- Duncan (10/5): - Well kept, clean and great amenities!
- Diane (7/5): It was a very comfortable bed. Great staff! I would stay there again. -

- Kenith (8/5): Great stay, amazing room, lovely staff, want contact about room service just walking into rooms. - I loved how clean everything was, I was helped by multiple staff and all were very friendly and happy to assist. The breakfast offered was great, the heated pool was a complete bonus as I don’t remember seeing this when scheduling. I’m a little frustrated about the hot tub situation. I haven’t been on vacation for almost 2 years, and I live in a very small rental so I can’t even sit in my tub. I really looked forward to relaxing my mind and muscles but was closed during my stay. I debated speaking with staff about a discount because that’s what I was looking forward to.
My other issue was on our checkout date, room service OPENED OUR DOOR even with the DO NOT DISTURB on the front. My spouse was about half naked and was not expecting that. Fortunately we had the top bar secured so no one could get in, but no knocking, no announcing, NOTHING! Just about walked in on us changing. If it wasn’t for this, I would’ve rated all 10’s, even with my disappointed pool issue. You cannot have staff walk into rooms who do not want room service during the stay. I hope to be contacted about this because this should be reviewed further.

- 382peggyi (10/5): A very good value and a great hotel - This was a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Even though it is close to some busy roads, the room was totally quiet.
There is a cute courtyard as well as a patio area if you have to relax outdoors.
The breakfast was complete and very tasty.
The hotel is a very good value.
- I3231LCdavidc (10/5): Great Stay - all the employees were polite and courteous
- DeAnn Ellis (9/5): - Great view from the outside room! Would have preferred internal access, so the window wasn't open to walkway.
- Anthony (10/5): - Comfortable and quiet
- Anniqua (10/5): -

- John (9/5): Great value, friendly staff, amazing pool and breakfast - The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The price was very good and breakfast was great. We really enjoyed the pool. It’s just been resurfaced and is nice and warm. The hot tub was a nice feature and we had the pool area mostly to ourselves. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We stayed on a Friday, paddled the local river, and enjoyed it so much with our kids we came back on our way back home. Nothing
- Sandie (5/5): - Friendly staff. The room was outdated. The carpet needs replacing.
- Richard (3/5): Comfortable but noisy - Breakfast was good, room was comfortable Noise from heater and toilet was pretty annoying plus the train made for sleepless last night.

- Tiffany (1/5): Literally wasted $100 - The girl at the front desk was nice I booked the room so my kids could swim, literally the only reason I booked this hotel. When we got there the pool was “out of order” and looked like it had been for awhile. Sucked, but not the end of the world. Then when we opened the door to our room there was an insane chemical smell and my 6yr old started coughing and our throats were burning. Idk. I just turned in the keys and left to find another hotel. I’m out the money and that sucks but there’s no way we were going to stay there.
- Tiffany (1/5): Wasted $100 on a room we couldn’t even stay in. - The girl at the front desk was very sweet The pool was out of order which really disappointed my kids, I picked this hotel so they could swim, then when we stepped into our room there was a really strong chemical smell that burned our throats and eyes. We just gave the keys back and went to another hotel. No refund or anything.
- Alex (9/5): Nice hotel with a hot tub that is well positioned near food, gas, and the interstate. - Pool and Hottub are great! Location is walkable to a gas station with a large convenience store. Also, close to many food options. Highly recommend. All the doors were open to the outside and the air is quite cold in winter, hence drafty entry and exit to rooms. It’s not that big of deal.
- Lynn (8/5): - Breakfast was fine Pool was not available
- Mazzuca (5/5): The room was clean and well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual free breakfast. - Location and inner courtyard Old looking, look right into a pool that is empty and closed for repair but still looks bad. I would never stay here just from street view
- Chandler (6/5): Nice stay aside from amentities - Location. Staff. Comfortable room Pool and hot tub out of service
- Bryn (10/5): - This property exceeded all expectations. Very friendly staff, clean, well kept. Great set up for pet friendly rooms. Great breakfast.

- Leisha (2/5): Over priced and poor quality. Should be a 2 star hotel. - Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent. Nice outdoor space. There were many problems. Issues with TV and shower drain, my food froze, key card didn't work, we didn't get room serviced, healthy breakfast options were slim (lots of sugar),
- Bruce (4/5): I won’t be back, I didn’t sleep worth a crap. Breakfast wasn’t good. Good luck for your 200 a night - The breakfast was ok, it wasn’t what it was 4 years ago. I won’t be back There was a stiff love seat in the room, the bed was bad, they don’t clean room daily, I guess since Covid there is an excuse to charge more money for crappy service.
- Raymond (7/5): A pleasant stay for one night. Staff were very professional and courteous. - The room and bed. Big bed ! Shower great ! No jacuzzi.
- Michael (8/5): -
- Nadine (8/5): -
- Erin (8/5): Just a quick overnight - Clean quite Hot tube was down
- Melanie (9/5): - Comfort, breakfast, STAFF, location. 2 smears of something weird in the shower .. one on the hand rail & one on the wall of shower.
- Woolley (7/5): - Convince Pet deposit is out rageous
- Jill (8/5): Great for one overnight - Dog friendly. Good bfast Busy intersection
- Daryl (10/5): -
- Robert (8/5): -
- Courtney (5/5): Alright for something quick, pricey for what you’re given. - Sheets and room smelled clean. Shower had good pressure & newly updated bathroom. The pictures don’t match the actual room. Seems like an older motel style with some new updates like paint and furnishing. Confusing layout to find our room. You can hear EVERYTHING from traffic up the road, people talking and walking by and our neighbour beside us their bathroom was beside our headboard so it was loud when they would shower or use the bathroom. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.
- J6301KFamberr (2/5): Smelly, Unsafe, and Unprofessional!! Avoid This Motel!! - Upon checking in, the room reeked of old mildew mixed with cigarette smoke. The area around the motel was riddled with homeless activity, and I instantly knew this wasn’t a safe or comfortable place, especially with my daughter. I dropped my bags to collect myself after a long trip. I decided I couldn’t stay here for three nights.
When I went to the front desk to cancel, the woman insisted I had to pay for 1 night even if I had been in the room less than 5 minutes that I’d be required to pay. I calmly explained that the conditions didn’t meet expectations. She became rude and unprofessional. Seriously you would’ve thought she lived there and the money was coming out of her pocket. Each time I tried to leave, she shouted offensive comments behind my back.
The final straw came when she yelled that my “designer bags” must have been bought with a FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CLAIM! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I started recording at that point, and she ran into a closet, refusing to repeat what she’d said. Moments later she greeted another guest with a fake evil smile pictured below.
This place is dirty, unprofessional, and downright unsafe. Don’t waste your money or your peace of mind here.
- Peter (6/5): - They couldn’t print a receipt from you guys. Not a very customer friendly policy.
- 992sandiev (8/5): Travelling in the US - Stayed here for one night while travelling in the US. Hotel was very clean and room was extremely comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.
- Marion (5/5): Glad we were just sleeping there and leaving early in the morning! - Convenient to family Way too expensive for location that was sketchy, moderately clean, not remodeled, carpet instead of vinyl floors which are always cleaner.
- 317dianaw (10/5): Great place to stay and wake up to! - I was impressed with the grounds. I loved the outdoor seating on the grounds as well as on the upper floor area. I liked that the hotel had a table and chair in the laundry room. The deco was so nice as well. The staff very welcoming and friendly on check-in and check-out. The shower head was great and the water pressure wonderful. Had a great night sleep.
The room was clean and spacious with two chairs at the table.
I have not see the extras that this hotel offered for the breakfast bar. Topping for oatmeal and waffles as well as tortilla for the breakfast burritos. Wonderful outdoors area with birds singing in the trees.

- William (2/5): - Do not book or stay here if you like clean, do not book thru expedia they wont refund you. Staff is very nice but this property is in a "low rent" area with alot of questionable patrons, online pictures dont serve the actual facts well. Room we were given had hair still in bed, wallpaper falling off walls, grime in shower,
- Marc (10/5): - Safe. Clean. Staff was helpful.
- sheila (10/5): - Very healthy
- Laurie (10/5): - Comfortable beds, good breakfast, hot tub was relaxing. Good value!
- Larry (7/5): Place to sleep and freshen up. - It was average but clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Far from airport. Kinda out of the way. Staff not experienced or knowledgeable at all. Must be new to the business.
- Mark (8/5): - good value
- Jimmer01 (10/5): A Lodging find in Clifton Colorado - This is our second trip to this property and both times it was just what we hoped for. It is just outside of Grand Junction Colorado and a great stop for those on I 70 travelling east or west. There is a delightful inside courtyard with chairs that is not visible from the road that gives this property a very quaint feel. Be sure to ask for an inner courtyard room. There is an indoor pool and the traditional breakfast with regular specials. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Several nice eating spots are nearby. Our favorite is the 357 Reloaded which is right across the street. If you are on a trip you don't have to go far for a meal. This is a Best Western that we will return to on future trips.
- William (2/5): - We left on arrival. It was a dump in a freeway offramp
- jackjF4883QN (2/5): Worst motel visit of my life - Extremely old dirty and moldy staff was rude, and didn't issue a refund when we told them we couldn't stay in there room because of moulding, I have an extreme allergy to moulding
- Gerald (10/5): - Older but very well kept. Very nice courtyard. You feel like your are staying in the West!
- Udara (6/5): - Hotel is in an ideal location-close to several supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations. Hotel is old and outdated. Rooms were okay. Bathroom shower didn’t drain properly, but when we informed the hotel staff, they addressed it immediately. Buffet breakfast was okay and didn’t have enough seating area. Hotel staff had a great attitude and were very attentive.
- Merlyn (10/5): - We liked the wrap around courttyard where you cojld sit outside.
All in all very enjoyable.
- yahli (8/5): -
- adam (8/5): - Nice staff. Not a great location
- Jerry (10/5): - Clean facility, convenient location, pleasant & efficient staff
- Cesar (10/5): 👍 - Yes everything is good
- Kelly (10/5): Great comfortable hotel - I was surprised how nice and secure this hotel was considering it was right in the middle of everything. Usually you have people wandering through in the middle of the night, but it kind of seemed tucked away enough that it afforded some security for our car. The front desk people were wonderful and when the main girl was on the phone, the housekeeper stepped up and help me. The breakfast was pretty good, and the menu looks like it changes every few days from biscuits/gravy, build-your-own-burritos, and so on. They had the dining tables, and then they had some more tables outside in the common area so you could dine in the sunshine which was a nice touch. We were also able to park right outside our room. There are restaurants and fast food right in the area, and a gas station right behind (separated by fencing), so late night food was plentiful and available if we got hungry. It was also pretty quiet...I didn't hear and street traffic and I never heard any sirens (if any even went off during our stay). Overall, it was a great hotel that felt comfortable and we'll definitely look at this one again next time we're in GJ.
- Deanna (10/5): - The staff was amazing! The breakfast was top-notch, as it was not instant eggs, etc. I loved the courtyard and how guests felt safe to utilize it!
- Ami (8/5): - The outside grounds could use some tlc and a good pressure wash but not the worst. The room i had was spacious and updated and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive.
- kelly M. (10/5): Outdoor people friendly - There is plenty of fast food restaurants around. were always there to go 4 wheeling.so not there to shop or be fancy the hotel is great for our needs clean friendly and dog friendly
- Gerry (9/5): -
- Joe (8/5): Great location - Hotel and room was clean and mostly quiet. Climate control worked well and plenty of parking even though the lot needs a to be repaved. Great location between Palisade and GJ.
- Brent (8/5): - The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the beds suck. This is not a 200$ a night hotel
- toni (10/5): Couple trip - Awesome service.
- Rick (6/5): - needs upgrade
- Sarah (8/5): - Super clean room. Bathroom was a little dated though. Everything was fine. The entire property could use a little updating though. Nice breakfast spread. Friendly staff.
- Diana (10/5): - Nice place
- Michael (10/5): - Check in was quick and easy. Lobby staff was super friendly
- Douglas (10/5): - we have stayed at this property several times over the years. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The rooms always clean. Breakfast served each morning, always hot and appetizing.
- Maribel (10/5): - Extremely polite staff, rooms were clean and updated. Appreciate their attention to detail.
- Jennifer (8/5): We weren’t there long but thoroughly enjoyed it would stay again - Nice seating areas both inside and outside
- Rosalie (8/5): - Love the location price was a little higher than last time. Staff is absolutely wonderful
The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like, but it usually is, so I will call it a one-off.
Look forward to staying here in the future.
- KK-Lakewood (10/5): Great hotel - Great experience with this hotel, clean, nice rooms and the staff was wonderful!! Pool nice and hot tub sweet. Will definitely use this hotel again.
- Inger (6/5): We wanted to see the area because of how beautiful it is around there. - The staff was very helpful. The bed was horrible. That room needs a new mattress.
- Dalen (8/5): - The safe was fine but the room was noisy and a bit on the dirty side.
- Maria (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Clifton, CO. Our room was impressively clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure a comfortable and inviting environment. The layout gave us plenty of room to relax, and everything—from the bedding to the bathroom—was spotless. The staff was also super nice—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommend for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!
- Pauline (8/5): - Convenience of location
- Donald (10/5): -
- Keith (8/5): - Good overnight stay. Very convenient for our needs. Good breakfast the next morning. Clean and comfortable good sized room. Plenty of free parking. Limited dining options close by though unless fast food was your thing. Looking on Google maps though we did find a lovely Mexican restaurant called Dos Hombres a short walk away across the road which had great food and beer. Definitely recommend that.
- Tracey (4/5): Skip this one - Old hotel. Smelly room. Old carpets. Cost much more than it should have for the quality. Running toilet, loud AC. Nothing impressive about it except suite was huge.
- William (10/5): -
- Boris (9/5): -
- Gaylan (8/5): Our stay was what we expected. - Free breakfast. Bed was a little uncomfortable.
- Stevy (10/5): - Very nice for our one day stay!
- György (7/5): Good - Usual US breakfast
- Johnson (8/5): Very good -
- CathyC641 (10/5): Very Pleasant Visit - The staff was very helpful with everything I needed for including unloading and loading a heavy travel need I had to have. The staff was cheerful and the breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay there. The courtyard area was pleasant for breakfast and a number of guests enjoyed the area.
- SYED IAN (8/5): - Property was okay. As soon as we walked in to our room, we saw lots of flies just flying around. AC was cold. Bathroom was clean and shower had nice water pressure. Very thin walls. Heard our noisy neighbors very early in the morning with their loud talking and noisy yapping dogs. Continental breakfast was okay. Area around hotel was a bit shady at night.
