• Adam Bangay (6/5): Great looking place but a little deceiving - The property has an excellent location juat off a main street leading to and from the beach. It's a short walk with cafes and eateries along the way. The common space and outdoor space is simple and nice. The property host, Patricia, was friendly and pleasant. Kitchen in the room and communal kitchen area is stocked well with utensils and kitchen items. The plants around the stairs and in front of the lower rooms are as pictured and are nice and do help with providing a nice feel. We visited outside the high season but feels like there wasnt a lot of "bang for your buck". Some typical amenities missing such as, kitchen tea towels, shower foot towel. Not a huge deal, but no TV either. The shower head was horrible - no nice way to put it, and bathroom kind of run down. The photos make the place look bright and airy, but reality didn't quite match their Booking.com marketing materials. We felt that $110+ CAD per night is steep for the place, especially during the non-peak season.

Chill vibe in common area with staff and other guests included kitchen area, tables and hammocks. Free spring water in kitchen and upstairs was very nice. Room simple yet smartly appointed with woodwork and lovely tile. Beaches in town and neighboring town were super for swimming and hanging on the beach. Very clean. Good deal for the price. First night was noisy when trucks occasionally drove by. But we learned to close windows and use the AC making it nice and cool, quiet and comfy. Parking was available but not easy to back out of. So we just stayed mostly in town and took $1.75 jitney to and from neighboring town (San Agustinillo)

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr hübsch gestaltet. Täglich wird das Zimmer gereinigt. Die Küchen ist hervorragend ausgestattet (auch mit Gewürzen und Öl - ideal zum selber kochen). Die Gastgeberin und ein junger Mann waren überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit sowie entspannt und nicht aufdringlich. Insgesamt: absolute Empfehlung! Einer der besten Unterkünfte, die wir erlebt haben. Es war alles perfekt!

It was great to have a refrigerator in the shared kitchen. I had hot water and good water pressure in the shower. A comfortable place to relax In hammocks. I enjoyed the AC which worked well. Very close to the beach. It was close to night life and the music often went until 2 am. They offered me ear plugs which I already had. This may only be a concern for some and something to be aware of when booking. The music from nearby restaurants was welcomed before 11 pm.

Alrededor están ubicados varios restaurantes y tiendas de servicio desde farmacias a minisuper. No es necesario usar auto a menos que se requiera viajar a otros lugares más lejanos. El cuarto cuenta con una cocineta, aire acondicionado, un baño muy cómodo, terraza, comedor y una pequeña sala. Lo más importante es que el lugar es muy limpio, no hay insectos dentro del cuarto. No podría indicar algo que no me haya gustado.

We were greeted by Abner, such a young man and it surprised us, he was so businesslike and helpful! The place is well-kept and cozy, the water in the shower is excellent, there is a common area to sit outside and prepare food, if you want, and also drink coffee in the morning. It really feels like a 'guest house'. We loved it and we recommend the place. The shower is really small, but we managed well nonetheless.

• F.N. (9/5): We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. - Goede ligging o.a t.o.v strand en centrum, rustige omgeving, bedden oké en goed geslapen, goede keukenfasciliteiten. Prijs/kwaliteits-verhouding: aan dure kant.

• Allison (10/5): Great location in Mazunte! - Great location and coffee made for us every morning! The mosquitos were pretty bad, but they did everything they could to keep them moving along.

• Fernando (6/5): Good value good location - Good value in a good location. Right in the middle of all local shops and restaurants and walking distance from the beach. Don't expect too much since it is more of a budget hotel. But if all you need is a place to shower and sleep then this is a good option A bit noisy from the neighbors and the rooms were very small.
