heads up and options. Otherwise and great B&B!

Mark (9/5): Beautiful, clean place with great hosts. - Great location, super clean. Breakfast was fabulous and super generous portions. Our room for 4 was a bit cramped. Perhaps our kids were a bit big! But they had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy.

Helen (10/5): Very glad I booked Gloucester House. - Great property - clean & well-maintained, lovely staff, excellent breakfast, very convenient location. Only one thing which is entirely beyond the control of the owners of Gloucester House but there are some very noisy motorbikes that race up the esplanade late at night.

Amaya (10/5): Hotel muy bonito - El anfitrion fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos. Hay un parking público a 5 min a pie. El desayuno que está incluido en el precio está bastante bien. La habitación para 4 adultos es correcta aunque el baño es un poco pequeño. En la sala común hay una nevera con botellitas de leche a disposición de los huéspedes. Un detalle de agradecer. También han puesto un aire acondicionado portátil en la habitación pues el calor que está haciendo no es normal por aquí El acceso al hotel y a las habitaciones es por una escalera estrecha, pero es así en todos los hoteles que nos estamos alojando

Rachel (9/5): Perfect service in the perfect place to stay - Husband and wife were very kind and warm and always helpful if you needed anything. They made you feel very welcomed and as if they were going the extra mile just for you. The place was done up nicely and the breakfast was delicious. Ideal location right by the sea and easy to access anywhere in Weymouth town. Would highly recommend this B&B.

Michael (10/5): Great spot for a seaside breakaway - Great location, service (from hosts and staff) and excellent breakfast (cold buffet and hot to order). Very comfortable large bed. Excellent beach just across the road. Not much! (It was very hot, but portable aircons were put in the rooms to ensure one could sleep well. Could maybe upgrade these to permanent units in future.)

We’d probably choose a room without a sea view next time- the tractor that rakes the sand starts around 6.30am and the main road in front is noisy. Thoroughly recommend
