• Frederick (9/5): An Excellent Airport Hotel with Exceptional Staff - Very pleasant commercial hotel within easy walking distance of the airport terminal. Sure friendly and responsive staff, even at our 11 PM arrival time. Two examples: 1) Fellow at reception noticed that it was my wife's birthday so he arranged complimentary desert at the restaurant - at 11:30 at night. 2) We reported trouble using the thermostat in the room. Got help within 5 minutes! Exceptional. Everything good.

• Rakel (9/5): Alojamiento perfecto para visitar Lisboa. - La ubicación y la anfitriona maravillosas. La habitación espaciosa, limpia y bien equipada. Nuestra habitación estaba encima de la zona de bares, y hasta las 12 de la noche había música, aunque después se podía descansar bien.
• Marci (9/5): Fabulous location, great place to stay. - The location was fabulous! It is just up from the river and in the flat area of town, so we were able to walk to many things without too many hills. There were so many restaurants right there in the square out front and nearby, and even a little convenience store a few doors down so that we could get the few things we wanted for our kitchenette. It was wonderful having a few of the river and even though there was a lot right outside, it wasn't particularly noisy. And the bed was very comfortable. The main thing that could be better would be to have a few more rugs in the room. The floor was very hard and with the layout of the room there was a long walk to the bathroom on the hard floor.

• Tamás (10/5): A truly lovely stay in a perfect location. - We absolutely loved our time at Emporium Lisbon Suites. The location was exceptional, being just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and the metro, and we absolutely loved the river view from the beautifully decorated apartment. The hosts were also incredibly kind and supportive, always answering our requests almost immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better "home base" in Lisbon! The only minor downsides were that the floor felt quite cold and the bed was a bit too soft for our personal comfort, as we usually prefer a much firmer mattress, though this is definitely a matter of individual comfort preference. Remember to pack some warm socks or slippers! ;)
• Marina (8/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt - Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt. Ich kann über das Personal und der Reinigungskraft nichts sagen, weil wir sie nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Handtücher haben uns für die vier Tage gereicht. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, die obere Etage ist mit einem Aufzug erreichbar, das war echt Luxus. Mit einer tollen Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Die Hauptstraße ist zu Fuß in 5min erreichbar. Was mir gefehlt hat, eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine. Es wäre schneller gegangen, als mit Pulver Maschine. Wir gaben sie auch nicht benutzt.
• Eliane & Hans (10/5): Genieten van Lissabon met een Perfecte accommidatie! - We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen, we waren een paar uur te vroeg om al op de kamer te kunnen maar konden onze bagage achterlaten zodat we het mooie Lissabon al konden verkennen, als de kamer gereed was kregen we een WhatsApp bericht. De kamer (de suite met balkon) was zeer ruim met een perfect bed en van alle gemakken voorzien, de locatie is perfect, in het centrum met veel restaurantjes, bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand of goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer, metro, bus en tram die allemaal op een paar meter afstand van Emporium Lisbon Suites liggen, het was gewoon een perfect verblijf en ook zeker voor mensen die wat slechter ter been zijn. Wanneer we Lissabon weer gaan bezoeken wordt dit ons verblijf niets

There is an owner's office in the building and the lady that was working during our stay that was very helpfful, nice and ready to solve any questions we had. A fantastic experience. Bed had a protection to avoid liquids that was not confortable. Additionally, the mattres deserves an upgrade. I had to work and unfortunally there was no desk not work chair what makes everything difficult.

• Richard (6/5): Potential to be very good indeed - Super location, very large spacious apartment with a lift and electronic coded door access. Right next to numerous coffee shops, restaurants and a mini supermarket open early until late. Communication via the message service with the hosts was very good. The bed had an mattress topper that was larger than the mattress so the bottom sheet did not fit the bed causing an uncomfortable night sleep as the bottom sheet moved around. The topper was then fitted with a waterproof cover that was awful and sweaty to sleep on. The bedding and duvet need upgrading as they let the apartment down which is a shame, I would not go back or recommend as a good nights sleep is important to me. I did raise this but was told that it was ok and that it just needed tucking in but I cant sleep with an over sized duvet tucked in to hold the bottom sheet in place.

• Boza (5/5): Μετριο - Καλή τοποθεσία. Ακριβό δίχως λόγο. Η θέα ήταν οκ. Τίποτα φοβερό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο αλλά τίποτα σπουδαίο. Μικρή τηλεόραση, υγρασία στον τοίχο, μέτρια διακοσμηση και γενικά η σχέση ποιοτητα-τιμης δεν αξίζει σίγουρα. Είναι οκ αλλά για τα μισά χρήματα.
• Emily (10/5): We loved our stay in this beautifully appointed apartment in a very nice location. - We loved the location - having the windows open onto the piazza below was so nice. Also, we were traveling with 11 year olds and the loved playing in the park right outside of the apartment. The place was roomy, well decorated and well stocked. Check in super easy. Elevators available for luggage up and down. Walkable to shopping and food! It would not have been ideal for a longer stay with two kids, as they had to share a bed. However, there was an extra rollaway you could get for a fee.

A home from home, we had everything we needed and more, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome, and the communication we received before and during our visit was exceptional. We would highly recommend a stay here you will not be disappointed. And when we return we will definitely be staying here again.
• johnsQ3124MD (10/5): Fantastic Small Hotel Close to Everything - In our opinion you cannot find a better located property in Lisbon for visiting all sites, restaurants, and shopping areas on foot. Managers/owners of this small hotel are very responsive to enquiries and offer very large rooms with kitchens and bathrooms. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our 5 day stay. Good value for such an excellent facility.Second time my wife and I have stayed here and will definitely stay again when we return to this City. Tip: For those coming from overseas recommend using Uber for transportation (when too tired to walk) as the drivers were all excellent and cost reasonable. Driver who brought us from airport even provided information on tourist spots and restaurant suggestions. Love Lisbon!

• Nicole (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Lissabon! - Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung war prima, das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage war toll, da wir zu Fuß alles schnell erreichen konnten. Die Gastgeberinnen waren super nett und immer erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out liefen problemlos. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

• Carola (8/5): Zeer ruim appartement, netjes en schoon - Zeer ruime kamer, netjes en schoon, mooi uitzicht, goede locatie. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, er was zelfs een leuk welkomstpakketje. Geen geluid van buitenaf hoorbaar. En echt een heel goed bed. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Allerlei kleine dingetjes. De voordeur was gammel en met code moeilijk te openen, 1 avond moest ik 10x mijn code invoeren om binnen te konen, ik was behoorlijk in paniek. Een oude lift, donkere gangetjes om in je kamer te komen. De kozijnen hadden dringend een likje verf nodig. In de kamer zelf douchedeur die niet goed dicht ging, dus telkens alles nat, koelkast sloot niet goed, opkrullend tapijt, lampje dat het niet deed, paneel vd vaatwaaser ontbrak, vrij gehorig vanuit andere kamers (maar wij hadden goede buren). Het is tevens in een heel toeristisch plekje van Lissabon, daar moet je wel van houden.

• Julia (10/5): Great place to stay in Lisbon - The suite was delightful and we had a view of the Lisbon Cathedral. The location was great as well. Just below the suite were shops and restaurants, so you didn't have to go very far for a bite to eat. Also it was within walking distance from the castle, train station, and other sites of interest. The staff was great. I would highly recommend staying here.

• Vivian (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable room made for a fantastic stay. - The location couldn’t be better! Plus the staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room had a view and was comfortable and clean. Right now I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I don’t remember if there was coffee in the room but if I recall correctly, there was a coffee pot, or coffee maker, but there was a little hitch in making coffee. Maybe there was just not enough coffee on hand to start our day.
• Sukhvinder (8/5): - A spacious apartment in a great location with good facilities and a large comfortable bed No soft carpet so the floor was cold however this is only an issue in the winter months. Upgrading the TV to a smart TV with a bigger screen would be good.

Our room has nothing to do with the photos on your website, the vintage smell, the cement floor are far from cozy, also TV didn’t work and the shower hose was faulty, there were long hairs on the bathroom floor (I have short hair) . The air conditioner filter must not have been cleaned for a long time, because when I turned it on, it smelled bad. This is probably the most expensive suit I have stayed in so far, considering what I got in return.

• tom2le (10/5): New Year’s Eve holiday - We had a wonderful 5 day stay over New Year’s Eve 2025 at Emporium Lisbon Suites and enjoyed every minute. The room was fantastic, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and with plenty of space to feel truly comfortable. Even though the location is extremely central and perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot, the room was surprisingly quiet. Thanks to the double insulated windows, we slept wonderfully every night. Our hosts were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, and they gifted us a small bottle of champagne for New Year’s Eve, which made us very happy and made the evening even more special. Communication was excellent, quick, friendly, and straightforward. We also had a kitchen with everything you need, which was very convenient. The bathroom was spacious as well, and the bathtub was perfect for relaxing. Restaurants, coffee bars, and breakfast options are all nearby, and bus and metro stations are also within easy reach. Overall, it was a perfect stay and a great place to stay. Highly recommended, we would come back anytime.
• Thomas (10/5): New Year’s Eve holiday - Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer war ausgesprochen ruhig, dank doppelt isolierter Fenster haben wir trotz zentraler Lage wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Lissabon zu Fuss zu erkunden, alles ist sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Gastgeber, welche sehr lieb, herzlich und aufmerksam sind.

• xin (10/5): 房间舒适位置好 - 位置非常好，离停车场步行几分钟就到，提前给到密码进门，房间设施很全。 我们定的是五楼的套件，房间里可以看到里斯本大教堂，步行去景点也都很近。
• Oliver (10/5): Celkově hodnotím pobyt na 9/10, bylo o nás skvělě postaráno a byli jsme hned vedle centra. - Poměrně klidná lokace s výhledem na moře a malý park. Do apartmánu vede malý výtah. Okna jsou naprosto těsnící a nepropouští žádný hluk do pokoje. Velmi prostorný pokoj, kde si dítě mohlo hrát a spalo na rozkládácí pohovce, kam by se vešlo 5 dětí. Postel měla tvrdou madraci a celkově byla ve skvělém stavu a dobře se na ní spalo. V zimním období jsme zatopili přes klimatizaci a do 10 minut bylo v celém apartmánu teplo. Koupelna byla čistá a tekla dobrým proudem voda. Apartmán nám také uklízeli a měnili v něm ručníky. Nebyl problém se odhlásit o hodinu později. Nemám nic, co by mě napadlo.
• samantha (8/5): We needed to work while in Lisbon so this studio apartment was a perfect space in an excellent location, with very frien - This was a perfect studio apartment in a great location quite near a metro station. The room was just great and it had everything one needed. Lovely coffee shop, Copenhagen Coffee Connection, just a few doors down and fabulous restaurant Discreto around the corner. The hand sanitizer at the front door, while very convenient, was a bit greasy.
• Laura (10/5): El mejor alojamiento de Lisboa - Todo. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 5 minutos de la plaza del Comercio y a otros poco de la Catedral y el Barrio de Alfama. El trato fue estupendo, nos dejaron guardar las maletas gratis el día de salida porque el vuelo era por la noche. Además estaba súper limpio y con todos los básicos imprescindibles para un apartamento (hasta aceite, sal, café, jabón friegaplatos, etc.). Repetiremos seguro! Nada, estaba todo perfecto.

• holidayfanforever (10/5): Ideal location, great staff, lovely room - We spent 6 wonderful nights in Suite 1.1, which was a spacious bright room, very comfortable bed, great shower. Emporium is in a perfect location for visiting the Castle, bell tower, LX Factory, the Christmas Markets and easy access by Metro to the many sightseeing monuments further away. There are dozens of great places to eat nearby, and lovely shops to purchase souvenirs. We loved our stay, staff were so friendly and helpful, a big "Thank You" to Vera and her colleagues for their kindness and assistance with luggage storage after we checked out on our final day. Highly recommend this lovely accommodation.

The location is close to the river and many restaurants, shops, attractions and a main bus station. Sofia & Sandra were both very helpful. The next time we visit Lisbon we will stay at the Emporium.

Difficult and slippery shower access including wood floor mat. Probably can’t come back due to unsafe shower access. We are getting old.

• Adalberto (10/5): Quando voltarmos a Lisboa, certamente incluiremos a acomodação na nossa lista de pesquisa. - Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a acomodação e principalmente com a atenção da Sra. Vera que nos atendeu prontamente em tudo que solicitamos. A localização é excelente, com especial destaque para a vista para o Rio Tejo, e pequenos detalhes como disponibilidade de pó de café, chá entre outros, que fizeram toda a diferença. Uma smart TV seria bom para podermos assistir YouTube, Netflix, etc, mas é só um pequeno detalhe, nada que tenha sido problema.
