• Diane (9/5): Stay was great. Will never use Expedia/ Booking - Breakfast was great, staff awesome. Booking.com. Tech issue, Expedia no answer. Couldn't check in as virtual card had insufficient funds. Had no idea extra $50 was put on account so I hadn't paid. Apparently for dogs that I was told we pay at Days Inn. Very frustrating and confusing, even manager was confused. She did figure it out and we got to stay. We had a long day, traveling 300+ miles, attending graduation, and needing to get to party.

Everyone we spoke with was super friendly and engaging-gentleman at check in actually knew the area we were from and brought up personal stories from this The bed wasnt the best for comfort-too hard. The remote for the TV was missing so we had to go ask for one and have front desk verify it wasnt in room. There wasnt a listing of local restaurants (walking distance) or food delivery options. The website listed a restaurant on site. This was shut down long ago-still on website which is why we chose this hotel. Food was mediocre. Eggs, sausage were good. • Kyanna (8/5): Short but a great experience for what we were doing - The location was perfect for what we were in town for. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Only complaint is our Tv wouldn’t work. It was pretty late when we got back to the room so we didn’t want to bother the desk.

I got there after check in time and was told I had to wait 30 min, then I was told my room type wasn't available and if a king and sofa bed would work. I took that option but the sofa bed didn't even have sheets on it. At checkout when I told the lady at the front desk she just said the sheets should be in a drawer. I'm not sure why the sofa wasn't made?

Floor was not carpeted. Bathroom lacked a ventilation fan but also the grating or cover for it was totally missing; you looked up into a dark hole. Oof.

The room was also very comfortable. The train yard right outside my room. The trains parked and idled for hours, then start, stop and then the horn; all night long! I didn't get any sleep.

The AC/Heat was very loud when running. The scrambled eggs were very dry. Otherwise breakfast was good. • Yang (5/5): Noisy next to train track - The hot breakfast was nice to have. It was walking distance to the three farmers markets near downtown. The hotel was right next to the train track and was noisy, which affected my sleep somewhat.
• Joy (2/5): - No closet, no Elevator for 2nd floor; room smelled; no towel racks. Jay at front desk did all possible to make me comfortable and he helped get all 4 pieces of luggage up the stairs. He is a 5 star employee in a no star hotel.
• Kathryn (4/5): Do not recommend - The room was very smelly- I bought Lysol and Fabree to freshen upholstery and curtains in Living room and bedroom. No elevator and my room was on second floor- Jay who manned the front desk was super in offering to help maneuver my 4 pieces of luggage- he was the only 5star part of the stay. No closet or hangers just hooks which is not great when you are traveling with business attire and no place to hang up. No towel bars. First hotel that has made me cry. Awful, curb appeal sucks- a precursor to the room. When I booked, hotel shuttle was part of amenities but they had discontinued shuttle service.

• samsS6443WQ (10/5): Excellent, Friendly, Professional Guest Care - Emily at the front desk was extremely helpful on a last minute room change! She was just starting an over night double, instead of being crabby she was so friendly and very pleasant to talk with…the room was very comfortable and I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks again Emily!

• Kacee (6/5): - It was okay, very disappointed I wanted the suite with the jetted tub that was pictured in the room I selected. Got to the hotel find out that even tho it’s pictured, it’s not in that room? Would have just got a regular room at that point. With it being homecoming weekend there was no other option but to keep that room. Just not what we were wanting room wise.

• X7999IAroberta (6/5): Decent hotel, close to downtown. - Nice hotel, good location. Trains can be loud, have to accept where the hotel is located. Poor customer service at checkout. Leaky faucet in bathroom, but a nice breakfast.
• Ashley (6/5): - It was a nice stay for the price! The building/room itself smelled moldy otherwise everything looked clean. The parking lot/around the building wasn't very clean
• Joseph (7/5): Pretty clean and acceptable - Close to the hospital and easy directions from the freeway No ice on 2 nd floor No elevator. We are 72 and 80 years old
• Dylan (8/5): - Comfy bed and good air conditioned room. The floor was pretty sticky all the way through so probably just from their cleaner. The big issue is the checkout is at 11:00 AM, it was 10:30 when I heard a small quiet knock on the door. I then went to put my pants on to answer the door when the housekeeper decided to open the door himself. Luckily I had the door latch over so he couldn’t come in or open it all the way but that could be a big issue with a lot of people and their privacy.
• William (2/5): Very depressing. If I had seen it before I made reservations, I would not have stayed there. Done with Whydam hotels. - The bed, lamps extra chair and ottoman. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Windows were very dirty and hard to close. The bathroom cramped and outdated, no towel hanger by sink, outside area was unkept with weeds, peeling paint and crumpling overhang. Train track active and close. The door was extremely hard to open and close.

• Anastasia (4/5): Needs an update - The hotel in general needs an update. We turned the a/c off immediately because it made the room smell weird. Bathroom fan is ridiculously loud and attached to the light so no way to turn it off. Everything seemed a little damp. Right next to McDonalds so we could hear the drive thru orders very clearly. And there is a freight train close. On the positive, the bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was large.

• Tony (2/5): - Does not look like the pictures at all. Exterior is so run down it looks like it has been closed. Remodel is extremely poorly done. Bathroom was dirty with unfinished light fixtures. Would not ever recommend.
• LaNae (6/5): - The room was remodeled nicely, but AC unusually noisy and when you flushed the toilet a very loud high pitched noise.
