Guest Reviews
- Dzanko (7/5): Good -
- Martha (7/5): Good -
- Mazoy (3/5): Poor -
- Samia (7/5): Good experience - Omar is so sweet and helpful, big thanks to him! Otherwise, good stay Nothing
- Dragisa (8/5): Good location for short stays. - Location is quite good, in vicinity of the Termini train station. It is a small hotel facility without permanent reception. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was easily approachable on booking messages. Luckily, I have had unlimited internet, otherwise it will be difficult to handle.
- Li (8/5): Pleasent and comfortable and the hosts were very kind and helpful. - The location regarding the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood walks sometimes were scary due to some homeless people.
- Vladimir (9/5): Great hotel close to the railway station. - It's a great option for travelling. A bottle of water was provided in the room. Convenient location for travelling by train (Roma termini), easy to navigate and helpful staff. Weak water pressure in the shower, rather weak internet.
- Gergő (5/5): Passable -
- Kruzhkovskiy (2/5): Very poor -
- Georgiana (4/5): Overpriced, low quality - It was nothing like the photo. The area we were in did not really feel safe and the overall aspect of the room was not pleasant .
It surely is way overpriced for what you are getting.
The good thing was that they did help us hold luggage.
- Roxana (6/5): Good location! - Very old and smelly apartment. Old furniture, no amenities, the shower was broken and the bathroom smelled sooo bad! The sheets and bathroom were clean. The host is nice and also the location is good, close to the train station.
- Reva (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was super nice and helpful!!!
- Jordan (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent, the staff were informative and accommodating. Great place to rest your head while you explore the city. Building was very cute and full of character. Loved the assortment of keys. Fairly sparse accommodations. Had to ask for a hot water kettle.
- Eleni (8/5): Very good -
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- Moreno (10/5): A Wonderful Taste of Roma - If you want to be in the Middle of Roma where the Station, airport bus, local busses and trams are all operating - BE HERE. Transport is everywhere.
Omar and his staff are gracious hosts, the rooms are comfortable, clean and serviced and there are trattorias, bistros and restaurants and bars every 5 metres - and they all do "porta via" - take-way.
A perfect place to serve as a base. Shower. Sleep. Go out all day.
You dont NEED anything more. Nothing. More time and money is the only thing that could improve a stay - if you want to see everything
- Alona (9/5): Superb - Everything was great! Given the price, we didn’t have exceptionally high expectations for the room, but it turned out to be clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. A special thanks to the staff – they were incredibly friendly and provided detailed directions to all the key tourist spots. We also truly appreciated the flexibility of being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out until the evening. Wonderful service!
- Ilius (1/5): Bad -
- Yurii (10/5): Exceptional - Everything a tourist needs is in the room.
- Aderemi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Deivydas (6/5): Neutral - Close to centre. Clean Just did not feel Cousy enough to me.
- Aurora (8/5): Very good -
- Apakidze (7/5): Good -
- Sheila (7/5): Good -
- Lėja (4/5): Decent - Good location It was cold during the night, I asked to get warmer blanket, but I didn’t get it.. also poor noise cancellation, hard to sleep because of the neighbors.
- Susan (8/5): would have been nice to hear from management about our complaint regarding bites. - great staff and location my wife had bites all over her body
- Julian (1/5): Bad - Don't never go here Nothing
- Marta (8/5): Very good - The Staff Was very helpfull and responsive. Room Was good, have everything what I needed, towels, cosmetict, fridge. It Was great place to visit Rome, close to all attractions and a train / metro station. Cute turtles in the garden :)
Highly recommended this place to visit Rome.
- Ziriada (7/5): Good -
- Sandy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Milena (9/5): Superb -
- Louise (8/5): Central and quiet - The host Omar was super helpful and accommodating to our needs. It was a quite room and feel very secure for me travelling with my son. It seemed a little dirty on the walls and abit run down & outdated in decor but was what we expected for the price
- Elvira (5/5): Passable - Location and friendly staff Poor sound insulation, noisy neighbors having loud intercourse, old-fashioned furniture and bathroom equipment, tough mattress and pillows
- Patrycja (7/5): Good - Location Quality of the room is nothing like on the pictures, some renovations are needed.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sonia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anasopromadze (10/5): My stay was fantastic—wonderful service and an ideal location! - What a truly exceptional place! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making exploration effortless and enjoyable. The accommodations were spotless and felt very secure, which really put my mind at ease. I loved the lovely yard, a peaceful oasis where I could relax and unwind. There were also plenty of charming cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing a coffee or a quick bite. The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone seeking a delightful experience! Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like! Every part of my experience was wonderful, from the comfortable accommodations to the friendly service. I had a fantastic time and can’t think of a single thing that could have been better. It truly was a perfect getaway!
- Martin (8/5): Good location and helpful staff / owners - It was well placed to be able to visit all locations within Rome, my son and l walked everywhere so really pleased
- Lika (5/5): Passable -
- Piyanoot (7/5): Good -
- Sameh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alan (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - They staff was excellent! Very accommodating and helpful! Omar, the host, gave us a map and explained everything to us. How to get to the main attractions. How to get to the airport. He was Excellent. They even changed the towels and sheets two days in! It's beautiful with a beautiful garden. The neighborhood is supposed to be not that great because it's near the termini but we felt pretty safe overall! (Tip: book every attraction maybe even 3 weeks in advance!)
- Matt (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karina (5/5): It's fine for one night, it was a quiet night - good - All attractions within walking distance , Safe.
The wi fi worked great.
Staff was quick to answer questions.
That's the minimum price in Rome The furniture is rather shabby, it felt that the room was not quite clean.
We asked for a corkscrew and the hotel staff offered to buy one from the store opposite.
I think it would be better if you have it available . Buy it at the store across the street :)
- Supharoek (9/5): Superb - the most impressive during our stay is the service mind of staffs. They are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Topp 😉😉
- Wright (7/5): Good -
- Arvind (7/5): Good -
- Estefany (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, excellent wifi and perfect location (good and cheap places to eat and 5 minutes from Termini Station) The staff was very kind😊
- Umair (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ieva (10/5): Fantastic - It was very nice, the place is perfect.
- Petar (10/5): Pleasant and comfortable - Great location, and also great service!
- Kužnik (7/5): Good -
- Scot (10/5): Exceptional -
- Innus (3/5): good for a 1-2 nights stay close to metro, but bad for longer stay. - Location was ok, near the main train and metro station- Roma Termini. Receptionist was helpful. Nice yard garden. Noise at night from the yard and nearest rooms. The room was catfish, pictures are not updated from 9 years ago. There was no hairdryer that was included in the description.
- Oleg (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christoph (9/5): Great value for money, very nice staff - The location is very good, it is basically right next to Termini station. There are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Staff was very polite and forthcoming. Towels and bedsheets are available and get changed. There was warm water to shower, air condition, a fridge, a balcony. We received a key for the small elevator, so we did not have to carry up the luggage to fifth floor. Also on the day we left, hotel staff took care of our luggage and we could come get it in the afternoon. The room was very savingly furnished. The bathroom was very small. Some things seemed a bit moldy, but all in all sufficiently clean.
- Batista (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, just 2 blocks from Rome Termini. My flight back home was 6:00 a.m. so i got the 3:30 a.m. bus by the Termini and it was very easy. There are some people sleeping by the Termini at this time, but is was no problem. The Staff was very helpful, they gave us a city map with a route and tips for visiting the places and there was a place to let our luggage until the check in time, since we arrived earlier. The drain in the bathroom was clogged in the first day, but they fixed it and there was no more problem.
- Elif (9/5): Superb -
- Jacob (8/5): Very good -
- Marc (5/5): Expensive for average backpacker room - The staff was kind and very attentive. They tried solving our issued. The place is very close to bus and train station. 30min walk from piazza navona though. For the room we got, the price is very expensive. The walls are paper thin and you can hear other guests. The toilet makes noise for 5-10min after flushing every time and they lost my pijama tshirt after doing a sheet change of the bed. Its okay for backpackers but even then the price is too much. The room does not match photos in description.
- Mariami (2/5): Very poor - Location not bad . Location not bad , but this b&b price should be not more then 60€ , I felt Iv been scammed by this b&b ..
there is nearby nice hotels with 4 starts .. price 110€ and this mouse room cost 180€ .
- Simon (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff and super good communication.
The room was comfortable with a good size bathroom.
Location next to the termini train station is great and extremely convenient.
- Veronika (7/5): Good - Location was excellent, staff was very helpful and responsive Facilities are very old
- Monica (10/5): - Great
- Tiziano (9/5): Superb -
- Corey (9/5): Superb -
- Georgia (8/5): The accommodation was nice but the service was not. - The room itself was good- the bed was big and comfortable, there was a little balcony and the shower was good. The staff were disorganised and kept us waiting over an hour for check in. The staff just seemed to be doing the best they could with no support from the managers/bosses. We also wanted to extend our stay but no one came to help us for an hour despite telling us they would be there in “2 minutes” multiple times.
- Tatiiana (8/5): Very good - I liked that the receptionist explained to us how to move around Rome with a map I didn't like that the check-out time is so early and that they charge for storing the luggage
- Angelica (8/5): Very good - Simple rooms near the train station. Basic services are guaranteed and everything works fine. The personnel is kind and helpful. The building has an elevator, a lovely green garden and the main residential area closes its doors in the evening for extra security. I do recommend it for short stays in the capital city.
- Ramaz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karolina (3/5): Poor - The bed was comfy and clean, and the room was warm. The staff are really kind and helpful. The WiFi was free and signal was strong and fast. Also we were able to check in well before the check in Tina free of charge and leave the baggage after check out and collect it later. The walls in the room were like cardboard you could hear literally everything from other rooms around you even someone using the bathroom and flushing water! The bathroom in the room has no door and needs deep cleaning especially the shower cabin.
The description of the room is not accurate. It says it has toiletries, an ironing board, electric socket near bed, electric kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, none of it was correct. There was only one socket in the entire room, no ironing board, kettle, tea or coffee and there were 3 sachets of 2 in 1 , shower gel /shampoo for 2 people for 2 nights.
- Rameez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jovanov (4/5): Staff great but terrible appartment. - We had warm water all the time, air conditioning was fine and warm, the smart TV was good, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast, they kept our luggage at check out for free. The toilet seat was leaking on the bottom and the towels and bathroom floor were wet from the toilet water all the time, the appartment door was HORRIBLE because it was banging all the time when other doors were opened and closed (there was a feeling that someone was getting in our appartment), the walls were thin, every morning at 8am and 9am someone was breaking something above us and working, the room had no sun light and the window was in front of another building, the walls were dirty and stained, the whole area around looks unsafe and it doesn't look like hotel at all, there was no electric kettle and hair dryer (even though it was mentioned that every room has it).
- Hannah (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, the staff were friendly and so helpful with the check in and check out Just needed a little refresh of paint on the walls and a deep clean of the shower
- Lynette (5/5): Passable -
- Elif (3/5): Not recommended! - The only thing about the premise is the location, closeness to airport shuttles and train station.
Giovy and Millyhouse are the same guest houses, the worst I have ever been! Needs lots of improvement Did not like anything but location
- Marcos (8/5): Just fine - Location really good. Room just fine. Hot water in shower not working properly
- Bárbara (2/5): I don’t recommend it at all!!! - Nothing Very poor cleaning. There was sperm
on the wall and the wall itself was very dirty and disgusting. Definitely not a good stay and I wouldn’t recommend.
- Meganchampion (7/5): Good - Staff were lovely Very run down
No breakfast
- Sergiusz (5/5): Ok - Dirty wall, a headboard would be nice. The wall was really dirty
- Palabiyik (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jesse (10/5): Exceptional -
- Artem (8/5): Very good -
- Zagozda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cosimo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gaynor (7/5): Good -
- Fatih (8/5): Very good - Staff was very helpful. Location is good.
Room is spacious. Sound isolation was good. A coffee machine would help a lot.
- Deja (10/5): pleasant stay worth the money - The b&b is located in a simple building with a nice courtyard at the entrance, there are a few rooms and the one where I stayed was very nice and equipped with everything you would need. There was also a mini fridge and 2 bottles of water, which I think is a nice touch. There is a big tv with options for netflix, youtube etc and also the AC.
What I enjoyed the most was how welcoming and helpful Omar(the person who checked us in) is, he answered all of our questions in a very kind way and he also helped us with getting in contact with the owner since we immediately chose to stay here again for our next weekend in rome in a few weeks! Nothing in particular, the only thing I could say is that the area isn’t the best at night, but this is absolutely not the property’s fault and I consider a position so close to the train station very convenient(and all main stations are like this anyways)
- Ozan (5/5): Manageable For a Cheap Accommodation - This hotel is very close to the Rome railway station. It was nice to be close to the train. You can reach the Colosseum in 10 minutes on foot. There are souvenir shops nearby which are cheaper than the centre. Don't believe it's a hotel. You stay in a room in an apartment. At first we were a bit scared when we entered. The reception is not there 24 hours a day. You can communicate by telephone. The rooms are not comfortable. We slept by locking the doors. I can say that it is manageable for a cheap accommodation.
- Emmanuel (8/5): Strategical position but needs tiny improvements - The position is very strategical, literally 5 minutes wall from Termini station that can bring you anywhere. Despite being in a strategical position the location wasn't the greatest, is the area unfortunately that looks bad: filthy and dangerous, which sucks as it is close to the most important station.
The lift wasn't working properly and walking 4 floors with that high temperature is tiring.
- Jemma (5/5): Passable - Size of the rooms were good and location Bathroom was very old, dirty and small.
- Ethan (8/5): Good value for money and great service - The receptionist was really nice and super helpful. He let us have a room on the first floor as we had heavy bags.
- Vykintas (8/5): Very good -
- Håkan (7/5): Recommended for tourists on a medium budget. - Nice spacious room near main train station. The courtyard outside the entrance was very nice with turtles in a pond. However, you are not allowed to sit and eat or smoke in the courtyard.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Hien (5/5): Passable -
- Bekmirzaev (6/5): Pleasant -
- Yuhan (8/5): Very good -
