• Nathan (4/5): - We booked this place for its price and location. The owner reached out and said they offered a free airport transfer and we supplied our details. Once we landed, no one was waiting for us, so we asked the security to call the hotel for us. No one answered. We took a taxi for 35$, and arrived at the Hotel. We woke up the front desk, he handed us a key, and pointed to our room. We went and slept. The next morning I asked about the pickup we were expecting,and the staff said they'd talk to the owner. That night our airconditioning broke as well as the door handle to the bathroom. The two gentlemen at the front desk explained the previous guest had broken these things, but they had hoped it would be ok (so, I was given a room they knew was not up to par). Luckily, we were able to love to another room. The next afternoon, while swimming, I asked about the free coffee they offer -'no, we don't do that'. I asked if the owner was there,and she was. I asked her about coffee, and she said no. I asked about the airport transfer,and she said it is an error from Expedia, not them. I tried to explain both of these things are listed on their website - that's Expedia's fault was the reply. I've managed hotels in SEA. While Expedia can be troublesome, a property owner is required to keep their services up to date. They should also keep their website up to date. There was no effort to meet me half way for anything and I felt like I was being lied to. It's unfortunate.
• Brian (10/5): - Beautiful small family run hotel with unique architecture. Very helpful staff saved us money on transportation to airport. Immaculately clean. Quiet. All rooms on 2nd-4th floors open onto wrap around balcony. Open air dining on ground floor. Nice pool. Easy walking distance to attractions: 10 min to Pub Street, 15 min to Old Market etc. Fresh cooked simple breakfast (strong fresh brewed coffee, cheese omelette, French bread and fruit) included. Comfy beds and strong A/C. Couple of shortcomings: No elevator in 4 floor hotel; but has rooms on ground floor. Water is solar heated, so hot in afternoon and early evening; but only warm in morning. No TV, but who cares? Such a bargain that I plan to stay there again

• Jean-Louis (8/5): - les Clés des chambres sont accessibles sur le comptoir de la réception . Nous avons récupéré les clés de notre chambre nous mêmes le personnel dormait nous avions accès à toutes les clés. Ce n’était pas très sécuritaire
• Verified traveler (6/5): Didn’t get to stay here, very rude - I booked with Jasmine Lodge. Showed up and they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed them my confirmations. They kept denying I had a reservation. They kept telling me I had to fix the problem!! When I first got there they said they had rooms available. After trying to get a room for over an hour, they changed the story to they didn’t have any rooms left... they finally, begrudgingly, booked me at their sister hotel- jasmine family, across the street. I had purposely not booked there bc it wasn’t as nice. Very unfriendly at checkin (at Jasmine Family) and any times I had questions. I’m glad I didn’t ask for an early breakfast as one of the other customers said they had asked and was rudely told no!! The room was decent but just the whole situation was a pain. And the rudeness in everyone working there was a shock considering how friendly everyone else had been on my Cambodia trip!!

• Verified traveler (6/5): マイナス点さえわかっていたらとってもよかったです - 宿はとても綺麗です。掃除も行き届いています。マイナス点はピックアップを依頼して、行きますと返信があったにもかかわらず来なかったこと。宿で指摘するとボスが管理してるからわからないと言われました。また、こちらで予約していましたが見つからないと言われ、5ドル追加してエアコン付きの部屋に入ってといわれたのですが、エアコン壊れてました。笑 しかし、値段以上に綺麗なお部屋だったのと、店番の男の子がいい子だったのでがまんできました。ちなみにWi-Fiはなぜか一階しか繋がりません。これは困ったなー。プラス点は、何度も言いますが、宿全体が広く綺麗ですごしやすかったことです。あと朝ごはんが選べるところでした。

• べー (6/5): うーん微妙 - 航空券とセットでとりましたが、旧正月だったのでお値段は高め。評価が高かったので期待していただけに残念な感じでした。部屋の設備はもうちょっとしっかりメンテナンスしてほしいと思いました。(電気点かないのに最後まで直してくれなかった。) 泊まれればいい方向けだけど、それならゲストハウスに泊まった方が楽しめたかも・・・とちょっと後悔しました。スタッフもゆるーい感じなので、まぁ細かく注意とかはないから楽でしたけどね。 泊まって3日目に「今日はあなたの泊まる部屋がない」と間違い電話があってかなりあせりました。
• Verified traveler (8/5): Tres bien pour le prix - Nous sommes restes 5 jours dans cet hotel. Ce futt un très bon séjour. Le personnel de l'hotel a été très accueillant et arrangeant. Nous avions pris une chambre a 3 lit au 2eme étage. Chambre très propre, menage bien fait. La clim ne fonctionnait pas, ni le ventilateur mais comme c’était la saison seche nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. La salle de bain est spartiate mais propre . Pas de bruit la nuit, lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Il n'est pas terrible. Nous le completions donc pas un autre petit déjeuner a cote de l’établissement. Petite piscine mais super bienvenue après le retour des visites dans les temples. Les prix pratiqués par l'hotel pour la visite des temples en tuk tuk sont très corrects (12 dollars petit tour, 15 dollar grand tour). L'hotel est a 15 minutes a pieds de Pub Street mais si vous voulez manger, il y a plein de bons petits restos pas chers a cote. Bref, ce fut une très bonne experience. Pas le grand luxe mais très très bien pour le prix pratiqué.

• Winifred (10/5): Nice hotel with friendly staff - This was my second time to stay in Jasmine. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff here is really nice and friendly. The only thing has to improve is the WiFi signal for the fourth floor.
• Verified traveler (8/5): にこやかで感じの良いスタッフ - ホテルのスタッフさんが非常に温厚な方が多く、安心して過ごす事ができた。 コンセント、WiFi完備で特に困ったことはなかった。 しいて言うのであれば、ファンの取り付けが不安定で、天井のファンが回転するたびにぐらぐらしていたので、落ちて来るのではないかとひやひやした。しかし、カンボジアの夜は涼しく、ファンを使うことはなかったので、特に困らなかった。 初めての東南アジアでしたが、快適に過ごす事ができ、全体的によいホテルだと思います。
• KWONG LIM (4/5): general very low grade Hotel in compare with price - 早餐非常非差！每天只有炒饭，雞蛋，香蕉，和麵包加牛油或果酱，份量非常少，再配咖啡或茶。第二天变的只是炒麵，但饭就没有了。唯一的是在市中心，但旁迈的酒店价格都是差不多。我期盼别人千万不要再入住此酒店。房內没有吹風筒，没有煲可以煲水，在大堂要借都没有提供。没有保險箱，大堂亦没有。very disappointed to stay in here
• Verified traveler (8/5): 1泊３ケタで泊まれる神ホテル - アンコールワットに行くために個室で安く泊まれるホテルを探していました。とりあえず１０００円以内で良さそうだったのでここを選びました。そしたら到着してびっくりです。部屋は広くてきれいで、受付も親切丁寧。朝食もついてきて、洗濯も頼めます。シェムリアップの中心地へはとなりで自転車を借りれば簡単に行けます。まさに神ホテルです。アンコールワットに行く人には絶対にオススメです。

• Shingo (6/5): お値段相応 - 値段相応の泊まるだけのホテル。エアコンとシャワーがついていれば十分な人向けか。ホテルの人の応対は良かった。 近隣には食事できるところは辛うじてあるが、スーパーマーケットなどの買い物ができる場所はない。 オールドマーケットあたりまではなんとか歩いて行ける距離ではあるが、暑いとトゥクトゥクを使わざるを得なくなるのでその点ちょっとポイント低い
• thomas (10/5): Hotel tres propre et tres accueillant - Une mauvaise surprise en arrivant, la porte ne ferme pas a clé la lumiere marche pas, nous sommes aller le signaler a l'accueil dans les 10mn touts etait reparer, nous avions reserver 5 nuits et finalement nous y sommes rester 6... L'accueil tres chaleureux avec de tres bon conseil, le petit jeune de l'accueil nous a reserver notre bus pour le laos, un spectacle de danse et nous a trouver un tuk tuk pour 4 jours tous sa a des prix tres corrects... De plus les chambres etait tres propre et nettoyer touts les jours, avec de nouvelle serviette quotidiennement...un billard et une piscine, le top.
• Adela (8/5): Good cheap option - Stayed here as a break from hostels while travelling and it did the trick. Cheap, private room, most reliable wifi I had in SE Asia, en suite, quiet, away from the noise. The only tiny criticism I have is that I was given no information when I checked in: breakfast times, check out time, wifi password etc. I didn’t even realise the hotel had a rooftop restaurant until I read that on here afterwards.
• Ignacio (10/5): Great place. I'll come back - Everything was great. They picked me up at the airport for free, great bed, hot shower, big room, air conditioning works well and so does the WiFi as long as you don't stay on the 4th floor. Good location as well

• Verified traveler (6/5): Jasmine Lodge - bit disappointing - Mid sized hotel in Siem Reap. On main highway to town, so a bit busy with traffic 15 mins walk from night market for shopping and food, but smaller closer streets with more local eateries better for food. Good staff, but a little chaotic/disorganized at times - my room key given to a new guest - wake up calls did not happen, no toiletries, but nice and clean. But helpful when booking tours for fantastic temples - do both Angkor Wat tour and Grand tour - both full days and worth it - alternatively, you could hire a tuk-tuk driver for same sort of cost, but more flexible - I preferred having a guide to explain re history. Rooms were ok, did not get free bottled water after first day, and TV had few stations with no english stations, wi-fi was poor in rooms and moderate downstairs, nice from people on ground level travelled to upper floors through atrium in evenings/night. Breakfast was decent. Overall, I thought was a little too far away from town and you could probably do better for the same price. Only stat 2 or 3 nights as only worth visiting for temples.

• J Xi (4/5): You get what you pay - Weak and unstable wifi. Cannot login to the wifi at all. Room has a very weird smell once we enter the room. Perhaps due to the old furniture. Its very noisy especially during the nighttime when people are talking so loud at the common area. Only 2 charge port available. Overall, not a very pleasant stay.
• Ladyworld (6/5): Hôtel agréable mais accueil peu aimable - Chambres de bonne taille mais avec qualité de literie aléatoire et évacuation de l'eau dans la douche (sans eau chaude le matin) très lente. Accueil moyen, parle mal l'anglais de façon générale donc communication difficile. Petite piscine avec une eau rafraîchissante et quelques transats. Nos enfants ont adoré le billard ! Un conseil: commander son petit déjeuner avec une marge d'au moins 20 minutes. Oubliez donc le lever du soleil sur les temples le ventre plein !
• carol (10/5): Quiet spot in Siem reap. - Loved it here. Off the main road so was quiet. Food excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. Great to cool off in the pool. Double Bed mattress was very hard though. Single bed mattress better - firm foam. Chonly our tuk tuk driver made sightseeing easy.
• julie (8/5): A lovely surprise...v friendly staff some of whom - The staff were very helpful even with limited English. Some of the staff were students from the country being assisted by the owner who also sponsors the school where our wonderful tuk tuk driver, Jonly, went to school. The food was excellent whether traditional or western and a fair price.

• Klaus (8/5): It's worth it to stay - The lodge is nice for backpackers and families with young children, but we also saw retired couples. The pool is not big, but sufficient.... The tuk tuk price for going to the airport is fixed to USD 5. The lodge is situated to the main road. Depending on the location of the room it can be noisy or quiet....we were lucky and got a room to the rear side with balcony. The room and bathroom are quite big. A safety box inside the room is not available. The breakfast is a choice on the menu. Don't expect too much! It is ok, but nothing special. Checkout is at 12 pm....as our flight was in the late eve, we decided to use the half day for more temples. We left the luggage in the hotel and could shower before we went for the airport.

• Joerg (10/5): Gutes Hotel mit sehr schöner Lobby, gerne wieder!! - Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wir hatten drei Single Betten. Aircon, Warmwasser etc. War alles vorhanden. Die Lobby war sehr gemütlich und wir haben dort lange gechilled. Der Pool ist ca. 5x3 m groß. Das Frühstück ist okay. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Breakfast was good and location excellent to tell the tuk tuk as it was near the Museum so it was easy to tell the drivers. Internet connection was great and the ac worked. Overall very good for the price.
• Veronica (10/5): Great hotel if you don't depend in wi-fi - This hotel was great the only bad part was that internet connection was really bad which is key when you are traveling as a backpacker because you need internet connection to arrange tours, flights and see the places you want to visit. Is a pity that just because of that, i would not rate it excellent. The rest of the things were great. The room to have breakfast, the breakfast, etc.
• karen (10/5): Nice hotel, helpful staff, convenient location - We loved staying at the Jasmine Lodge. It was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the airconditioning. Very reasonable price.
